The staff makes this store. They are so nice and attentive. They make shure you get what you need and are so nice unlike many other footstores. This footlocker is on point. It is always absolutely clean and sterilized every time I have been in since the pandemic and I believe they were located at the corner before and kept both stores immaculate. Management is always the best they make shure you are greeted respectfully and have so much knowledge. I feel so comfortable coming to this particular footlocker. I will be a customer for life at this location. Thanks again and see you soon!

Covid safe. They were only allowed certain amount of people to shop inside the store which I loved better than other stores where they were so crowded where You just didnt feel safe

They only had small, med, or large sizes. No xl, xxl, xxl. Nothing fit me

Very nice and helpful. But didnt have my daughters size in any shoe she picked. She is a female eomans size 7.

Went in to this location today to buy my son some shoes & there were 3 workers there and not one greated us or asked if we needed help the whole time we were there, one guy flirting with some girl helping her and the other two not providing good customer service! So I left, I dont need to spend there ! And the dude had the nerve to say buy back when I said buy and he still didnt ask was there something he could help with, they let customers just walk out .

Where do I start. Just overall the worse footlocker I have ever been to. First off when I came in I was not greeted by the workers-OK no biggie.Then once I find the shoes I want I ask for a pair for myself and my daughter. They did not have my size but said I can pay and order them and they would have them shipped to the store in 3-5 business days and they would call me when they arrive - OK no biggie.A whole week passes so I call on day 8 and a young man answers the phone. I explain to him that I ordered and paid for some shoes and no one has yet given me a call. He puts me on hold and searches and first says he does not see an order with my info but upon further searching finds it but the shoes have not yet arrived- OK no biggie.He then tells me it takes 10 business days on average and I said ok it would be nice if proper ETA’s are given being that I live an hour away so I. And properly prepare. He assures that someone would call upon arrival and to give it another week-OK no biggie.So I wait another full week and call because of course I had not heard anything. A young man answers the phone and upon checking says the order was unsuccessful meaning it could not be filled. I then ask why wouldn’t anyone call me to let me know the status or lack there of. He said he did not know but I could come and get a refund. I then get off the phone and call the 1-800 customer service # to see if I myself could do the foot work on my own since this was not a common thing for the store clerks to offer to do- OK no biggie.I’m on the phone for an hour at least to find out the shoes are sold out everywhere - even in New York🤷🏽‍♂️ who would’ve known. So I give my daughter the receipt to go in and just get the cash since Footlocker could not call, find the shoe or do anything else but give a refund. She goes in and is met with hostility by a female “manager” according to the girl in the store who says she can’t find such an order -Even though my daughter has the receipt in hand and I’m listening on the phone. She tells my daughter she needs an original receipt because the barcode was not scanning for whatever reason but the receipt was the one they gave me upon purchase🤔 needless to say the “manager and my daughter are going back and forth while the manager states there is nothing she can do.Needless to say after a few minutes of useless back and forth the manager calls someone that apparently shows her what she needs to do to refund the purchase price. All this could have been better taking care of with better communication and customer service. I wasted 3 weeks for nothing and didn’t get so much as an apology for the lack of professionalism, communication and inventory. OK never again🙅🏽‍♀️#migraine #noshoes #timewasted

I came in Sunday to get some shoes for my nephew and the staff just act like they don’t want to make a sale no one asked me what size shoe did I need so I just walked right out I’m not about to beg someone to make a sale I will never return never have I been treated like this .the staff is horrible .

Im not sure why people are giving this place 5stars..It is not a good Footlocker. Update 2021 they have gotten a lot better and more selection then before. 👍🏽

Horrible customer service. As soon as i walked in i was not greeted and neither was two different groups after me. And no one was asked if we needed help of if he could show us and shoe in a specific size.. instead he wanted to over shadow people and not say a word.

Make sure you stay updated when you ship orders. Female employee give you the run around. Corporate tells you order is in store.
