From start to finish these guys are great. i got the deal over texts through lucia who answered every question i had. scheduled me less than a week and crew was professional as can be and did a great job. cleaned up everything and when they were done i couldn’t even find a seam in carpet. would def recommend

Ok so we did our research and ended up having Nunez flooring do the jobI can not say enough. I am absolutely thrilled with my flooring. I had the whole upstairs done and the stairs .Crew came right on time Friday got started right away. When they left they had a bit more to go but everything that was done was spotless furniture back exactly where it was and it was so cleaned up.They came back early Saturday and got right to work once all done everything was put back and spotless, the floors look amazing. The carpet crew came a bit later as scheduled and they got right to work.. They also did a beautiful job on the stairs and fixing the closets that we left carpeted (my only regret we probably should have done them also)The floor is so beautiful and my stairs .I am completely in love with it. Such an awesome Crew everyone of them were so professional and courteous .If you are looking to have flooring put down you need to contact NUNEZ!Great Customer Service Great Price Awesome Crews such professional work best we have ever had done. I was going to use this company, but their contract alleviates them from all responsibility if they cause damage to our products, house, etc. They also said they will not provide discounts for going over the time estimates. When i addressed my concerns, asking that they change the time estimates as long as they are within 2x the amount they estimated and to limit the full liability waiver, they simply said that they We can’t make those changes. to the contract. That is a poor business model. I recommend reading their fine print/contract and hire with extreme caution.

Had a fantastic experience. I cancelled once when the guys arrived because of last minute issues. They were so sweet and rebooked me with understanding..he came back out 2 days later. Although he was late they communicated with me why and when he would arrive. My carpet looks AMAZING!! And the prices are GREAT! Sooo worth it!!

You must use this company! Dont even shop anywhere else. These guys are incredible !!! Job was absolutely perfect and the price came in at roughly 2/3rds the price of other companies. I would give 6 stars if it was an option. Dont waste your time with anyone else, just get them to give you an estimate and hire them!!! The job is absolute perfection, and they are just fantastic.

Very understanding, showed up at the last minute and saved the day. One day service, excellent work, great value. You will not be disappointed. My laminate floors look amazing. Im so grateful 🙏

I remodel houses and got there info from a friend of mine who swears by them. On paper the prices looked great but everything they quoted me had way to much waste. A 900 square foot area should allow 10% for waste for LVP. That is 990 square feet which they had down 1090. I thought okay normal for a mistake here and there. I then had them quote 3 more houses for LVP and 2 for carpet. I then had my installers re-measure and again it was way too much waste. The prices look good on paper but every LVP was 100 square feet more than needed. When I brought it up to the girl on the phone, which is a pain to get ahold of or a call back, she said that’s what they needed and that was the standard but she could give a percentage. We bought 10% and never ran short. I talked to two others and they said the same thing. The $1 a square foot for install sounds good but they are charging a extra $100 for install and $2.35 a square foot in material. All in all it’s a extra $3.35 a square foot for footage that’s not even there. The carpet in all three houses had the same issue. Again every one who came to measure was very nice and other than the crazy hair looked professional. Nice people and price looks good on paper but make sure to check your own square footage and compare. Also when I did ask about just installing they were not willing to lay any underlayment and wouldn’t float the floor. The girl said you can lay it directly over and that’s false. You can but it’ll move and break the “clicks”. We level and float every floor and do it cheaper than them. Also make sure your quote is for 20mil floor. They wrote mine up as 12mil and wanted $2.35 a square foot before installing. I get the same brand from a distributor in Dallas for $2.35 but it’s 20mil the 12mil is $1.49. Can’t stress enough that their bids look good on paper but check your stuff.

Don’t hold up their end of the bargain. Guess u get what u pay for. They say they show up at one time, then they try to change last minute. They ask if they can finish the next day. One thing after another w these guys. If you’re lookin for Craigslist quality, hire em, if you want professionals go somewhere else. They say they’ll pay for referrals, that’s a lie also

Nunez carpet is AWESOME. The owner is very professional and courteous. Their rates are the BEST and the installers do a great job. The owner made recommendation that was best for me even though he was going to make less money. I had a wonderful overall experience and highly recommend anyone to use Nunez carpet.

Someone posted these people on my Nextdoor App. I called several times and left messages to get a quote. A lady ( believed to be the owners wife) finally called back to set up an appointment for someone to come out to give us a quote for laminate flooring. The young man that came out didnt have on a mask so we asked him to put one on and if he didnt have one, we have a new box of them. We were finally scheduled to get our floors done after about 2 weeks. Three men came out ( one believed to be the owner) and installed our floors. Neither of them had on masks or shoe covers. I opened my front and back door where they were working in order to let fresh air circulate. They were in our home for nearly 4 hours after arriving late. Upon getting ready for their departure the guy believed to be the owner, which we didnt get his name nor did he introduce himself, informed us that they didnt have all of the supplies they needed to complete the job that day and will have to return the next day. The coup de gras was after calling the store #, this same lady informed us that we will owe more money than what was on our original invoice amount due to the extra equipment that was not Included. I was furious. 😖First you was late, secondly, we are in a pandemic and your companys business practice is not to wear masks and shoe covers, thirdly, you dont have everything you need and lastly, you charged us extra money. The man believed to be the owner said he would be back the next day at 9am so at 945 we called and the same lady answered and said he should be there in 20 minutes because he had to stop at Home Depot to get the supplies he needed. Question: why didnt they just go do that the day before. My husband asked the lady to speak to the owner and she claimed he wouldnt be available until the week afterwards which we still havent heard from. Oh yeah, they used our restroom without even asking or washing their hands when finished. Just so gross and unprofessional.P.S. I do have pictures as well on my other electronic device.

I was given the best offer by Nunez and no one was able to beat that offer in Dallas/Denton/Flower Mound . The offer was with 1year Labour and 10 year material DreamWeaver® Warranty too.Nunez was always responding to any questions either in text or phone call which helped me to plan everything. I had to get the Carpet done in my newly purchased house and it was a last minute decision when my appliances and furniture was on scheduled delivery in two days.By understanding my situation Nunez sent his team for the job on immediate next working day and his team covered 1050 square feet area in 3.5 hours. They showed up earlier than planned and they were very friendly. The job is neatly done and no complaints from me :)I recommend Nunez to anyone who wish to get the carpet done immediately in affordable price with high quality service.

I have had 3 rooms in my home done by them. 1st was replacing the carpet in my home office with a nice glued down commercial grade carpet. 2nd was replacing the carpet and padding in our living room. 3rd was having the carpet in the master bedroom replaced with vinyl planking.

This is my 2nd time with Nunez Floooring and I cant be more satisfied. Owner is very professional and helpful. He took time to explain every detail about carpet interests and answered every question. There was a miscommunication and he still assured me that all would be well and guess what, IT WAS! I am a customer for life!

Absolutely awesome experience! We made a mistake when we chose our carpet and didn’t realize it until it was being installed (we picked a color that was way too dark). Completely our fault! They understood and allowed us to pick a new carpet and began installing our new choice within 48 hours. The installers were polite, professional, and did a fantastic job! This company showed up on my Facebook timeline. I flipped thru their pictures because I wanted to see the quality of their work. They reached out to me on messenger first asking how they could help me. I proceeded to let them know what job (kitchen and front restroom floor) I was looking for. We set up an appointment and I received 2 confirmation emails.All was well and good. I get up the next morning and wait for them to show up. I just happened to look at my email and it shows a cancelation. I go back on Facebook messenger to see what happened and I was blocked just like the two other google reviewers below. I never cursed these people out or harrassed them. This is bad business. If you cant make it, just be honest with your potential customers.

This so called owner has proceeded to cancel two appointments. Then the morning that hes supposed to come measure for installation, we are told he cannot make it then blocked my bf on Facebook when we tried to confirm the appointment time. Do not do business with this company!! Very unprofessional. We canceled other bids from other companies for someone who tells us THE MORNING of the day we need carpet, that he cannot make it then blocks us. Wasted three days when my family needs carpet immediately!!!I am calling the BBB and any other reporting agencies!
