Went in today to sell a name brand jewelry piece and received a fair offer from, Gerardo. He explained his offer amount to us with his knowledge about the brand. Also want to point out that the store is very well organized and clean. They also have beautiful luxury purses and offer layaway!

A friend had recommended Sunbelt Pawn. I can say as a first time customer I was very impressed. Gerardo went the extra mile to help meet my needs. I will be back when I need some extra money in the future.

Ive been here before in the past 3yrs every time they have the best customer service and really help u out if its in their hands. Gerardo helped me today and my husband we were in a small bind and he was able to work things out to put a little cash in our pockets.

Got there 10 mins before they supposed to close at 7pm. this would of been my first visit, since i was referred from the Grand Prairie location to go visit Irving location, so a long drive and lost gas. they shouldnt have close 10 mins early. i was just gonna visit quickly and look around, 10 mins was enough for my first visit. i would of comeback in the future with my time, but i dont know if i will go to this location anymore.

An amazingly helpful place to go to when youre in need of some quick cash. The guy that I spoke to, whom Im assuming was in charge, seemed very fair with the loan he offered me. I was able to get the cash I needed to get me through a rut. This was my first time going to a pawn shop and he was extremely helpful and honest in explaining the process and how everything was evaluated. The trade off was quick and easy. I went from anxiety to relief all thanks to their help. While I was there I glanced around and saw many designer bags and electronics that caught my eye. Ill definitely come back, hopefully not because I dug myself into another hole, but instead to get some quality items at discounted prices. BUT, if I did need quick cash, this is my go to shop.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE! Purchased a rifle online from them and it showed up with rust ALL over it. The ad stated there was a small spot of rust on the barrel. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service when I talked to the Manager at the Irving location. SAVE YOUR MONEY ANS BUY ELSEWHERE!
