Best eye doctor and associates in town! Everyone is nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. Dr. Joshi took his time answering all my questions, and making sure my prescription is accurate. I’ve seen how detailed and particular they are with sanitation and cleanliness. Love coming here! Been a customer since 2016!

Doctor Navrin Dhamani is friendly and takes time to understand your situation. She goes through your reports and explains it in layman’s term. Also her staffs are friendly and keeps you updated with your appointment.

UPDATE: 4.6.2021 4 months later..... I attempted to have my contacts prescription transferred to another optometrist. Dr. Joshi’s clinic still hasn’t finalized my prescription. So I’m still UNABLE to order my freaking contacts and have been wearing the trial pair😑11.5.2020 I would’ve given him more stars BUT I’ve had my follow up contact appointment canceled TWO times. My original exam exam was Nov. 5, 2020. It is now Dec. 5, 2020 and I’m still without the TRIAL pair of contacts. Not my regular contacts but the freaking trial pair.I will NEVER patronize this establishment again once I get my freaking contacts ordered.

After paying my patient portion from my insurance which is $60 for contact exam I had to go back 3 times and try on over 3 pairs of lenses because they couldn’t get it right!! I had to suffer with 2 different prescriptions, plus sticking my fingers up my eyes 3 times in office to get something close enough to work with me. After all of that mess I had a $30 charge to release my final prescription for having multiple visits 😂 as if I wanted to be there 4 times (let me mention my last visit was 2 hours 😂) because nothing was working and my options was have a sharp and blurry contact or a very blurry contact! I’m so glad I’m done with them. I came here thinking it was convenient since is near my home. Would not recommend this place!!!!

I took my dad for an eye exam here. The curly haired assistant was very nice and efficient. The doctor even attempted to talk to my dad in Spanish which I thought was very nice of him. He’s also very handsome. And I’m not just saying that cause my Vision is bad. I would definitely go back for future eye exams.

Good experience, customer service

I had a great experience. It was not what i expected. People didnt treat me like a $ sign and i was not pushed to get what i couldnt get at the time. The staff talked me and not at me and they made me feel welcome. All my questions did get answered as soon as i asked them. The Dr was great and friendly and he took time to explain what was wrong with my eyes. I will be telling other people about my great experience.

Highly inefficient office. I had a contact exam around Thanksgiving. They couldn’t be bothered to order my new contacts. Two months later and I had to order contacts on my own (pain in the neck). I will never be their patient again. Go anywhere else.

Dr Joshi and everyone in the office was super nice and helpful. I appreciated how thorough they were, and I am excited to get my new glasses! I’m very glad I chose this location and also glad they accepted my insurance. I will be a return patient in the future.

There was a woman doctor there. She was nice and personable. I gave this an average review because she would not give me my pupillary distance. She was nice enough to explain why she wouldnt however, in my opinion, if you are my doctor and Im asking something about my body and paying for the service, I would like to know the answer. I should have the right to choose what I would like to do as long as its not illegal or putting anyone in danger.

A standard optometrist but the wait is terrible! I didnt even see a Dr in the office (which is small so I couldnt have missed him) for about an hour after my appointment started. The price for a basic exam was a bit higher than other places but I dont see what is worth it. The staff was nice enough and the doc was pleasant and I think quite good but they need to be better at scheduling and deal with patient wait times. I wasnt the only one there waiting and they just got back from lunch!

Terrible staff. Almost a year ago I went in and the counter gal was on her phone playing. She did not even acknowledge me at the counter. She just sat on other side. I say Miss., I would like an appointment.She said she is on lunch for another 5 minutes. My thoughts are she can check in a customer and play on the phone after. She was rude on check out also. I mentioned it to the doctor about the poor expierence.Today I stopped in same terrible staff was playing on phone. The other lady that wasnt playing was completely rude. My eyes have been hurting and believe it is the brand of contacts the doctor forced me into. I really wanted it addressed however decided to go elsewhere if that tells you how bad this office is.I strongly recommend going anywhere but here. I rarely do negative feedback but this was again a terrible expierence. The first time maybe she was having a bad day. Its obvious now the doctor is to blame. Both of his staff were bad. You dont find multiple bad staff at discount tire or chic fila because from the top down they make sure everyone is great. They get rid of bad apples fast. This doctor is blind or bad himself.

I normally dont look forward to medical appointments, but I have to say this was an enjoyable experience. Dr. Joshi and her staff were very friendly, professional and courteous. I got all my detailed questions answered and am very pleased with the eye examination and recommendations.

I recently came back to try this office again and i loved the treatment, so professional, very clean office and very nice professional doctor, when i was there a very loud rude lady came in cussing everyone out, and making a scene, the girls at the front desk killed her with kindness, where never rude or lost their cool, they handled the situation like pros, The doctor was so kind and took her time. Highy reccomend! They had appointments that same day which was very convenient for me. Thank you staff!

I had a eye exam which is quite expensive well i waited a bit and ordered my glasses online few months back .I called and asked if they would check them out they said at first i wold have to get another eye exam which i said was not right if the dr made a mistake they should check the lady on the phone was very rude and unreasonable eventually she said to brind my glasse to get check .no customer service is horrible dont recommend them wont ever come back
