DISHONEST!!!!!!When buying a bed via the website, I was told I would need a box spring for the bed I chose. Upon delivery/installation the delivery men put the box spring on the bed, but not the mattress, as I was still shopping for a mattress. It was two weeks later I finally found a mattress and when the delivery person put the mattress on the bed, it was obvious the bed did not need a box spring. It was so high I couldn’t get in the bed, and the beautiful tall headboard was nearly completely covered. The deliver guy and I took the mattress off and then the box spring off and put the mattress back on, and it was perfect! The bed DID NOT require a box spring after all. About two days later, I tested positive for covid and was unable to handle this situation. I have since called and explained the situation to the managers at this store and was told “there’s nothing we can do”. I’m now stuck with something I don’t need and must pay for because of incorrect information THEY provided. Understandably, they are not comfortable taking a box spring that has been exposed to covid, however, the box spring would have never been in my home in the first place had they gotten their facts correct in the first place. They are unwilling to even meet halfway! I have the box spring that has never been used, and they can come get it. They refuse. They should eat the cost of this box spring because THEY were wrong. They are the ones in the business of furniture, not me! You’d think they’d have their facts straight! The mistake STARTED WITH THEM!!!! This bed is a platform bed and not only should the sales people have known, but also the installers, that it did not require a box spring. I am financing this furniture, so the attitude with the store is “we got our money, it’s no longer our problem”. They absolutely oversold me, and have now washed their hands of the problem! I will never, ever shop with this store again! The customer satisfaction here is horrible! I now am not comfortable that I got correct information about the other furniture I got from them. I honestly want to just start over with a more honest store where customer satisfaction is important. I’d never recommend this store! It’s been hell, from half their items being sold out, to the deliver date/time, to now this. And the whole “there’s nothing we can do” attitude. I can’t say I’ve ever been treated this way anywhere. Once they’ve made the sell, they don’t know your name! They’ll be super accommodating until the sale is final! BE CAREFUL!!

Very reasonable prices. I would recommend that you visit this cozy little spot. I will be back soon in Oct.

It took us about 3 months to finally decide on a furniture set and I have to say I am please with my purchase and Andrea was extremely helpful she followed up and provide excellent customer service. Gave a $1,000 down payment for a bedset and apparently the $1,000 down payment wasn’t towards the bedset!! it was to some bs that they made up on the spot. Called multiple times and one employee tells me one thing and another employee tells me another.Please don’t get anything from this location!!

I found this place while surfing the internet, I decided to visit the store because they have an extensive online inventory as well as a plethora of nice items in-store. I was greeted by Andrea, who was very accommodating despite me not knowing what I was looking for. Alondra was very knowledgeable and assisted with the process. Both associates were very friendly and willing to accommodate my needs as much as they were authorized to do so as associates. My only complaint is with advertising, online it states that delivery is free, however, I was told in-store I was told that my delivery fee would be distance based, which meant I would be paying an extra $139.00. I suggested that that the website is updated from free delivery to using a term that anyone visiting the website would understand that “Free delivery” is only for select purchases, so that customers wouldn’t not be irate once they arrive in store. I think I will stick with Nebraska Furniture Mart or other vendors that offer free delivery without stipulations.

Went to the famous mattress Firmdidnt like the experience went to test drive a bed and there was hair all over it and just you know these guys are out of the way and they order from the independent contractor and so far the expansion has been great and you know man theyre affordable and they deliver and my girl will be happy Ill send

The sales staff were very nice, not pushy at all. The furniture looked nice and classy, it looked great. The quality was not too expensive with faux marble tops and dark wood finish covered pressed wood on a lot of things. Couches were very very comfortable. Great place.

The owner is friendly and accessible, and the stores staff was the best--they genuinely enjoyed their jobs at this store...The positive vibes the owner and his employees gave off made all the difference in the world. I actually enjoyed this furniture shopping trip, and left the store MORE than pleased (despite arriving stressed-out about the tiny budget I had to work with)!If you go, you will be glad you checked them out...the employees are good folks, the furniture is crafted well, and the atmosphere will put you at ease. Bought a couch, occasional tables, and recliner. Seem very comfortable and delivery was on time and easy. Only downside is that it took 3 weeks for stuff to come in. They have a huge selection to order from just wish the showroom had more to see in person.

Decent prices, good customer service while you are there and they will price match. However, delivery was 3 hours late. Also, one item was purchased that was on back order which was fine because we were moving in a few weeks and didnt have the space for it until after the move but I insisted if it arrived before the move we wanted it unassembled and still in the box so it wouldnt get damaged in the move. They called and said it was assembled and ready to be picked up or delivered. I specifically wanted it in the box and they said are you sure, its quite difficult to put together...it literally took me about 25 min...and there was nothing hard about it. I would buy from here again but only if they have the items in stock.

I purchased a new house and needed new furniture. I was some what on a budget due to a large down payment towards the house. I went in expecting a pushy sales person etc... but that wasnt the case. Sales person was very friendly and assisted me with my questions. I think the persons name was Joseph? I went in thinking I was going to buy just a bedroom set for the time being due to financial issues. The sales person told me about there finance department and I can take anything I want from the store. I ended up that day purchasing a new mattress, 1 bedroom set, 2 living room sets, and a dining table for a STEAL. Eat your heart out Rooms 2 Go. The prices were unbelievable, almost to good to be true. To top that off, I didnt pay much up front. Items were delivered to me by 2 young men that carried the items into my house and set it up for me. They were really great to deal with. They were very friendly and professional, they called me as soon as my furniture arrived to the store. They asked what was a good time for the items to be delivered and if I had any special instructions? Items were delivered at the time promised by the sales rep. I cannot be any happier to deal with people from Comfy Furniture. I wish all my future purchasing experience are like this one.

I fell in love with this place at 1st, but I had bought mainly small pieces, consoles, and artwork for my entire home. Well it started to build up to be my favorite and only go to when i wanted things for my home. So after i bought a ton of art i decided i wanted to get something bigger. So i returned and got a beautiful blue suede sectional (BIG MISTAKE) the price of it was $799.00. I loved it! But after only having it 2months a leg broke as I watched tv! the label on the sofa says 1 year warranty ( Not true ), I called the store and they got in contact with company that makes the furniture and they said they wouldnt repair or replace it cause it wasnt their fault! I just felt that the store would care enough to try and do something about it on their end but all I was told is Id have to find someone to fix it and a Im sorry . So $799.00 of mine down the drain. I will say they have awesome small pieces for your home, but when it comes to furnture Id probably go to a more reputal furniture store that will be more of a help if the item breaks within warranty or 2mos of having it. Well time to save again to buy another livingroom set. 🤷🏾‍♂️🤦🏿‍♂️

Family owned very friendly but be aware of signs. No exchanges No returns understood !!! Annnnnnd apparently no warranty either. I purchased a couch within a year its tearing apart and I am being told its wear and tear. I am a single woman with one child even if I had 10 kids a couch is known to last for years and within 9 months THE BOTTOM of couch is splitting. Lesson learned you get what you pay for. Trying to support mom pop shops never again! ROOMS TO go here I come !!!
