I loved my experience shopping at Chic And Curvy. Melissa, a stylist assisted me in putting together two summer outfits, with a straw hat and accessories. It was a fun and happy afternoon, I came out looking fabulous!

Used to love this store but Im not impressed anymore. Yes cute clothes online but they have the dumbest policy now. No try on & no returns. The items are way too expensive for that and being that they source from different vendors I can be a 1x - 3x. Also my last visit was not so pleasant. They have alot of new ppl all the time and this new girl was so rude to me and another customer. Then when I showed her what I was looking for she acted as if she couldnt find the item .. I looked on my phone and it was on the 2nd page. Do you guys want to get a sale or not?

Purchased a dress for an event . Paid over $60 for the dress also. Day of the event zipper was broken and not working. Never got to wear the dress to the event, had to go purchase a another dress for that night.I called customer service a week later they directed me to the store manager who wasnt helpful at all. I purchased Friday before Christmas and she told me because its been a week they couldnt do anything and also all sales are final when purchased in store because you get to try on the clothes. What kind of policy is that. Moat people travel during tbe holidays, so for her to say because its been a week really Through me. I thought the least they could do was exchange because I didnt even get to wear it. But the store manager want helpful at allI wouldnt recommend purchasing anything from this store.

The shirt I ordered was cute on the website but when I received it, it looked cheap. The zipper was on the outside (I guess thats the style) and the material was thin. I couldnt return it so it was just a waste of money. I ended up paying $25 to have the zipper fixed so it would look elegant and added a silver belt to dress it up. Definitely not wasting my money on that company again.

I would never buy clothes again online from this company the clothing quality is so cheap and rips easily even the first wear the clothes starts to fade. For the price you will pay for clothing here its best to Go spend your money somewhere else

The service was a 5 and I would go there again. I bought 2 items, a dress and a pair of pants. I was really pleased with the style and fit. Not a real large variety thats why I said 4 instead of 5. The place should be on your list if youre plus size up to size 20. You might find a jem, I found 2 today. New clothes every weekend.

Your sizes are not true plus size. They are misses sizes, the same sizes as none plus size retailers. Not inclusive at all.

Ordered online package came quickly. The dresses are cute and fit perfectly but for the material and quality they are grossly over priced. Thought I would be able to wear to a Holiday party but they are way too thin and casual for a formal event. Price range should be $20-$30 not $60-$70 so unless you just love the items you purchased you will be a little disappointed when they arrive.

The dresses are really cute, but unfortunately C&C can be a little misleading with their garments. I purchased a printed dress and instead of them telling me that the pattern may not be the same they didnt. I emailed them to let them know how unsatisfied I was only for them to tell me they will send me a return slip via email. Its been two weeks and Im still waiting. I spoke with Aquila several times to no avail. I guess theyre trying to make me keep the dress that I dont like.

I order a dress for a special occasion. The dress looked fancy and suposibly it was good material. Plus I bought a jumpsuit for my daughter and a 2 piece outfit for me. When I opened the package the material was so cheap. I paid $187.00 for 3 items. The quality of clothes seem to be from a fleamarket/swap meet... Im so disappointed

Since March 22nd I have ordered one jumpsuit that internationally said 7 to 10 business days to ship. The item cleared Canadian customs according to the tracking number that I had to call and receive over 10 days later and has been stuck in delivery mode since April 4th. I dont waste peoples time or my money. I work honestly for what is mine. So to be treated like Im lying about not receiving a package I have yet to see and mind you I have followed all of the steps they have required of me and even sent physical proof that I have reported the package not delivered and they have yet to even send me proof that they have followed protocol to report as the sender that my item is missing. I even asked for a follow up and they wont respond. Ive contact Canada post and they said the sender hasnt filed any report for a missing package. So it is okay to take people money to make a profit without them getting their product? To anyone that is call fraud and theft.

So disappointed in this company. I ordered a dress from them. Dress was beautiful but wasnt the material I thought. The description didnt match what the dress really was. I needed to return it. I went thru all their terms and hoops to return the dress. Paid shipping xs 2. However they have the dress as well as my money and no one will email me back as to how I will get my money back or a credit to order the dress in a smaller size. Do not shop here!!!!
