I really like this store! The employee are very productive and they are super nice! I was greeted and offered any help as soon as I entered. They are working hard to keep the store clean and organized. They are enforcing the masks policy. I love the jeans selection here. I found some that were a great size. I was also able to get a good deal on shirts, especially because its summer. Great Experience!

Store opens at 11am not 10am. Hours on the window need to be changed also when you call the hours state that the store opens at 10am. Please fix the issue

I love this store, Its close to my job and I like shopping here after I get off work before heading home. I always find a cute outfit to wear. The people that work here are always more than willing to help me with my questions. Its a busy store but I think thats great for a business right? Overall the customer service is great. I was greeted by the associates as soon as I walked inside. Also as I was looking for items Ester a store worker came over and help me find the size and color that I needed. As I checked out Leslie the cashier was very helpful with discounts and separating gift receipts. P.S the store was very well organized. It was a joyful experience.

They enforce social distancing, clean store. & my son just got an amazing deal on 5 shirts.

I went there for a real belt. There are numerous stores there. I first went to Gap Factory there because I went to one in Oregon and got a good belt about 17-18 years ago. No only did I get a great belt, I bought some pants also. Good prices, never went to the other shops, didnt need to. Plan on go In back soon.

Not the place for a great deal on your clothing items. No fitting room. Limited choice. Better deals at the Groves Gap store, believe it or not.

The store was mostly clean, but I didnt like their selection. It is a very small store. I tend to walk out with unique adorable clothes for my child at most Gap stored, but this store was too basic in their selection.

Store was very low on childrens clothes not much of anything that caught my eye!! Why is it even there trying to compete with Old Navy next door is puzzling to me.
