Costco is the wholesale store. It’s similar to Sam’s club in other parts of the country. Prices are noticeably discounted. Goods are all new and up to date. Clothing, grocery, electronics, electrical appliances, meat 🍖, poultry, seafood 🦞, bakery, produce, vitamins, beauty needs, eye and sunglasses, pharmacy, automotive, and much more. It’s great for large families and periodical shopping 🛍

This location stands out for me in customer service and appreciation for the customers. I recently had my car battery go out and it was under warranty. Diane was super helpful in making sure the process went so smoothly. The guys in the tire/battery center were working their tails off, yet, were cool under pressure and made sure all the customers needs were meet and we didnt feel rushed. The battery exchange was simple, fast and I was back on the road. Costco has a positive impression on me and this location really stands out. Thanks again Diane and team for making my day.

Costco has senior hour shopping on Tuesday and Thursday from 9 to 10 am., and theres still a line to get in. Went to get new eye glasses. Great service. Been getting glasses from them forever. Never disappoints. Theres a self check now so really handy, theres a customer service person there to help if you run into problem. For those who dont mind boxing the items yourselves or just bought a few things, theres almost no wait.

I got my meds quickly and left. Prices are much better than other pharmacies.

I love this Costco. I actually love all of them. They have everything you need. And what’s even better it’s all high quality items and foods

We are long time members. We visit several of their big box stores also on-line as well. Its stock is a large variety. Lots to see also purchase.Weve been members their several years.Its a good place to go.

This Costco is not bad but very crowded and the bathrooms stink..and I still gave them a 4stars....food court was ok.

Very friendly staff. Really good deal for eye exams too. Smaller than average Costco bakery section and refrigeration room, also this location does not have the order kiosk for their food court.

Parking lot sucks rocks. Be prepared for extra time for it. Also theyre good prices are subjective: some actually are, but not all. Dont buy any bread product you expect to last more than 4 days, they mold out.

Well stocked Costco, always clean, friendly employees always crowded though, recommend late visits

The store only staffed the return desk with one person and there were over a dozen people in line waiting. Poor staffing awareness.

Hello everyone and thank you for reading my review.Ive been shopping from Costco for almost 10 years and there were some reasons that first I thought it’s unfair like paying to be able to shop!!?Just last week i saved almost $600 on electronics. And the other cool thing is i can return them anytime i want and i have good warranty for all the items that i got.I did some calculations and only last year ive saved more than $4K yaaa $4K saving only in one year. Now i see why its really worth to pay the membership to Costco.I hope this was helpful.

Easy in and out... usually has stock on all new ideals. Follow the Deals Guy on YouTube and he shows every month whats new at Costco. This location has all of the new items and more.

Nice employees, cashiers were very quick. it was on a Saturday so it was very crowded and only got what I absolutely needed. Nice store though.

This is my favorite location! Their parking lots always so packed during weekends, you might spend some times to find your spot.They now have outside food area, easy to grab something before going to shop. The inside is very organized. I specially like KIRKLAND brand which Costco’s. My recommended product of KIRKLAND are Socal RAW UNFILTERED HONEY and ALBACORE SOLID WHITE TUNA IN WATER. I used to have hard time to find tasty tuna, and finally settled. The honey, they have better prices and good quality. I always enjoy seasonal shopping here too.

This is a great Costco, never been before! Easy to get in and out, and the food court is outside!! Such a Bonus!!!

When I went here yesterday, there were a lot of near rotten fruits in the produce section for some reason. The bananas were turning brown (lots of black dots), mold on the strawberries and kiwis, empty boxes everywhere...Not sure what happened because Costco usually have such a high standard for freshness...

Gas station at this Costco is nice, 3 pumps per island, except 1 out of the 5 islands.

Just want to buy eggs and milk. Finally get out with full load cart. 😅😆

I was here shopping with family. Quite a bunch! Nice and wonderful place. The staff are quite courteous and helpful. There are lots of stuff on bargain.

I love Costco but this location so far gave me the worst experiences (yes couple times) between many locations I went. I don’t know why exactly they made things super complicated for customers. I love Costco because of they make shopping more convenient for consumers and I understand sometimes things gets complicated for employees to do the process. I usually don’t give a bad review to any company (especially the one I like) and always try to support them for their hard working but I don’t know why I don’t get this feeling at this Costco location especially when I want to return something simple. I know sometimes people returning old used stuff and give the employees hard time to find the item in system but even for a simple retun, (which I had all the information and receipt) I had to spend an hour and answer all of the questions (which wasn’t necessary at all) to hear: sorry we can’t return this item!! Funny part is I just went to different location right after and they did the return in less than a minute! No question asked!! You might thing this just a specific case but it happened to me couples of times and just in this location. Also, sometimes they issued me a incorrect refund which made me to go back and fix it. Again I don’t know why this Costco should be like this but I also heard from some of my friends which had a same issues as well. So I think something is not right. Again, I love Costco but I don’t recommend this location to anyone especially for customer service issue.

Very very great place to do shopping in bulk. Extremely humble and helpful staff. Their return policy is very respectful. I never think about a second option than Costco.

They have self check out now on the far right side of the registers. Pretty cool! The systems are new and a little picky but the attendant was on top of things

Love Costco...prices are truly amazing for top quality goods! We got these super soft 6 piece sheet sets for just $13 and 16!Wow! So many wonderful buys. Great for clothing too! Cust service is top notch and they back their products!

Costco is my favorite place to shop because I know that I get the best product with an awesome customer service and return policy! No staff so far at any warehouse in the country has been rude or impatient. They are always willing to help and that’s what makes me go back be it for gas, groceries, tires or pizza! Costco is like a family store!

I use Costo Gas, and very good price and it has enough gas pumps to get gas in a reasonable time.

Service was good but not enough people working at The hearing aid center. They did fix my hearing aids in about 5 minutes.

It has most of everything I need at a very good price. Unfortunately, it no longer offers combo pizza.

I will never order Contact Lens from Costco again. They took 3 days to put the order in for mail delivery to my house. After thew day they emailed me saying I will getting my package by Friday. So Friday came and nothing. Cant call costco because nobody cares. Today is Tuesday and s no contacts. This sucks because I cant drive without them.

We bought the rotisserie chicken as my dad has never had it and he is over 100. He thoroughly enjoyed it for lunch at home. $5 to feed 3 of us, how great is that?

Technically location in Irvine is the most cleanest one out of all other Costco and I always find everything I need for my family.

My husbands wallet was stolen and we need to get all his cards replaced. We came in today to get his replacement Costco card and Emily and her supervisor refused to help us, despite the fact that I am the primary person on the account, and he is only a card holder. They should have his picture on file from when he first got his card, and he had a photo of his ID but they insisted he needed a physical copy. I dont understand why that would be the case when it is my membership, and he is a cardholder, on my account. I had my ID, and Costco card on me as well. Im very angry that I have to come back and stand in line again after he finally gets his ID. If we had no issues getting his credit cards and debit cards replaced at the bank, there should have been no issue replacing his costco card!

As an instacart shopper, this place isnt organized at all which makes getting ur orders done in time impossible. It wouldnt kill them to label the isles instead of numbers with no clue as to whats in that #d area!

I love Costco, you can almost find anything here. The weekends are too busy but the cashiers get you out quick is just the maneuvering of the shopping carts that get tricky but is mostly because people dont think or watch were they are going.

This was a clean and well organized Costco with a large Asian shopping population. As such there are Asian focused items for sale that our regular Costco does not have. The staff was your usual friendly and helpful!

Staff are friendly and nice. Less busy compare with the one in Laguna Niguel and Tustin. Gas line can be long at evening but short and sweet in the morning. Mario is my personal favorite cashier as he is sweet and polite.

Good location. Ive been shopping here the past few months, visiting almost every other week. Wonderful staff! Everyone super helpful whenever Im in doubt of an item location or whether its in stock. I dont mind though meandering counterclockwise through the store to eventually find it! Only a few things have annoyed me a number of times here that I havent experienced with other Costco stores. This location allows pallets to sit mid aisle in the refrigerated section. This prevents passing around other meandering people with baskets. Traffic jam! Ive seen pallets of potted plants and random stuff. Super strange! I sometimes skip those aisles, park my cart in a quiet aisle, run back, squeeze by some carts, and grab the item I need. A few weeks ago I was surprised they had no syrup of any sort. A staff member confirmed that even after we checked the usual spot and some end aisles. Ive never seen that happen. Theres always at least one or another (ex. Log Cabin or Kirkland maple...Krustees pancake mix or Kodiak cakes).

One of the best costcos to get everything you need. It is conveniently located, no traffic jams to get there. People are efficient and fast.

What is there not to love about Costco? Love the organic foods and the Keto bread and keto chocolate dip vanilla ice cream bars! Its my home away from home. My sister says that anytime she happens to call me Im either on my way to Costco, at Costco or coming home from Costco! So true.. this Costco is my favorite! It has the organic grass-fed ghee that the Costco by my house does not have.

Almost always very helpful ppl working there, sometimes the phone person isn’t as helpful but usually it’s great. Store usually has nice stuff inside that a other Costco might not have. The one in the district usually gets the primo stuff that others don’t get, ltd items, luxury items.

Great place for fam shopping or if you are meal prepping. Occasionally they have great finds like this cooking book. You need membership card to go in and shop. Avoid rush hours if you can.

Your standard Costco with friendly staff members and ample parking even in the weekend. I like that they have a different set up for the carts compared to the Costcos I go to back home in the Bay Area. As with every Costco they have specialty items at certain stores and I like that they have Poke here for sale. I also took note that they had a bit more Korean products than other Costcos Ive been too as well. Overall a good Costco to go to its busy but not crazy here.

This location is always so crowded that it takes at minimum 45min to an hour to get in and out unless you are going during the extreme times of the day - very early morning or late evening. They have a good selection and the workers are for the most part nice. The exit people are sometimes really so and I think this may be the main reason it takes so long to get in and out.

They don’t answer the phone for any department, maybe they forgot to pay their phone bill. But even if they did answer their phone I recommend the costco in Park Ave. in Tustin anyways, the service is quicker or better there.

The store on Technology is clean, the shelves are back to being stocked, though the Kirkland square box tissue was out, it was expected back in a few days, theres plenty of water, baby goods and other things, goods & food items that had been in short supply during quarantine.Have a feeling this & other Costcos wont have the same problems if theres another lockdown as theyll know how to handle it, too.Staff & managers are always very helpful.Theres a plastic & glass bottle recycling behind this store & theres plenty of parking.In an adjacent - direct parking lot access - shopping center, theres a BoA, Office Max, Pro golfing, Furniture, and other stores, a Shell gas, a Walmart (no restaurant in it), a Wendys & a Del Taco, so others needs can be handled as well.Its in a good, easily accessible location from the 5, the 405 and the streets Alton & Barranca.

Nice was easy to get in and out it was not much traffic waited 10 minutes to put gas and left lots of parking spaces.

Always excellent service from any employee no matter how busy they get. Truly a neighborhood type experience provided by a large chain store! My favorite place to go for the household essentials and modern gadgets. If they carry it they support it no questions asked. That is my kind of vendor.

One of the best, if not the best Costco in southern California. Clean, well stocked, adequate parking, and friendly staff. I have been shopping at this location for eight years and I have never had a bad experience. IMO, this Costco is taking appropriate COVID-19 precautions to protect its customers and staff. One caveat: I like most all of the items that Costco sells, but their gasoline, not so much. It has too much ethanol to satisfactorily power the big, 8 cylinder engine in my old Mercedes.

To be honest at any Costco Ive come across, the general presentation, service, layout are all standard efficient. Costco has achieved expected consistent quality.

My wife, age 50, wanted to shop with her mom (over 75) at this Costco at 9AM. She was rudely prevented to enter the warehouse because she was not a senior, even though she was accompanied with her mom and the shopping was meant to be for a senior.

Who don’t like Costco!! I buy all my groceries here not just because they’re the best in pricing but also the customer service!! They’re always people first and that’s why I chose to shop with Costco for 20 plus years. Let’s go Costco!! P.S. - I remember it used be called price club :)!!
