I can not fault this location for their oddly small parking area. Store was clean and well stocked. Employees were friendly although I did find it odd they checked a ten dollar bill for its authenticity. Roller grill had an abundance of warm snacks.

I went in this afternoon. Ive been on crutches, I was greeted when I walked in and then the young women working offered if she could help me carry anything. Though I did say a bag would nice to carry a couple things.My first solo outing in over a year was made better knowing there are people out there who care!

Way back Oct or Nov 2016, a male associate took my lottery winning ticket. I didn’t know on that time that the ticket saying “Winner” w/o the amount means it’s more than $600 winning ticket. I do not know how much I won. He is probably not working in that place anymore but I hope he can read this, it’s not acceptable to get someone else winning ticket and it’s a felony.

I was waiting at the DMV on Saturday February 27 2021. At about 0745 my daughter needed to used the bathroom and I had not yet had breakfast so we walked over. My daughter had her mask on and I did not. An employee said some negative this about so I decided to not support your business and started walk out. I noticed the woman at the register had a tag that said manager. I let her know that I would not be making a purchase because of the incident. At this point she decided to be rude to me as well. I will pray that compassion touches their heart. I will not shop here agai .

Great section of hot foods and cold foods. About everything that you may need. The store is kept very need and clean.

Usually this gas station is great. I go for gas and unlimited car washes. Unfortunately Im not sure what happened tonight but I stopped at the gas station for a wash after work today because literally no one gets car washes after 10pm. Long story short, I went to the wash it beeped up my credit and said enter. The garage door never opened for me though. The help button never worked. No one came out. I called the holiday store 2 times, no response. I decided to leave. Hopefully it works next time.

Usually I do not write reviews, but this experience really got to me. I went into the gas station to get a cup of coffee and a pack of M&Ms while my tank was filling up, and when I got to the counter no one was present. I stood and waited for what felt like 15 minutes before someone finally came out to ring me out. He seemed very nonchalant and dismissive, and displayed an overall rude attitude. He also could not seem to charge me for my gas and had to call someone else to help him. I managed to catch the name Isaiah on the name tag, and the experience made me feel unwelcome in the store.

Always clean, always friendly, always an easy and quick experience. The staff is actually really solid, and over the years Ive noticed that they seem to hire good people. Gas, propane, snacks, even bait! It could be offer slightly upgraded food options, but the things that you want it to be good at, it is.

Staff is hit and miss. I had very helpful people and some disinterested. Worst thing is the car wash. Because it gets busy they have cut down 2 wash steps so i tend to go elsewhere. This was on my way back to work and was convenient but the wash feels like enough of a rip off to go out of my way to go elsewhere.

I usually dont review gas stations but this one really got at me. At the end of The night and I kind understand that it was round 10:20pm. And I was going through the car wash as I is getting done with it read at the soap cycle it shut off on me the whole car wash shut off on me. As a accident the car wash and went into the store to asked the clerk good turn on the car wash and reality 8 my wash he said sorry sir were closing I said not until 11 sir. It must be on automatic timer then Im sorry. So I had to Drive my car off with the microfiber told that I brought. I understand its a inconvenience for people to be there at 10:20 when you close at 11 but its not unconvenience store its a convenience store. But obviously not this 1. A simple flick of a button is all I asked and all he did was flip A switch and he ignored Me. Bad service!!

I have never had a more negative experience with an owner (Chris L) of what is supposed to be a prestigious business.I almost always stop here on my way home, and did so for the ultimate car wash. Upon entering I found out this wash did not offer a touch free option like all the other options. This was unsettling.Upon exit the dryer did not kick on, and so I returned home to hand dry with a towel. After doing this I noticed several new scratches all over the vehicle. The passenger side door is by far the worst, with 10+ scratches that look like vertical marks, but clearly are made up of horizontal lines, all at about the same height.To be fair, cars are in a lot of places; however I check mine daily since I bought it less than 3 weeks ago. When I purchased it, I had it buffed and cleaned thoroughly at the dealer to the point of walking around the entire car with the buffing technician and pointing at everything. It was pristine. This is clearly new damage from the car wash.Upon calling the following day (today) Chris seemed polite enough and asked me to come down. However, when I got there his tone changed completely. He was defensive and judgmental, trying to blame the dealer for using compound to falsely make the car look nice, which washes off in a car wash. I told him that the car was washed and buffed before I took delivery, and buffing is far more abrasive than any car wash should ever be. He then tried to say it was door dings, and suggested anything but his own car wash. He was not even willing to entertain the idea that his car wash (which is frequently, and was conveniently closed for repairs again) may have been to blame.He then took pictures and started shaking his head saying things like unreal under his breath. At this point he seemed to be willing to allow me to get an estimate, which made me think he realized this was clearly his car wash doing damage, and then he went back on his word saying he was going to fight this. I politely informed him that he is entitled to his opinion, but that I didnt appreciate him being so unprofessional in dealing with me. Reluctantly, he took down my incident report and said he would submit it to his insurance. He did however make sure to let me know he would be fighting this all the way.I couldnt believe a business owner that is supposed to care about his customers would treat someone this way.This is outrageous to me as it is a well-documented fact that car washes with spin brush systems frequently cause this type of damage when not maintained properly.

The car wash dry time is embarrassing. They give you 60 seconds to slowly get through, great if you have a Geo Metro but a truck takes longer than 60b seconds. Every other Holiday gives 120 seconds to dry.

Car wash was closed because they said it was too cold.I just had to go to a better holiday station and use their car wash Same temperature same day

I only had 2 dollars for gas, and when I came up to the counter one of the employees made a snark comment about not even getting a gallon of gas. There was a lady who rang me out and she was very kind and understanding. However having someone make comments about how much money I have to spend on gas is absolutely rude.

Better than your typical Holiday. The staff know their things, they offer a wide range of automotive goods, and to top it off: they have free WiFi.

Fairly standard holiday gas station, maybe slightly smaller than usual, decent location; highschool aged night crew leaves a bit to be desired as far as customer service goes. Generally clean.

Nice Holiday station, everybody is always nice whenever I have stopped.

Place is always clean and the bald guy who usually closes is always good for a laugh. Owner seems cool, just doesnt deal well with people who are infected sith the stoopid.

The two young people working this morning could care less about the store or the customers. I informed them that the coffee was empty and the creamer machine needed attention, to which the response was not my job. OK, Ill make my way to another spot for my morning coffee.

My experience was very poor. I had a car wash that left dirt all over my vehicle and the owner, Chris Lotysz, humiliated me by yelling at me in front of his store and stating that the dirt on my vehicle was tree sap, then later he stated it was oil and there was nothing he could do about it and he wouldnt be giving me another wash and that he was satisfied with my wash.

Terrible gas station. Wouldn’t recommend coming here for anything
