I wish I could give this p[ace no stars. This man is a thief, a scam and a big liar. Do business with him at you own risk. His greed has affected my finances greatly and also affected my credit. On top of that when I confronted him he kept lying. Such a terrible being. He even lied about having people who work with him and he works alone. He put me in a huge debt. DO NOT BUT ANYTHING FROM HIM!

Please stay away from this vendor. His whole business is a scam who tell you one amount and charge you another amount. He told me that my mattress will cost $1200 but he had charged my credit card for $2600. I called the credit card company and have disputed the amount.I will soon be suing him so he doesnt do this to anyone else. I thought I was the only one but I came across many reviews that are scammed by this business. JR, the manager, was such a great help when I came into this location! His professionalism and knowledge go above and beyond! I was able to get what I needed at a great price. Customer service does not stop at the sale for JR. He has called to check in and ensure I’m satisfied with my experience and product. I will absolutely be making future purchases with him.

We went in and the guy talked us into getting a nice mlily mattress and the financing option they had. We agreed upon $3,000 price and paid $700 down and was never given a proper receipt. Imagine our surprise when we get the financing info (WEEKS LATER) and do the math on the balance and realize he charged us $3,500! We live a bit a way from the place so we cant drive back over there to complain. If youre buying a mattress there GET A RECEIPT AND CHECK IT 2x! This feels like a nasty bait and switch method, almost as if they were hoping we wouldnt notice. The bed is great but this left a sour taste in my mouth.

As a sales person myself I understand that the customer must be in communication with there Sales person even when you have problems. I went back to this particular store because my first experience purchasing was really great. I now buy 2 more mattress and lack of communication was very unacceptable. I totally get it that things happen but my senior mother waited all day for a delivery and I had to call the store twice on Saturday, just to finally be told they couldn’t delivery my items. Then pushed me off to Sunday open window 2-6 and I had to call the store again lack of communication and no delivery happened. Yes we had rain but I lost an entire weekend waiting on mattress. Now we are here Monday as I was going to cancel again broken promises of delivery and time frame. I have been sitting at my home waiting and still no delivery until the guy finally calls to say I will be their in guess what an hour. I’ve been waiting at home all day it’s 3:00 and he wants me to wait another hour. Very very unprofessional business and lack of respect for me the customer time and they offered me nothing but I’m sorry!How about I not take the purchase when he get here.Very disappointed customer!

The worst experience ever Jr from Irving and Mike from the cedar Hill mattress Depo store are the biggest professional scammers ever I would not recommend this company period nothing but broken promises and scams been over a month and still no merchandise and no refund this place does not deserve a star but need to warn people dont waste your time here.

I wish I can put a zero star on these scammers. JR talked us into buying a matress. We agreed on the amount ($1937) to pay and told him Ill pay within 2 weeks or less. Less than a week, I received a charge of $183 on my account. On calling the company they said I had to pay $4000+ or I pay the remaining full amount and close the account. When I asked how much did I have to pay to close the account. They told me to pay more than the purchasing price almost totaling to ($2500) which I wasnt in agreement of. This JR general manager advised me to have my Bank account closed if I didnt want to pay. Alot of people have been scammed at this store per the reviews. Do not go here!!!! I want in to purchase a Adjustable Base for a king size bed and spoke to John Liles (JR) stated that he is the General Manager and He can give me a great deal! I explained to him what I wanted and he stated “I have just the one for you’! It will lift you and drop you down like on a cloud! It will tilt your head and everything! Basically I got a Basic Adjustable Bed! It only lift you head and feet and when I called him about it he said “I got customer in here now and can’t talk’ . There is never anybody in there. I came in here because my friend was at spectrum, we both relocated from California and have no furniture. Sean helped me, he was absolutely FANTASTIC! So nice and friendly as soon as you walk in, I told him my situation and he was more than eager to help and get me set up and comfortable. Prices are amazing! He listened to my needs and I have new furniture that I’m so excited for! Will definitely be doing the rest of my furniture shopping with him! Great great great! Can’t say that enough!

Very good customer service from Shaun (I think that was his name), he was very knowledgeable, helpful and nice. He wasn’t pushy and we never felt like he was just trying to make a sale. They had a great collection of mattresses and when we decided on ours he made us feel like we made a good choice. Would definitely recommend.

My husband and I was in need of a new mattress set so we came into our neighborhood Mattress Depot on Beltline Rd in Irving. My hubby have back problems, and it seems like every 4 years, his back sounds the alarm alerting us that its time for a new bed. Sleep was becoming unbearable, tossing and turning, or just flat out waking up not being able to go back to sleep! I am so ecstatic that we came in yesterday, we had a quick and easy purchase with Hunter helping us!! Hunter has such an awesome personality and helped with everything we needed. We ended up purchasing the King size Eros mattress set with cooling gel and the mattress shield to provide the mattress extra protection. We had it scheduled for delivery the next day, and it arrived right on time! The gentleman that delivered it, Isaiah, was alone and knew exactly what he was doing! He was in and out at max 5 minutes!! He had his back brace ready so he wouldnt harm himself and he moved the whole mattress and frame fast paced, that guy is definitely in shape for the task, forgot mention, were upstairs!! I absolutely love this mattress set and is looking forward to sleeping in the clouds again! Sales rep Mike was great. I told him what I wanted and he was straight to the point. Didnt try to over sale or push something I really didnt want or need. I appreciate honesty when shopping for items like a mattress.

We ordered a mattress on a Tuesday. They told us it would be delivered between the hours of 11-1 on Saturday. 1 Saturday rolls around and we have not heard anything. We called and they didnt even receive the mattress. They told us that they would find it somewhere local and get it to us by 6. 6 rolls around, have not heard from them. We call, they are hung up somewhere else but will have it to us by 10PM. Nothing. We had to sleep on the couch. Here we are Sunday, we ended up going to another mattress store and getting a similar deal. We called Mattress Depot to let them know, and they told us they would deliver us a floor model and replace it with the new mattress when it arrives. They told us they would be here by 4:30 today (Sunday) and its not here. They call us at 5 and say they are loading the truck and will be on their way. It is currently 7pm and we only live 20 minutes from the location. Now they are not answering calls. If I had any idea they would be this unreliable, I never would have purchased from here. We have been dealing with Mike the entire time.

These guys are the laziest pieces of crap. I went to the store on three seperate ocassions during business hours and they were closed. They even had the open sign flashing but they were closed. I gave it a final try and they were open. I asked why and the owner said he needed to hire more people and he picks up his kids and blah blah blah. i found a bed I liked. I gave him all my paperwork. he said approval is same day and delivery could be as well. Then when I called to check my application he said the finance company is backed up. I called the next day his driver was in an accident. I called the next day and they needed more time. Finally, I told them I am going somewhere else. He said hey but youre approved. I said forget it. If service is not on point from the get go never take a chance. Please save your time. These guys will give you every excuse in the book as to why they cannot process your information the same day. My dog ate the paper, my driver got in an accident, and i need to hire more help. They obviously are not about the dollar. Lazy country guys should not own businesses. Stay home and watch the cowboys.

We were looking to replace an old bed with a new one, and JR showed us 5 or 6 different mattresses and explained the difference in each of them... We werent able to buy the top rated most expensive one because it was just out of our comfort range and JR understood that. He was not pushy, nor did he try to swing us a deal for that one. Instead, we focused on one a little less expensive, one that fit in our range, and we made the purchase. Everything went exactly as expected and we have been sleeping comfortably on the bed we chose!The whole shopping experience was great, we never felt pressure to purchase, rushed to make a decision, or that we were a waste of time. JR was very attentive, patient, and answered all of our questions.
