This is the first time we are trying this restaurant and we’re impressed by the menu options available. The restaurant itself was clean, but some of the tables weren’t. We were open to choose any table we liked to eat, which was nice, and they gave us some bottled water with our menus. The table already had some spoons and forks and napkins.The menu was extensive, good selection of vegetarian dishes as well. We ordered vegetable Manchuria and corn Manchuria for appetizer and both tasted great! Was genuinely surprised with how good the taste of both the dishes were. We finished them in a matter of minutes upon their arrival. We ordered a Ghee dosa for our kid. The chutney tasted good, a little bland for adults, but they tasted good. The dosa was crisp and didn’t taste sour. The sambar wasn’t nice but chutneys portion was enough to not indulge in the sambar.For entrees we ordered Amaravati Veg Curry with Butter Naan, Paneer Biriyani and Schezwan Veg Fried Rice. Curry was good, the menu said it was very spicy, but it wasn’t. The butter naan was fresh and soft with loads of butter. Was a little disappointed with the Paneer Biriyani. The rice was mushy and not grainy. Looked like Pulav rather than Biriyani. The taste was good, not very spicy (that’s on us as we forgot to mention spice level to our host), and the paneer was soft as well without being rubbery. The schezwan fried rice was the the best entree. The sauce that accompanied it tasted very well together. You would expect schezwan fried rice to be a little spicy but this wasn’t.The portions of dishes were HUGE! One of the entree is enough for 2 people as a main course. The dosa was a good size as well. We ordered Mango Lassi for the kid, which was good. The Buttermilk was more like Masala Lassi, but tasted good and was chilled. The best was the Salted Lemon Soda. It tasted just like soda from India and would definitely suggest to try it if you are here. 10/10 would go back!

We ordered spicy curry but he made it medium. When asked he said we make it spicy only. But I said it shows medium on the ticket and to that he said we make it little spicy only. The way of talking is so bad. Would never come back to this place!!

They sell 70mm dosa without masala…inaccurate menu online ..when we ask them to refund they deny it..so rude. No service for loyal customer

I highly recommend not to go on weekends. The service will be late. But it’s always my go to place for Biryani. They got best Biryanis. Very tasty and delicious. Specially this branch. There’s not a single time where the food taste or quantity was compromised. Very friendly staff.

AMAZING FOOD & GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!Stopped here (dined-in) after a long drive, and on our way back to Oklahoma. Both the greeter on the pastry side and the waiter were friendly and polite. The waiter was patient and explained the menu and its specials. Our food came very quickly, was hot (in temperature), and was exactly what we ordered. The restaurant was very clean; was family friendly and was a great value for the amount of food! I would HIGHLY recommend this place and will eat here when I come to Dallas.

They don’t change the order once placed. Even if you request them to change in 1 second. So please be careful. I had a bad experience which I am sharing. Even if the rate of item is same, they will not. Their Hyderabadj Biryani’s are good although. Enjoy yours.

This is our go to place for weekend blast. Food is spicy and full of flavors. We get the temper Gobi always. That is one of the best Gobi dish we ever had. Love it ! Also I have a current favorite the karampodi chicken. Utterly delicious 😋

Ordered Gutti Vankay and Paneer Biryani. I haven’t found any taste variation among both the dishes as the flavored (colored) rice was the same and Paneer/Egg Plant were cooked in the same sauce.The only variation was the Eggplant and Paneer pieces in the both the dishes and the rest all was identical.

I’ve been going to this place almost every weekend from past 3 months because the taste is very compared to other in Irving. Especially, chicken biryani and veg Manchuria. And today I’m just super impressed with their customer service on my missed order, I’ve never seen any restaurant from past 6 years in Irving like this kind of service.. not even close.

Being a Hyderabadi, I rate this a good chicken biriyani goto place. I tried many other restaurants before rating this one. Generous portion.I usually order food on Friday’s; I am not sure if this is a factor, but be mindful of this fact.Update: Ordered again on 11/07/2020. Very satisfied.

Good taste.. some starters we said spice level mild but it came more than spice level 10. they can communicate if they cant make it to whatever customer is asking for rather than making them sick...

The Vijaywada boneless chicken biryani is just awesome!The aroma of the spices decently mingles with the rice to enable the taste buds. The portion of a plate suffice 2-3 people. Cooking oil is optimally used, I did not see the residue in the to go box.Great job chef!

We went for breakfast dine-in over the weekend. Customer service is poor - no one comes and checks on us in the middle, no one takes off the plates and there are no indications of self-service too. We were waiting for a long time for someone to come and when we got up and checked, all staff members were chit chatting at the counter, leaving behind the ONLY customers in the restaurant. A big time waste for us.Food is just okay.While I understand this is a new restaurant, I think the staff need a BASIC training on how to address customers after the food is served and check up on them - better check some YouTube videos. Washrooms were smelling bad and dont have paper towels. DEFINITELY NOT GOING AGAIN.

I had food from Bawarchi 1 year ago, the food was not so good that time.After long time, we visited couple of times recently, now its changed a lot in Menus, Taste of food and Treating customers.I wondered and ordered couple of dishes Nethili fry, Goat Fried pulao, Chicken Dum Biryani and Shrimp Curry.Pulao and Biryani are mouth-watering and but the Shrimp curry has disappointed us because of too much of tomato flavor and sour in taste.We got the festive special Sweet Pongal complementary, it was so delicious and feels like Temple offerings.Over all, Its good place to have good food.

Food here is quite amazing plus there is a lot of variety to choose from. Not to mention that the staff are very courteous and friendly. As a regular customer, they are always delighted when I come to this restaurant. I definitely recommend trying out this place.

If you want to eat something spicy and if you are in hurry, Bawarchi Biryani Point is the place to go. They are clean and friendly and they serve quick. They are cheap. I ate chicken chilly and chicken tandoori. I would not say they are the best but they are best for the price they serve. One of the best kind in the town.

This place was awesome. We went there twice and it was a wonderful experience both the times. The food is top class and the ambience is even better. The service was fantastic. They were happy to serve us.

I am a student who recently came to Dallas and was craving for Indian food and then it was my first Indian dish(Thalapakatti Mutton Biriyani) that I ordered here from Bawarchi Irving and It’s a surprise to me that it tasted so good and authentic and I wonder if there is some hidden mom’s magic in their Kitchen Cz I enjoyed every bite of it and reminded me of my Home Country ❤️..Thank you so much for maintaining the essence and quality of the food and from then till now it has been my routine to have that Biriyani atleast once in a week. It’s a must try and not to forget their chicken 65 is also too good.

The best biryani I ever tasted in and around Texas, must try is Vijayawada boneless chicken biryani in non veg and in veg Brinjal biryani was the best( its a must try even if you dont like Brinjal)

Oh my oh my. I have fallen in love with the food from here. I started out by ordering biryanis and then have gotten to taste much of their food. And every one of the food I get is super delicious. Yes, the prices might be a bit steep but it surely is worth it. Everything is so good, and I really do mean everything. Also, the portions in each food you get is enough to share with another one too so its a win win. Absolutely would recommend.

Veg keema biryani and mutton pulav are must have items in the menu. Karivepaku chicken and karampodi corn are the best I ever had. There are lot more to try...

I’m a great biryani lover over 25 years now I ordered goat biryani here and It taste like pulav with jalapeños cabbage in the biryani. I went by the bawarchi brand and it’s a great mistake. Not at all worth calling this as biryani.The curd & gray was spoiled.To conclude it was a disaster.

The customer service here is terrible.I was here for a to-go order and when I was ordering the food the guy who is taking the order got a phone call from another customer to place an order. I am not sure what other customer was saying but this guy got aggressive and started using abusive words over the phone call with that customer. He even used F word in front of other customers in the restaurant. This kind of behavior is not acceptable. using F word to any kind of customers is not acceptable.The only reason I selected 1 star because I do not have an option to give you 0 star.Terrible terrible terrible customer service.I dont care about the food if the customer service is bad.

The best Indian food outside of India! We came for some snacks and we ended up eating everything! The food is amazingly tasty and their variety is outstanding!! The people is very welcoming and friendly. So far has been the only place taking the proper care about my vegetarian lifestyle, they served my food in a different tray in order to make the difference. I will definitely come back. They explain the menu very well and they can make any variation required.

My kids wanted eggs with their biryani after seeing the picture and the server heard and brought us extra eggs without us asking. So nice and the food is amazing.

My experience sucks, the worst taste I had after amaravathi. Chicken lollipop look at the pic how it is, this is the first time I saw a lollipop like this. OMG I hate this so much. I was too hungry but when I started eating I lost everything. The biryani rice is like pulao type. If you want to ruin your taste buds you are welcome to go there. Btw this is my opinion. One star is minimum so I had to give this else it is a minus star rated.

We went for dinner around 9pm and the vibe was very nice and ambience was pleasant. We ordered ulavacharu biryani, Vijayawada biryani, chicken 555 and karvepaaku chicken. The food was very tasty and nice made. Other day we had goat curry the meat pieces were soft and cooked to perfection. Many different variety of dishes we tried over many days and they are well presented and tasty too. I specifically love the chickoo shake and chicken 555.

Good place for folks who want to try out different types of Biryani...They have a wide spread of Indian dishes, and ask for the Spice level before ordering... Some dishes could be really spicy .Have gone here multiple times and the service and taste have been excellent . Had ordered the following items, Veg Dum Biriyani, Vegetable Rice, Gobi Manchurian, Masala Dosa and Poori .. and they were excellent. Will definitely recommend this place.

We love biryani and the best one is from Bavarchi Irving. Definitely love the flavour and its perfect spicy. Not the one that ll burn but definitely taste amazing. Mr lokesh also helped us choose the perfect Appetizers and they tasted yum! It has become our go to every weekend now. Give it a try!

New restaurant in Irving. This food will go down as some of the best Indian food in Dallas. Lucky for everyone, this is a restaurant that has locations all across the country. Normally, I would give this restaurant a 4 due to long wait times and poor customer service, but the food and prices make up for it in everyway. Waited 20 minutes for my order to be taken, and another 45 minutes for the food to come. Started with the Apollo Fish for the appetizer, which was an 8/10. The Mutton Fry was a 9/10. The Mutton Biryani was an 8/10. The Mixed Fried Rice was a 9/10. The Butter Chicken was a 9/10. The Naan was probably the worst thing, but it was a decent 6/10. Will definitely be coming back to some of the best Indian food in Dallas. For feedback, customers should be accommodated with better customer service. Would definitely recommend if you want a true taste of India!

I have been here a handful of times. Each time the food was extremely tasty. Definitely the best Indian food in DFW that Ive tried so far. The service is very friendly. I even left my earbuds on the table the last time I went and the waiter rushed outside to make sure I got them. Very nice, honest and friendly staff.

The new Bawarchi biryanis of Irving is our new favorite place. I tried the chicken hot & sour soup on recommending by the owner who seemed humble, friendly and attentive to the customers in the restaurant. The soup had a weird taste and didnt go well with my taste buds. Had to squeeze lemon to make it kinda right. I ordered Apollo fish which was really tasty & remained my top choice in my order. And for the main course ordered Gongura chicken dum biryani which was equally good & tasty as my appetizer. I would surely go back to try the other items in the menu. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE for all craving for some spicy snacks & biryanis. Friendly staff, fast service & clean place.

The food is really great. Did miss a bit of Indian touch but that is obvious but better than a lot of Other Indian restaurants.

There biryani combo is good. The best part is gulab jamun they are mouth melting and yummy .

I love their food. Everyone knows Bawarchi is famous for Biriyanis. I dont think they need a review for it. This rating is for their appetizers and main course. I have never seen a restaurant serving consistently delicious food everytime like they do. Starting from South Indian appetizers, to serveral varieties of Indian breads, to authentic North Indian Paneer gravy items, they always amaze you. I am a regular to this place now. Big shout out to the chefs and the people who serve the food. They are super fast.

Service was friendly and prompt. Only one other table was occupied for Tuesday dinner. Food was really average. Cut mirchi seemed stale. Veg fried rice was decent but barely had any veggies apart from lots of cabbage. My friend tried chicken 65 and chili chicken, and said that both dishes were just OK.

Amazing service, door dash messed up my order and they went over the top to make it right, highly recommend this restaurant going above and beyond to do right by their customers, staff are incredibly friendly and helpful

I also love to dine-in here with my friends and we all enjoy the food especially boneless chicken biryani, mutton curries and naan are our favorite along with appetizers. I visited this place on a Wednesday evening. I was craving for some Indian food and thought of giving it a try. As the name suggests, they specialize in Biryani. The place is situated in the same complex as India Bazaar. Here is my perspective about the place.Food (4 out of 5) - I tried their Paneer Biryani. It was served with mirchi ka salan and raita. The biryani had big chunks of paneer and it tasted spicy and good. The raita and salan were quite thick and accompanied biryani very well.Ambience (3 out of 5) - The ambience of the place is very average. There is nothing special about it.Service (3.5 out of 5) - It is a self service restaurant. You place your order on the counter and then u get it at table. The cutlery and other items are placed separately. I didn’t have to wait much for my order after placing it.Overall, I would recommend the biryanis from this place for takeaways rather than dining in.

My mother in law were first time visitors to the restaurant yesterday and let me say the food was outstanding and we have had some really good indian food while living overseas! We had the mix grill, butter chicken, Gobi Manchurian, and palak paneer.

Ive been looking for a great Indian food place near me with easy pick up. I found this restaurant on a delivery app actually and the food arrived on time, warm, and delicious! I ordered pickup yesterday and the food was ready a little later than the expected time but they had a bunch of other pick-up/delivery orders ahead of mine. The food was delicious again and I cant wait to eat here again! 💕

Super late . Grubhub and other online orders people waiting for 55 minutes after reaching there per predecided time. Failed on time by huge margin. Indian restaurant make you wait as normal. But 5-10 minutes not like when you order aged for pickup and wait there for 45 minutes to an hour . I could have not be in a mob of people waiting for there order desperately in Indian smoked kitchen in mask. Please improve. I will change my ratings.
