Good Indian grocery store. Fruit and vegi fresh. Anything you want that you miss from India or Pakistan all in that store.

Nice store for getting fresh vegetables, and all Indian spices/stuff at reasonable prices. Store is clean, organised with a very helpful staff.Best time to visit is during weekdays as it gets very crowded over the weekend.

Patel brother is a good grocery. You can get all Indian food but there is no return policy. food are more costly then other grocery.

Overall its good, but recent purchase was not of good quality. Got roasted upma and found roasted insects inside it 😕... So please check your product before buying.

Best place and best price when compared to other stores in Irving to buy Indian grocery, frozen and canned food. They have freshly made roti, methi roti, curries, few snacks like samosa, puff, vada pav etc. the vegetables are mostly fresh. The store is very big and has a vast parking lot with handicapped parking spots too.

The manager is very rude. He does not know how to talk. He says we cannot say about cost for any order in the phone even though it is enquiry. He says “I can’t change policy right?”. He is simply a lier as Frisco Patel brothers told the cost in the phone. Considering that I feel the Irving Patel brothers need to learn how yo do customer service and hence should get 0 rating in customer service and they should know we can take our business elsewhere and they can keep their rudeness with them.

The people in billing counter are impatient and does not have the patient to listen. They just throw the items purchased during billing and damage the items. I requested to handle the items properly and she started even throwing it more harder and make fun of customers with their co-workers.

Nice place if you want some Indian stuffs like spices, frozen Indian snacks or veggies. Lots of options for everything. You can also get fresh chapati and snacks. Lots of variety of vegetables are available. Staffs are friendly but sometime you wont get any help. During this pandemic masks are required to enter but there is no one to monitor the masks I saw some people entering without a masks and separators are there but are not managed.

The Carts are all spoilt with rusted iron rods strutting out. This is a disaster in waiting if kids sit in there.

Good store with variety of Indian groceries collections. But the staff in food department need to be trained. For example, when I asked whether their food has MSG or not, one lady told me I don’t know what MSG is and she was not even willing to go and ask the other people about it.

Low prices compared to any indian store in dallas area. Fresh vegetables. Amazing chocolate selection fruits and hot rotis.

The workers doesnt care much and are extremely rude. When requested another set of cilantro, as the ones open were rotten, they were like just get from this rotten ones. When I said that let me check with manager, may be she can bring out, they got some out by the time the manager comes and check. The manager is helpful and tries to keep things simple, but the workers there doesnt really care much.

Bought a number of grocery items including a 10 lb. bag of onions. When I checked the receipt, I saw the 10 lb. of onions entered twice and there were a number of other grocery items between the two entries. How is that possible, is the software adding the item again? It is a bad practice to charge a customer twice for the same item.

This is regarding the customer experience. Nothing with shop and items though.I have been going to this shop from the day 1 they opened and before that I use to go to other Patel brothers at saibaba temple. I have been customer for this shop for the last 10+ years and shopped at Patel brothers not less than 400+ times and today when I bought some stuff and after the billing is done I happened to return one item there itself and I did not get out of the shop. The lady at the counter is so rude, irresponsible and show anger, discomfort, irritation just because I am returning the item.I have nothing against this shop or the employees. All I ask is don’t I deserve good customer Experience and good Indian culture to respect others? On top of that she says No I did not do so. Then the the guy came and I am not sure if he is the manager, he started saying come down and calm down. Once I explained what it was he apologized me.I was not looking for any apology but a good customer experience and respect as a human.Not sure if the management take this seriously and teach their employees to provide their services with happy heart and minimal respect to their loyal customer.

Great selection of interesting grains and spices. The day I was there the produce department was a mess but the vegetables were fresh and nice quality. The thing that most stood out was the helpful staff. Thats a major bonus when youre not familiar with the store or ingredients.

When i went in the team making the bread was doing excellent job the cashiers were excellent I got exactly what I needed everything was perfect however I did witness when I walked in theres a sign that says I need to wear a mask when Im in the store and I witnessed one and gentlemen without a mask on the entire staff was masked so I asked the cashier who the person was and I was told to the store manager that is not acceptable in my opinion anyone in a position of leadership should be leading by example this time.

I finally made it to this store, my boyfriend is Indian and hes been raving non-stop about the store and how I NEEDED to visit. Im so glad I did because I was in masala heaven. I purchased everything I needed for the Kappa Biriyani and more. The only downfall was that they didnt sell meat, but it wasnt that much of a disappointment because I went to the Walmart next door. I will definitely return.

It’s a good place to get Indian groceries for a good price. The only thing bothers mes is that some times the vegetables are not at all fresh especially during weekends, It makes me angry Tip: From my experience it seems like Wednesday or Thursday is the best day to get some fresh vegetables with less crowd.

I love shopping at Patel Brothers as I can always find the vegan ingredients I need and the prices are low.

They let their buggies pile up everywhere outside all during the day. Im not parking my car there anymore. Ill go somewhere else where they have employees clearing their lots of buggies piling up.
