This place truly is like a time capsule, if you never had arcades growing up and wanted to see what one was like, this is the place to be. Same thing if you have kids and wanted to show them what it was like to go to an arcade growing up. This place has everything from Initial D to Pinball Machines to an 8 man Daytona Racing machine all the way at the back. They do have a lot of home consoles you can try too, including a PS5. The fighting game community is really strong here too and the employees are lovely. If youre bored and have an extra $10 (which allows you to play all day) lying around, come to Boss Battle Games to experience an awesome blast from the past.

As a kid who grew up in the heyday of arcades in the 1990s, this is the best representation of cabinets I’ve seen in 15-20 years. They have taken great care of these games and have replaced monitors and buttons and joysticks and kept these machines working for people to play. There is an amazing selection and the staff is easy to talk with. They have all the hits from the 80s and 90s as well as some more modern machines. What a great way to spend $10!

This place should take out the pinball and just be a video game arcade When you go there for a state wide tournament and 80% of your machines are malfunctioning and not just little issues that you are also charging a dollar a play when 70%of them should have been 50 cents at the most when functioning properly In the condition they were in today the fact that it cost anything to play them let alone $1 a game is a bad joke and the fact that you had no mention of it on your recent post shows how much you really cared about it being there I will never go here for another tournament or any other reason ever again

Awesome place to just hang out. So many interesting and cool arcade cabinets that I have never seen. Newer games are also available like Super Smash Bros Ultimate and there is even a PS5 to play and that is cool if you cant get one yet. And for only 10 dollars for an all day pass! You can get the rist band and leave to walk around for a bit just to come back later. Take the kids or go alone.

Best arcade I have visited in Indianapolis. Nice place for new and vintage arcade games. It has a fun family friendly atmosphere. The facility is clean. There is a wide range of games to choose from. I enjoyed that there were not kids running around unsupervised. I liked that no one stood behind me waiting for a game. It seemed everyone was very respectful of others while they were playing. There are enough games along with a wide variety of games for everyone. At the time I am writing this, you can choose to play for an hour for $7 or all day for $10. My family stayed and played games for about 4 hours. We took a break to go out in the mall to get a snack. We went right back to playing games, after the snack, until it was closing time.My teenage sons had a blast playing games against each other. and against my wife and I. They played many games they did not know even existed. I enjoyed playing games with them. They stated they want to come back when we can stay longer. Priceless.

I have been to many arcades over the years and this is one of the best American arcades that I have been to. There is a good mix of new and old games. Think of how Chuck-E-Cheese was in the 80s and early 90s before the focus changed to small children. There is a good atmosphere. Its not too loud, and has appropriate lighting. The machines are well maintained and appear to be as brand new in most cases. Although they have many more games than the other arcades that have been in Castleton mall over the years, it didnt feel cramped. Most arcades like this are filled with redemption games but this place doesnt waste space on them. I didnt expect to find newer games here (post 2000s), but they have them.As for customer service, I wont get too much into the specific details but the person at the front desk was a little rude, or at the very least unapologetic. However the other person working at the arcade was very friendly. Its not worth docking the star review but first impressions really matter, especially when you are paying to enter a place that you know almost nothing about. For 10 dollars all day play, it is a good value. You can play, go grab something to eat or just leave for whatever reason, and return later. This seems to be the standard these days. The pinball games cost per play extra but those machines have a large up front as well as maintenance cost, so it is understandable. If youre looking for a classic arcade experience, Id skip Dave and Busters and check this place out at least once. I will be coming back soon.

I took my family to this arcade today for the first time. We drove 100 miles to come see it and we were not let down! Definitely has the feel of a old school arcade that I grew up with and loved but does it take the amount of money to play games that I used to pay. For $10 you can get it all day pass and that is a great deal. Not only do they have all the classic games that I grew up loving, they have a ton of new games for modern-day age. My sister and I laughed because we spent a lot of time playing the Mario games, which we have at our home. I guess you cant help but love the classics. But this is definitely an awesome place to check out with your family and have a lot of fun. Definitely check it out if you get the opportunity.

If youre like me, youve likely lamented the death of the arcade scene. Whereas in my youth, there were arcades everywhere, now we seem to only get places dealing in ticket games. No longer. Boss Battle Games is an arcade in the classic arcade style, with a modern update. One price and you can play all day. They even have console systems set up for you to play. Theyve got quite a few of the classic arcade games, as well as a few machines with multiple games. And for those of you who love pinball, theyve got that too, though pinball is paid per game.If youre looking for an arcade with classic games, look no further. If that wasnt enough, they also sell used video games, both US and Japanese, for incredibly good prices.I honestly cannot reccomend Boss Battle Games enough.

Amazing selection of arcade games and friendly staff. $10 to play all day. DDR fans will be happy to find a supernova 2 machine in great condition too, and finding a working/good condition DDR cabinet in INDIANA is usually next to impossible. But boss battle games actually takes care of their games. You can tell the staff genuinely gives a sh*t about this place as they are very knowledgeable and on top of keeping the machines in working order, and even adding new games. Alot of arcades are usually tacked on to bowling alleys or laser tag places and the arcade machines get heavily abused, so finding an ACTUAL ARCADE that isnt in poor condition these days is rare. (Please keep the DDR machine, i will visit weekly if you do) I hope this arcade stays forever because frankly it’s probably the best standalone arcade in the entirety of Indiana.

Just heard about this place from a friend of mine, figured Id go check it out. Unless Im having a really bad day I will pretty much always enjoy relaxing and playing some video games. So I decided to stop in today. To be fair I wasnt having the best day today. Ill be honest, some pretty rough things were happening so thats the main reason I stopped in. Completely lacking expectations (my friend only made me aware of this places existence), at first I was a bit taken aback. Everything was really dark, I had to pretty much squint to see anything. For reference, I have pretty good night vision, so this was a bit shocking. Obviously I checked out as much of the arcade I could. Really good selection of games, I was surprised. Perhaps I could stop by here again. Everything seemed super clean and cohesive. Totally gonna stop here again. Everyone should know about this place.
