Best dark roast coffee I ever had.Puts Starbucks to shame

The coffee is *very* meh, but the service is excellent!

They have really fast service me and my family ordered three drinks and it took five minutes from start to finish

The person who took our order was so nice and friendly.

I absolutely love Caribou, and now working down the street from one was super exciting. However I will now be taking the extra time to drive out of my way to Coralville if I want Caribou. This is the second time in a row I have ordered my usual mocha with an extra shot and my coffee literally tastes like coffee and cream (if I wanted this I would just make my coffee at work with my Caribou K cups. There was no toppings for the mocha either and it was the same person that made my coffee last time. The person before me even walked back up to the counter asking if the coffee that was made for her was correct. Just disappointing to be .2 miles away from your favorite coffee spot and it just not what it should be.
