Store was closed at 4pm arrival due to “temporary shorter hours”, but hours listed on Google maps showed them open. Businesses need to keep information updated to keep customers informed. Call before you go, as this location may or may not be open .

This is not my usual Caribou location, so I didnt know what to expect when I got there. I was pleased to see that they had dine in available. We ordered three breakfast sandwiches and three drinks. The service was very prompt and the drinks were good. My six year old dropped her drink on the floor almost immediately, and no questions asked they made her another. I saw a displeased customer come in with a concern about their drive through order and the staff were very good about addressing her concern and getting her a new drink. I was very happy with my experience at this location and would visit again if I was in the area.

Caribou is amazing food and drinks are delicious and customer service is awesome. Everybody is so nice. And other then having amazing drinks they have amazing decorations! There Caribou swag is so pretty totally recommend you go!! Please go to Caribou! And no I am not someone who goes around giving businesses 5 star reviews. This coffee shop is so GREAT!! I very much recommend you go and yes I know I already said that but I SHOULD say it twice. Have a amazing day! And to have a amazing day you need to go to Caribou!

In 3 years my regular drink went from 3$ to over 6$. I used to get a coffee 2-4 times a day, and now I only splurge once a month due to the ridiculous price increase.I had to come to this location today because my usual store had their doors locked and it wasn’t worth the drive thru. I should have just stopped.The worker was not very friendly. There was no greeting until I initiated it. No one checked in and I waited about 15 minutes from order to writing this. They had coffees lined up on the counter, but no one passing out drinks. I’ll never come to this location again. Caribou has really gone down hill- and this one was actually fully staffed.

Great place but the driveway is so so bumpy and rough. You dont notice it on the way so much as you do on the way out with open containers of hot or cold liquids...

I visit here pretty often to get my coffee fix. I love Caribou.

Caribou would not honor my drink I ordered, because I ordered to the location on the app. This was odd because they’ve usually done this in the past.also restrooms not open

I went to caribou this morning to get a coworker something and they literally ignored the fact I was there. One lady was making drinks and the other lady looked at me and faked like she was wiping the counter and organizing one cleaning solution bottle that was on the counter. Then she looked at the other lady and seen she was still busy and she said oh I didn’t see you there how can I help you. When she clearly seen me. Poor customer service!!

Prompt friendly service. Clean and a patio with a qood number of tables I downfall they have umbrellas at table still a lot of sun on patio

Through no fault of their own there was a power outage which shut down their POS. The staff was very audible when. It caused a frenzy so customers could hear what they were saying. It made them appear unprofessional and exacerbated the situation. The situation could have been kept a little more subdued and they could have just told customers they were having some computer issues which they were working to correct. In all the chaos they forgot about my order and I had to remind them about it as others who came in after me had their orders filled.

Love their loyalty program. Always a treat to pick up something special here.

Was 3rd in line for the drive thru, sat for over 15 minutes. Got to the window, no explanation. Asked why it took so long, they told me to order online, thats how you excuse terrible service?! Will never visit this location again.

I usually get mango iced teas and the prices went way up today. Its almost $4 for a large iced tea and the cashier could not tell me why so I had to drive to another Caribou to find out. I also had to specifically ask the cashier how much the tea was because she never told me the cost and I paid with a credit card. Im so frustrated but at least Im going to save money because I am not going to pay those prices for iced tea!

Normally go here to get my morning Sugar free Vanilla cold press which is my coffee choice. However if your looking for a really sweet and refreshing drink, try the green tea lemonade sparkling and add a full shot of raspberry!!! So so good!!! Next time I get one Ill be sure to post a picture😁. Service is fair...sometimes a little hectic but overall its my first pick for coffee in the Inver Grove Heights area.

Love this Caribou. Its right off of the highway and I dont think Ive had to wait in line at all when Ive been there. There isnt a ton of seating but it isnt crazy busy so you can sit and work for a while without getting bothered.

Went through drive through yesterday, terrible service. Not a complicated order, but didnt receive one food item. Luckily, caught it before I left the parking lot. Went in to get it and they hadnt even prepared the burrito, so no intention of even completing my order. Had to wait in a line for over 5 minutes and no apology or anything for my inconvenience. Rude. Very unpleased with my service.

Caffeine is required to complete a full day of life, coffee has lots of caffeine, caribou has good coffee.

Asked for my hot drink to be not so hot which is basically no warmer than 120. I got my mint condition and it was scorching hot

Good coffee as per the usual Caribou. No inside seating. NO OUTDOOR seating. Drive thru and inside pickup are available. I stopped going thru the drive thru due to so many signs with instructions on how to go about getting your coffee...but its contactless!

Very, very fast service. I visited late on New Years Day, so only three customers in the shop. Coffee was good, had two sandwiches. Ham and cheese on pretzel roll was good, but bun felt microwaved, not baked.

The service and friendliness has been lacking in my experiences at this location. I was a regular customer there until I ordered a crafted press with very lite ice. The guy went on to tell me that the cup will be 3/4 full without the normal amount of ice. I was paying almost four dollars for the drink and put the rest in the tip jar. I asked why and he replied they need to keep the measurements exact to remain profitable. Never went back to that location.

I love Caribou. The service was fine and the seating was nice. But the bathroom sink hadnt been scrubbed in quite a while and the trash can was covered in dust and grime. It made me wonder about behind the counter. I never post but this needs attention.

They were so quick! There was a long line and one of the baristas came out to take orders and payments from all the cars, and the line moved quickly. I am picky, and my coffee was perfect!

Very good. The reason they did not get a 5 star is that I ordered 3 different drinks and a drink carrier. None of the drinks were marked and once I arrived at a family members house we had to figure it out on our own. Think about it Caribou!!!

Unsure if this location is used to train in all new hires or not, but this store typically has the longest drive thru wait times and unsure/newbie staff that needs to double check with 3 other employees before answering any questions. Just drive a mile down the road for the Starbucks.

I was at the Caribou on Blaine and upper 55th Street in Inver Grove Heights, Mn.The ladies inside are always pleasant and smiling. The prices are very reasonable and they are very good at what they do. I will ALWAYS go there.

This Caribou location is outstanding! The baristas are always friendly, the drive through moves quickly, and the coffee is consistently good. Other locations have a huge problem with all 3 of these things but this particular location has perfected them all.

Although I love the product Caribou puts out, especially compared to its competitors the drive through service at this location is terrible. I only go to this location because its conveniently located between my home and work. Every time I go through this drive through I remind myself how poorly its managed and how slow the service. Today is just one more example... I pull up and am asked to wait while the two cars at the window are served and pay before my order is ever taken. Finally my order is taken, I pull up and pay before the barista even begins making my order. If I were to keep track, Id say my wait time averages 5-15 minutes!!! Im always wondering what kind of management is going on because I would never allow my staff to make my clients wait and we dont run a drive through service. Again, I will continue to go to this location due to its convenience. I just wish someone would manage the staff better, or at all!
