Nice little place. Plenty of friendly bilingual staff. Everything youd expect in a US ice cream shop plus what youd expect for one in Mexico. Traditional Mexican flavors in addition to standard US favorites. Also some Mexican lunch type foods. Very nice and clean.

Horrible Service. The workers spend their time laughing and not paying attention to the customers. They take forever to deliver your food. Had a bad experience three times in a row. Would not recommend.

Went here with a friend for dessert and let me tell you was I blown away. They have your typical Spanish ice cream flavors you wouldn’t find anywhere else. Service was great and the place is family friendly. They have a variety of ice cream combos and other treats to try.

I went to the restaurant asking for mangonadas and tacos. The lady said they have no tacos because the person that cooks was eating. They need more personal.

Delicious homemade ice cream! Definitely a different experience than a chain ice cream place. The staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely visit again.

I wish I could give this place 5 stars but their staffs service makes that impossible. I went in for the first time and the staff member that served me was less than enthusiastic is all I can say. I had some questions, like how much the regular sized is vs the large and she didnt seem to like that very much. So to try and get around that, I asked for a printed menu that listed prices and options? Nope, looked at me like that was a ridiculous ask. Eventually I just ordered several things that Ive had at other places in Texas (where Im from) to limit the amount of questions I needed to ask her. I wouldve ordered more things for my family to share but it seemed like ordering more than 1 item was a chore for her. Anyway, the mangonada is great, the sandia water is awesome, their flan is sort of overly sweet, and the churro you should maybe think twice about ordering. I sincerely hope they address their service issues because I would love to get a taste of home here in Indy on a regular basis.

I went in today and the staff were not very nice. I don’t eat much Hispanic food so I had asked a couple of questions and they seemed very annoyed and very unhelpful. I’ll stick with Alpha Neveria & Tamales they are always nice and very helpful too

I cant complain about the food other than the nacho cheese they dont heat the cheese. my daughter was eating nachos with cold cheese but then after asking they offer to heat it in the microwave so it was okay. The food is great. In the other hand their customers service and I wont say all the staff because their is some staff thats very nice. I say the manager and owner she is the most rude person I have met in my life. My daughters go to kick boxing next door to this establishment and because of that we would go once or twice a week to enjoy their treats. Well also since I do wait in the car with my younger kids while my oldest go to kickboxing. sometimes we would use the bathroom in la blanca nieves. Which since employees knew that I would always come back in when the girls where done they wouldnt never say anything. One day 3 weeks ago. My sister who is 11 and she is dark brown skin she is Hispanic nationality went to use the bathroom. When she came out she was crying in my truck said the a lady told her if she was not buying to not use her bathroom. And also asked her if she speaks Spanish. My 3 year old at that point asked me to go to the bathroom I got out my car walked inside the establishment and asked my sister to take my daughter to the bathroom. The manager peaked her head out and I said Dont worry I have my card and I am going to buy something so my 3year old daughter can use your bathroom she went on to say no that their was no problem. I said well you told my sister that if we dont buy she cant use. She said how would you like it if I walked inside your house and use your bathroom. At the point I was like excuse you but my house is not a business is my home. This is the first time anyone has told us that is not okay we have always been allowed by your employees because they know that when my daughters are done we will come and eat. She told me that she had told that to my sister because she thought my sister was African American I will not use the term she said in Spanish because its so rude and I am ashamed to say it. And to hear a Hispanic person talk like this after all the discrimination we as Hispanic people go thru every day. So because of my sisters dark brown skin she assume that and ask if she spoke spanish. And said she was only doing it because African American little girls would come in and use the bathroom and leave it a mess. I was so upset this woman had the nerve to say this. For this reason I will never again buy from this establishment. I hate racism and people that act so ignorant. And discriminate by the color of your skin. My sister was hurt she only being a child by this woman who has no sense of respect.

There is no quality control, bunch of kids that have no clue how to properly make anything. They take your order and serve the ice cream but instead of giving it to you they let it sit in the counter until you paid for the product, the ice cream could be sitting in the counter for 10-15 minutes, by the time you get to it it is halfway melted.No hay control de calidad, son puros jóvenes que no saben preparar bien los productos. Le toman la orden y en vez de entregarle el producto lo dejan en el mostrador por 10-15 minutos, hasta que pague. Para ese entonces la nieve ya está derretida.

Terrible service for nothing recommended

Very bad service whenever I go there, there are pure young people reluctantly attending. And they talk about the clientele among themselves 😡 I no longer recommend it! There other places like Michoacána where they serve better oh Jalisco delights 😉

I ordered a gordita and a huarache it took about 35 minutes to make it when I got home I did not bring or sauce I noticed that the 4 people who attend, by the way, young people only passed it by vasiling, which is why they took it long and did not check if it had sauce
