It’s my first time getting a prescription glasses for my daughter at Target Optical. Sonya really helped us choose the best option for my daughter. She explained very well what my insurance can cover and the cost on each option. We never feel rushed and she really made us comfortable while we’re there. My daughter had a great time choosing her glasses. Sonya is really excellent in what she does. Highly recommended! We’ll come back for sure!

They’re meant to open at 10am. I got there around 10:15am to see they weren’t fully ready to open up.The lady working there seemed to have an attitude. She said that I can’t touch the frames unless I want to buy that particular frame. So I asked how will I know if I want to buy the frame without touching it or trying it on. She then huffed and puffed and replied saying “fine you’re allowed to touch a maximum of 5 frames.”I wasn’t asked if I needed any help or had any questions. She didn’t even look at my prescription to give me frame advice.I tried on about 2 frames before walking out because it got to a point where I didn’t even want to stay in the store anymore. I even found the frames I liked but I rather take my money and business elsewhere where the employees care about their patients.Not coming here again!

Marden A. did such a fantastic job!!! I walked in and was out in less than ten minutes. She was so friendly and fixed my glasses so quickly. We had a delightful conversation and she really cared about my experience. I felt really taken care of and knew that Marden would do a great job. Change ur time. I came in at 3:20pm and they told me they closed even tho the time says 4. Good way to keep returning customers.

I had really bad experience working with technician and store manager. I wish they could be more courteous vs ignoring. There are hundreds of vendors selling eye ware in the market and only reason customer comes/returns is because of good customer service. Before I went into Target Optical I had wonderful help from Jordan Crow, he was very informative, welcoming and patient. In August for my appointment I had exceptional service from Sunshine Optometry. The receptionist was very kind and so was the Optometrist that filled in for Sonia Jan O.D. I was a little skeptical at first since it was my first time, but the fill in for Sonia was informative and hipped me to making another appointment about an eye condition I should look further into.
Great service! Even though it was closed Mardin opened up and fixed my glasses, very kind.
Horrible, went in for contacts and I never received my prescription. Always claimed that the contacts I needed were in back order. After a while it was just radio silence. Never answered any of my calls, left messages and never got a call back. Its now almost been a yr. So, since I have an appointment coming up now the calls and emails are rolling in everyday or so. I asked about getting my appointment credited since I never received my prescription, the doc denied. When I asked what they can do they said nothing just keep my appointment. Said it was my fault for not contacting them when in fact I have. Seems like the doc does not care to actually care and give the services her patients need. Just about $$$.
I call ahead, walk-ins are welcome. I walk in: You can wait but I can’t tell you how long... I ask: can you give me an approximate estimation? She can’t. 10 minutes? one hour? 4 hours? He doesn’t know. well...
Really great service. I have never had glasses before and thought this experience was going to be stressful. It was just the opposite. I believe his name is Jordan, and he was super helpful. He helped me pick out a great frame for my glasses and Im going to go back. Not to mention that they have tons of great frames to choose from.
I went in for an adjustment and asked how long they’d been an optician. Their response was, “what’s an optician”? Everyone starts somewhere, which is fine. But if you want someone who actually knows what their title is, and more about lenses than just what they’re trained to sell, take your business elsewear. Plenty of opticals with a lot more knowledge. But hey, you get what you pay for. Cheap out on glasses and you’ll get a cheap experience.

Rude optical lady!!!!closed the gate in my face before closing time, told me they have to print papers that is why closing before 5pm. Don’t come here
Amazing customer service. I hadnt worn glasses in years but D & J were super helpful with advice towards making a good pick that fit what I was looking for, as well as making sure it fit well once they arrived at the store as well as what to expect during the adjustment period
Every experience was great! From the eye exam to the search for my new frames. I ended up with 3 pair! I spent more than i intended, but i have spent far more for less quality and satisfaction in the pickings that were on offer at my regular eye care center in Ardmore, OK (BFEC) they kept getting my script wrong.This is my new eye care home now.
This Target optical has a very good selection of frames. The optician at this store is super friendly and very knowledgeable.

It’s a little frustrating when the store hours say that you open at 10am, but no one is at the store to open it.
