Went in looking for someone to help me with my plantar fasciitis and Pierson was awesome. A week in and I am so glad I decided to try the arch support system from The Good Feet Store in Indianapolis. I had a great experience with Darryl who was very knowledgeable and friendly associate. As I mentioned before, I am glad I bought the 3 arch support system because I had low back pain from long standing periods. Since using the supports this pain has been eliminated. I would definitely recommend stopping by The Good Feet Store.

I was having terrible heel pain by mid-day. Also had hip pain by afternoon and worse in the evening. I had a trip to the Blue Ridge Parkway planned for the week after I finally decided to go to the Good Feet Store. So in less than a week I had NO pain with hiking at least 5 miles a day in the mountains. I realized the first night out, I had no hip pain either. Im a believer! I know they are expensive, but since they are guaranteed for life, the expense is negligible. They offered a payment plan that cant be beat. So I am a happy customer!!

I went into the good feet store not knowing what to expect. I actually thought I would buy a pair of shoes. A week and a half later I am thrilled with the results. I have been battling my plantar fasciitis for over six months and it was really slowing me down. Less than two weeks into retraining my foot with the good feet inserts, I have no heel pain. I am walking as much is I want and am back to playing pickle ball, pain free. The inserts are definitely an investment and I was initially shocked by the price, but getting me back active and pain free was worth every penny!

I now have heel pain which I did not have before and my knees are now hurting too. Very disappointed.

The Associate was very pleasent and knowledge....and Im thankful I was his customer. After measurements etc. and I took my trial walk, it was just as the commercials say. By step 4 my flank and hip pain was gone. Im still in my trial 12 day period, and I can feel some other muscle aches re: my body is adjusting to a more correct position. The good feet store was my last resort to find comfort for my feet. Continued problems with pressure on the ball of my foot on concrete was making me think I may need surgery to correct it. At the good feet store I learned how the inserts could help take the pressure off the ball of my foot. It seems to be working!

I had a great experience with finding my proper support for my feet. At first I was a little shocked with how expensive the support cost was, however, it has held off surgery or maybe eliminated the need. I dont know yet. It has only been a week. So far, so good. I have another week to continue to break in my arches with my strengtheners. Im hopeful that this will sustain. I have decided to add money to my HSA account as my HSA covered a big portion of the cost and my out of pocket was more reasonable. My son is going in for an appointment after a recent diagnosis with his feet. Hoping it helps him too. Yep, returning to spend more money, but walking or biking or exercise with pain is not fun. I choose to invest in my health.

So, I was struggling with the idea of going to another foot doctor. Pretty much got the same end result....1 pair of molded inserts to match my foot. The long term result was always the same...I stopped wearing them, my feet still hurt.While watching T.V, the Good Feet commercials kept coming on, so as it happens, I decided to give them a try. Couldnt be any worse off than I am now. At this point in my life, I was unable to walk on my heels in the morning. So I began walking more on the balls of my feet....now the tops of my feet hurt along with my heels, what now???When I got to the store, the first thing was to see how I was walking... It wasnt good. I had shifted my weight so much that my hips and back were beginning to hurt. They set up a 3 step plan to fix my feet. I tried each step on in the store. I could not believe that the instant I took my first steps with my inserts, the pain was gone!!!Im not a person who ever writes long reviews...but it was awesome!! Literally the 1st steps I took!!!Would I recommend the Good Feet Store?? Absolutely!!! To anyone who has foot pain...which Im guessing is most of us.I cant Thank them enough!! Now Im going for a long walk!!!

Todays appointment was a very positive experience. My husband has several conditions (neuropathy from a stroke, unsteady gate from Parkinsons, pain from spine injuries, etc all from Agent Orange). He has tried many things for relief including prescriptions and physical and occupational therapies. But in the last couple of months it has become too painful for him to walk to even enjoy walking the dog around our retirement community. No doctor wants to do surgery on him due to age and required blood thinners. The full regimen for the arch support system is not cheap ... however it will be so very much worth it if his quality of life is improved by less pain. There is a lot of information to understand with this process, but the staff gave us all the time and attention we needed. Thank you Good Feet Store.

About 12 years ago I had heel pain that felt like I was standing on nails. I purchased the relaxers followed by the exercisers. As a result, no more heel pain! My job now is even more stressful to my feet. 8 -10 hours a day standing on concrete. The exercisers were a little too agressive for that so I purchased the maintainers. Been wearing them three days now and my feet are doing fine. My dad always said, if you dont take care of your feet, youll be sorry... He was right!!! I gave four stars only because of the price. Very expensive. But, you cant replace your feet! The staff at the Good Feet store was knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend them to anyone who wants to care for their feet.

I have been there once before to get a set of temporary .. they were amazing. But it wad time to get the full reward Im very pleased with the service and my feet which I stand on for about 10 to 14 hours a day dont hurt any more.

The help my feet feel better but they are very expensive to buy...

Ive struggled with plantar fasciitis for literally years due to flat feet which eventually caused me to begin to over-pronate! Needless to say everything was going wrong. I struggled to walk and eventually even stand for more than a few minutes at a time without excruciating pain in my feet especially in my heels. Ive been from one podiatrist to the next who all gave the same diagnosis. I was just searching for one of them to have an actual solution and make my pain go away. With an appointment scheduled to see yet another podiatrist the next day, I showed up at the Good Feet Store miserable and desperate. I explained my issues and went through the process of learning about what they had to offer not really sure what to expect. I could not believe it! The commercials were actually true! From the moment I walked with the arch supports I felt relief! I was taken aback by the cost but I had tried everything and Im sure Ive already spent more than that trying to fix the problem without success. I was ready to invest! I walked out with the whole system and I couldnt be happier! Im looking forward to living without foot pain! All thanks to the Good Feet Store!

Had increasingly irritating foot pain and tried a couple off-the-shelf inserts. Noted no real change. Decided to try Good Feet store on north side of Indy (96th street). Price was greater than I expected but their system seemed to have logic behind it. Was helped by Bryan. Explanation was clear. All questions answered. And follow up questions a week later helped a lot. Would not guarantee that this solution (or any) will solve everyone’s foot problem, but I vouch for this one (and this store).

My son is 10 years old and has deformed ankles and flat feet and extra wide. A normal day for him means pain if he has to walk to long or far. Doctors have not helped just told him to get inserts off Amazon and if this dont work they would eventually have to do surgery. 4 days after going to the good feet store my son has informed me he isn’t in any! Ive had my arch supports from the good feet store fo 11 years and theyre holg up great. I recently had to replace my maintainer supports befause I accidentally left them in a pair of shoes that I donate to charity. The employee gave me a 10% discount on my replacements since I lost my originals. My supports have made a huge difference in my feet, knees and hip. If someone has issues with walking they should definitely visit the Indianapolis store for an evaluation. Bring some shoes with you to try with the 3 step arch support system. $1200 for 3 pairs of orthotics is completely unjustified. While I appreciate the personal attention and customer service I received, the alarm bells are going off that they are taking advantage of people who are uneducated in this specific area and capitalizing on desperation and pain of an individual as opposed to charging a reasonably fair price. More important, a good physical therapist or athletic trainer can often help fix ankle issues without orthotics, not to say theres never a place for them if there is severe arthritis or deformity or for a temporary fix. I will give them credit they did not pressure me on the sale, I am just not convinced that there are not other similar products on the market that are much cheaper, as these products cost less than $10 to produce. The R&D cant be that expensive on these orthotics. I wish them luck, but greed is not a virtue.

I purchased 2 sets of these over a decade ago. One of the pair started to crack over years and years of hard use. I came in to see if there was something they could do for it and for a very small fee they swapped it out and I got all new insoles. These have really helped my plantar fasciitis and made my feet feel better over the years. Not sure why they get so many bad reviews, theyve really made life less painful.

My husband and I went into The Good Feet Store because I have had problems with my feet and ankles hurting for about a year but really bad the last few months. We both decided to have our feet checked and found we had so issues. We have been getting use to ours and really noticed a big change over the last week and a half!

I have tried two times to exchange my arch supports. The sign on the door says they are opened until 6:00 pm. I live out of town and have gone to the store before 6:00 pm. One time they are walking out at 5:45 and wont help me and this past Friday I arrived at 5:50 and no one would come to the door. This is not good business. If you are opened until 6:00 you need to stay open until 6:00.

Buyer be aware as an ex-employee, this company is getting away with selling used products and telling customer that they are new and charging you $400 per pair. In a time of Covid they are taking returns and packaging the products back up and reselling them. The products help but make sure it is new. Because Indy market is doing a lot of questionable things to sell. Owners are only worried about the bottom dollar.

Extremely overpriced product. $800 for 2 plastic levels of souls and a set of foam insoles? I think the people crying on tv is due to realization of what they paid vs. comfort. I returned them and went with the Dr Scholls insoles. They feel much better and they are only $40 total after the rebate. It is instant comfort with the Dr Scholls insoles. Save your money and go to any Dr Scholls kiosk. I was able to return them due to their error on running my card.

I always look at the reviews online before going to a store, But I have learned to never judge a book by the cover! I went into the Fishers Good Feet store with terrible pain. The staff was very friendly and willing to help me. They listened to all of my concerns and had me walking out pain free. I was almost in tears when I left because I had no idea what I was going to do if this hadnt worked. I seen that the price was expensive but it had me out of pain and the life time warranty made me happy knowing I would never have to buy them again.

I did not look at the reviews beforehand and unlike the review that states that the refund policy was made very clear... I was never told once about that policy and because I have never had to ask about a refund policy... I did not ask and did not read above the sign line (obviously my fault). I made the $900 purchase because the sale was pushed very hard and not only do I care about my health, but I knew nothing of the industry (do your homework). No company could ever justify to me why 3 pairs of small plastic/rubber shoe inserts should cost so much and not come with the option of a return... of any type. Literally bought the things today and I regret it. I will say it. There are far more affordable options on the market... this place is a SCAM. What makes it a scam? The fact that there isnt even a guarantee of any kind stating that the product works and that there is a no return policy... but wait there is more. What does fit within the policy is a few items... which can be only returned for IN-STORE CREDIT. SCAM.

I regret this purchase as soon as I left the store. And didnt know about the nonexistent refund policy until I read my receipt. They also sold me the ugliest pairs of shoes (needed all black for school). The sales guy also made fun of how my feet smelled with another associate when he went into the back. Despite hearing this, I still felt pressured to buy the $900 arches. They dont even work and are really excruciating to stand on for long periods of time.
