Feat Clothing markets their products with a money back return option. However, when you actually log onto their platform to initiate a return, they do not offer a refund. They only offer exchange or store credit. You have to email them separately to request a return where employees attempt to dissuade you from a return with the same range of exchange options. The whole process feels particularly slimy and dishonest.

Ordered 15 pairs of socks 8/28 (card charged the same day) and didnt get them until 10/12. I had email multiple times to ask for an update on where my order was. They offered me a 30% off coupon, which would be nice if I didnt already order 15 pairs of socks...When I finally received them, the box was missing a pair (14 out of 15 pairs delivered).This hasnt been a great experience...The socks are nice. Comfortable. I am happy with the ones I do have. I would just advise having extreme patience. This is definitely NOT amazon.

FEAT Socks is one of the coolest hippest brand in existence right now. Their socks are comfortable, stylish, and is the definition of awesomeness. I own several pairs and I intend to own several more. FEAT Socks HQ is where these awesome socks are conceptualized. Can you call it the capital of awesomeness? I think you can.

Not only did they send me the wrong size, they do not get back to me in exchanging the product. They keep saying they will send out a new one this week and then i ask again the next week and no product exchange at ALL! I DID NOT JUST SPEND OVER $60 DOLLARS ON STUPID SOCKS JUST TO DISPLAY THEM! I WANT THE EXCHANGE OR MY MONEY BACK! I ORDERED SIZE LARGE NOT A SMALL!

FEAT socks are not only the best socks Ive put on my foot - their customer service is unreal, the founder is one of the nicest people I have ever met in my life and their company culture is one of a kind (Also follow their snapchat its hilarious). Wrong size was sent. I emailed them multiple times to exchange the socks for the correct size. I had to pay for the return shipping and then they sent the wrong size AGAIN! I emailed them again asking them to pay for the return shipping and to send the Correct size.They finally sent the correct size but sent 2 pairs of each and didnt email me the return shipping label. Now I have 3 pairs of socks and am not sure what to do?? Am I suppose to send the others back? Are they compensation for my troubles? I really dont need 3 pairs of the same crazy socks, but at the same time Im sick of dealing with this company.I also received a free sock code so I ordered a free pair...I had to pay $6 for shipping and when the socks came they werent the nice sock material like the other socks they sell...these free socks were nasty cheap sock material. (Like those thick white socks ur grandpa might wear) I was VERY disappointed. $6 for an ugly pair of socks Ill never wear.

Feat Socks looks like it has great products, but had hopeless failed to deliver. I ordered a on OCTOBER 21 and now it is November 19. I have sent several emails to there customer service department, without a reply. This order has still not been shipped. I plan on submitting a chargeback for this payment. This was simply not what I paid for.

I wear my FEAT socks with every pair of boots I own. So warm & comfy. Love them!

I placed an order on December 12 and received one pair of socks on January 20. I wrote an email to customer service on December 22 asking about the likelihood of receiving them before xmas. I am not kidding but I received an automated reply that starts out with Hey... and continues on with some nonsense about elves working overtime and they promised 10 working days delivery, insinuating that I am bothering their servers with an automated response. Be prepared for a barrage of spam marketing from about elves and some ridiculous of executives leaking an email about free shipping throughout your experience. None of it is pithy, its just annoying to the point where it seems like college interns are running the asylum. Socks are sold everywhere. I wouldnt waste my time here.
