Came in on Saturday night after dinner - hadn’t been there in years(8+?) and was pleasantly surprised!The couple that was running the location was super kinda and friendly. I just got a kids cup of the banana and it was AMAZING.The only feedback I could give would be to maybe have more tables- people were either standing or just deciding to walk out with their treats! :)

Well after having a fail at another Ice Cream shop for a Milk Shake I went to the predictably, or so I thought, Cold Stone Creamery.I was greeted with great service, lots of options. The Milk Shake had very good flavor yet was runny, very much like a thick almond milk rather than a Milk Shake so I suggest saying thick six or seven times because I only said it twice.

We really love this location of Cold Stone Creamery! The ice cream is always great, made quickly, and everyone is friendly. I love anything with coffee ice cream and chocolate and they give plenty of the goodies you want added in!

Any flavor you wish or dream of they have it. The topping are to die, for my favorite is butter pecan ice cream add all the nuts please!!!! Almond, pecan and dont forget the peanut! Please please!!!😋😃😃 Make me, 🤗🤗🤗🤩

Always love Cold Stone Creamery...but it was empty for a reason. Seriously...I am not paying those prices...I dont care if you are in Broad Ripple...do not over price. I walked out and let her know where I was going. I will stick to my location on my side of town. Thanks!

Owner (older guy that works the evening shift) is very rude and unprofessional. He said additional toppings were $1 when it says on the menu that they are .89 cents, when I asked him about what the menu stated he changed his answer and was very hostile the rest of the time in there. We ended up not ordering anything and left because he said if we didnt like his price we can leave. The shop also has a bad odor inside.

Been a regular customer of coldstone of Hamilton center, dats an awesome place, Tried this one on broad ripple, the guy was damn rude and unprofessional, we asked for a extra plastic spoon and he told us u will get only two spoons and that too when he is finished making ice cream. Highly unprofessional and rude!!.The coldstone in Hamilton center is awesome with friendly people, but this one is s***t.

Great with the college crowd always packed constantly run drink specials usually a line at the front door if you get there on a Friday or Saturday night past 10 p.m.
