People seemed nice there, However, they sent me some dirt full of rocks, brick, etc. to put around the house for finish grade.

12 dollar fill dirt costs me about 2 grand. Some girl loaded my new pickup with a front loader and a huge peice of concrete the size of a wheelbarrow dented in my bedside and caved my bed in under my back window. Manager said not my problem. Pos. Dont waste your time or money

GreenCycle gave excellent service! They called me right away to schedule a delivery day after I ordered mulch online. On delivery day, Matt called me first thing in the morning to let me know what time he’d deliver the mulch. He arrived on time and even left a gift with the mulch. The women in the office are nice...the guys running the big machines are dirt bags...they think they are everyones boss but since I dont work there then they arent. Get what you need while you are there and avoid the guys in the machines at all cost

This was our first time having mulch delivered. We had no idea how much we might need but they had a calculator on their website that gave us a rough idea. They do offer free delivery as long as you order at least 10 cubic yards. We were called by their staff less than 12 hours after ordering online and set up times and dates. The delivery guy called before he left the site and gave us 25 minutes heads notice which was great. He was very nice and professional and was considerate about where to dump the mulch in our driveway. We will definitely use them again.

The drivers operating the heavy equipment get way too close to their customers unloading their loads. Completely NOT okay and VERY unsafe!!

Green cycle is the worst dumpsite In Indianapolis. 100% horrible employees the yard is never taken care of, these people have no idea how to run a dump yard!

Very helpful staff. Ciara was very helpful and we discussed prices as well as any possible discounts available to me. Due to the time factor I could not order any of their product but will do so tomorrow. This will be my 3rd time ordering mulch from them in the last 6 years and I have always been very satisfied with their mulch.

Honestly, their Premium Hardwood Mulch is not a premium mulch at all. Didnt find this out until the mulch was delivered. Their Premium is actually what others call their Nutra or Economy mulch. Made almost exclussively from tree brush that local tree trimmers dump off. You can see all the chips and sticks when spread out.
