Now this is a SHOE STORE. They have practically every shoe out there. The pricing is Awesome just like the selection. Only thing that bother us was Security following or seemed like they were eyeing us at the very least. Oh well guess they have their reason seeing how its in the Hood Where The Prices Are Good 😉😎😁👍

Love WSS store, The faculty really goes above and beyond Evelyn in on San Fernando road she was absolutely amazing she called stores she walked around the store to help me look for my shoes she explained to me how to fix the creases in my shoes my Air Force ones and my mid top Jordans she was absolutely beautiful I love the staff at the Swiss stores

There was a lot of people the weekend before kids went back to school. They were definitely not taking covid precautions. They didnt even have hand sanitizer available for customers.

The customers service here is great! So I went in today to get my son some shoes for his Birthday party Sunday I told the cashier I needed the shoes but couldn’t afford them told him if he let me get the shoes I would pay him back on Sunday, the cashier quickly went in his wallet and grab his debit card and said no worries put this in there to pay I was not in need and shocked I paid for my sons shoes and slipped the cashier Mr.Michael a twenty for his good deed thanked him and told him lunch was on me for that awesome job there good people out there!!!!!😊

Good selection and deals. Greater deals on kids shoes (you just have to know your kid shoe size). Place is clean. Helpful and nice staff. Service is fast. Gets a bit full so sometimes you take a while in the line. Overall, good experience.

Staff at front door didnt greet us when we came in. Store had plenty people shopping. Mask still are worn inside store. Went to shoes and they had sons size. Looked for shoes for my daughter, no flats at all for interview. Finally got in line, paid and we left.

I found a better pair of working shoes that take the pressure off my injured right knee and I dont feel the need to limp.

It was a bit crowded due to families looking for last minute shoe shopping but the customer service was on point and was able to help me out with my very picky daughter but overall the service was great .

Ive known bout this store but never really bought or checked out the shoes they carry on stock. So i went to buy my 6yr son some running shoes he immediatley grab those and said those are the ones he wanted. The black jays in picture n bought the red one also. Then i went back and the bought the white jays also bought me some airmax nike to play basketball and now itd my favorite store they have nice collection of jays also airmaxs also nice air jordan tshirts. Its like disneyland for me.

Their selection of shoes are okay but if youre a man with a large size shoe, your chances of finding the size shoe you want is slim. I tried buying a new pair of Jordans and the largest size shoe they had was an 11. They lost a potential returning customer.

I went in there to exchange some shoes for a different color my wife had bought the wrong color. I was helped by my man Pablo. he went the extra mile by looking up the shoe model exact color that I wanted and found it for me at the nearest store call them and have them hold it for me I dont know what else I could have expected from that man. Like I said exceptional service went above and beyond. Again I dont think they train them to do that I think this is just something that this man went out of his own and did but again he made my day . hopefully he gets and its for his by his managers

They steal cc info and buy food from SEOUL.Dont let them get your phone like my aunt.

I went with my daughter, she looking to get her self shoes right. I see a few employees working around us and moving to others places. But not one of them, doesnt even ask a customer. Hello need help with anything. Nope none of them,so my daughter still looking around, I leave right to look @ some basketball gear shorts. Found some I like, I go back she telling me need help. Doesnt see no one, well Im looking and me too. For more then 25 min. Not good, I went to look for them. The line take long, they only had 2 registers open then 2 more came in. She found what she like, but they ran out. So went to another Shoes Warehouse, since Miss told us to could call inn to see which SWH carry it. She also took very long. Those need to be improve more.

They have a pretty good selection of shoes. I was a little dissapointed that the work boots section was so small.The workers were very nice and friendly. They helped me find everything I was looking for.Even though it was crowded, wait time to checkout was not bad at all. I think waited less than five minutes.

I always shop for my son but today I decided to run in and see if I could grab a good shoe for my work orientation tomorrow. My visit today was exceptional. All of the staff/team members were very professional and (most important) knowledgeable about the brands and different products that pertained to my need for the day. They showed me items that were practical & transitional from work to casual daily activities. Thanks team! You made my search less of a search and more of a grab and go with your sense of urgency as I completed my last minute check-offs.

Quite literally the worst customer service ive ever been apart of. I came here looking for shoes for my little sister, we asked for help when looking for the proper size and color. This is where the first problem came up; we told the assistant what shoe,color, and size we were looking for, she then gave us two completely different pairs of shoes. After those two attempts of trying to give us the proper shoes we were looking for, the assistant finally gave us the shoes we came here for. Once we noticed that the shoes didnt fit, we went looking for someone to help us find a different size. This is where the major problem came up and made us never want to came to this Warehouse ever again. We went to go ask for assistance at the front desk or the checkout, upon request for assistance they told us to wait. This wouldnt have been a problem if they were at least helping someone else, but they werent. They were too busy looking at their phones then helping anyone out. Their was a line of people trying to pay for their shoes.At the end, we end up leaving the store since absolutely nothing was happening. Worst experience of customer service ive ever had.
