I went here on October 20.21. The register guy changed to another girl. I believe her name was Bailey. Bailey was very unprofessional and incompetent and complicated rude to customers, Bailey did everything incorrectly. Nor give the receipt and gave me the wrong change.

This place is horrible. The shelves are never stocked. For 3 yrs the aisle where headache meds are kept has yet to be fully stocked. The school supply section has been in a mess for going on 2 weeks. The floor is filthy.

Cashier was very nice. I went 15 mins before closing time at 10pm and the cashier was very nice just saying the usual closing reminders but I didnt ever feel rushed which was nice bcuz sometimes when a place is closing they will rush u and/or you feel rushed so it was nice being able to shop and not feel that way. They even let a guy in at 2 mins till closing and he said he had just 2 items to get which he got very fast and left right after me.

Good deal for saving money, selection is good overall and covers the gaps in what I cant find at other places for the prices they charge. I always stop by there for something.

They close the store at 9pm when there sign says at 10pm. I told the lady in charge to let me in by she argues that they close at 9pm. If this is true you guys should change your signs .

It wasnt very organized, the shelves were bare. And it seemed there was only one person working. Not much of a variety of things to choose from.

I stopped by real quick to get a few essentials. I found what I needed pretty quickly, checked out, and left. Pretty smooth due to the organization. Some of the employees were bored/dull though. But that is expected.

Just had the most awkward shopping experience. It didnt last very long the cashier was working at 7:39pm today 06/30/20 she literally scanned my items and did not say a a word to us through the whole transaction. She just scanned my stuff and handed my recipet to me and looked me straight in my eyes with no sort of friendliness. She didnt day a hello or a thank you or have a good day. I dont know what was wrong with that girl but she made the shopping experience very awkward and needs to be more customer friendly.

Never have clothes for the large only 2 workers in the whole store

Everytime I have gone for the past 3 months, I have a negative experience with the cashiers.They are never happy to be there, and are always gossiping and on their phone.There is an older gentleman who seems to always be mad about something a customer does..Give these ppl some extra time off plz🤣🤣

I always find what I need here and it gets pretty packed but I still get what I need here and dont need to go nowhere else.

The people that work there are very nice and polite.

Nice store. But dont buy their curtain rods. I went to 5 stores. Every one of them had double curtain rods missing 1 of 2 mounting bracket. Every one of them had 48-84 inch curtains missing 1 of 3 mounting brackets. Worse after going to Home Depot they were overpriced as well.

I have visited several Dollar General stores but the store located at Grawyler in Irving is the cleanest one and also has the friendliest staff. They all deserve a pat in the back starring with the Management.

It would be nice if they double up on the food order so the shelves were not empty.

The store was out of order. Nothing was in place where it shouldve been. It also smelled really bad, as if a bunch of people gathered in one big circle and everyone passed gas at once.
