This place is great. The store is big and they have a lot of wigs, hair, and hair care supplies. The people who work here are very friendly and helpful. Keep track of the hours because it seems like they change occasionally.

I absolutely love this beauty supply. They are friendly and helpful. They have expensive and inexpensive hair (like $20 wigs inexpensive). Also Basket Beauty have a frequent customer rewards system where you get points under your name and number each time you shop, when you accumulate enough points you get money off of your next purchase if you choose to cash in on the points. My last visit I received $20 off my entire purchase. Check them out in the Wood!

I always go here to get Rastafri braid hair. They even have the prestretch packs. The staff has always been polite and they offer a discount to first time customers. Overall, they have a lot to choose from: shampoos and conditioners, wigs, durags, bonnets, bandanas, blow dryers, flat irons, nail products, oils etc. They’re the only place I know of in LA that carries coco butter lip balm. Praise Jesus because that’s literally the only thing I put on my lips. They’re also open on Sundays!

Lots of products. Not friendly customer service AT ALL. Asian workers/owners peeking around corners at you as if you were going to shoplift.

HUGE selection for ALL beauty needs.

I was visiting California and looking for hair products for my granddaughter. I decided to visit this store located on Market Street. My experience at that store was horrible and got worse when I returned home. I picked up a cap that was price $6.99 but that cap was sold to be at $7.99. When I pointed this out to the cashier she called her manager. He checked it and said the cap was $7.99. I told him that it was marked $6.99 and he told me that someone had changed the price and he would only sell it for $6.99. I reminded him that the item should have been sold as marked and he refused to sell it at that price. I immediately asked for a refund. Only to find out after checking my bank account that someone copied my card number and used it with LYFT to provide themselves with rides at my expense. BEWARE

I love the fact I can find pretty much everything I need here! Hate the service, or lack thereof.
