I purchased the purple mattress hybrid II, 2 purple pillows, mattress protector and sheets. I have debilitating rheumatoid arthritis and degenerative joint disease. I havent slept well for over 10 years. The first night sleeping on my mattress was life changing. I almost cried when I woke up. I didnt wake up feeling like someone beat me half to death while I slept. I actually slept it was wonderful. Laura was so helpful and knowledgeable of all all the products. After two years of disappointing and frustrating experiences buying king mattresses online, I decided to give the in-store experience a shot and so I went to Mattress Firm in Irving Town Center. After reading many of the reviews, they seemed to be so positive but I was a little suspicious. Im a big old guy and very particular about my mattress, especially since I have some frequent sciatica pain issues. After being taken care of by Laura and buying a wonderful comfortable supportive king plush mattress, I am totally 100% convinced that she may be one of the top customer service people Ive ever met. Her patience, knowledge and low-key approach was so gratifying and honest compared to my other experiences elsewhere, and I am convinced Laura is underpaid regardless of how much they are paying her. I could not be more pleased and will never do any mattress business anywhere else except with Mattress Firm and Laura.

When I bought my mattress in this location (Irving, Tx) Mrs. Laura gave me the option to try the firm or plush option. If for some reason it does not suit my need, I could change to the other option. 2 weeks later I decided to make the change from firm to plush, but they told me that in order to make the change I needed to pay around $ 700.00 because supposedly a discount that they applied to me was not valid to obtain the plush option. They should be honest with what they promise.Att. Paiz Fam.

All I can say is WOW! Went by the location on Labor day ( 9-2-19) To look at a new mattress for our room. I walk in and there are 2 people ( Laura, Andre) working with a store of about 15 customers in it. Needless to say they were busy. As soon as I walked in they greeted me and asked to give them a few minutes because they were working with other people. I obliged and looked around. They kept coming around every 5 minutes or so to apologize and answer any questions I might have while they were trying to deal with the amount of customers they had. We looked for about 30 minutes before it was our turn. I did not mind because I saw they were busy and they made it a point to check on us. There was a big sale so we discussed what we wanted and placed an order to be delivered on Friday 9-6. Well Friday rolls around and I have not heard from anyone so I called the store. Andre informed me there was an issue with my order and that Laura was working at another store that day but she would reach out to me. I here from Laura less than 5 minutes later. She informs me that the mattress she secured for me ( I was at the store and watched her secure my Mattress on their database) was missing. She was very upset and told me that I would not have a mattress that day. She sounded genuinely upset and not just acting that way to make me feel better. She said she would be back in the Irving store in the morning and asked if I could come by first thing so we could regroup. I came in the next morning and we sat down and went another direction. They were GREAT! My mattress and adjustable base were delivered on Sunday. Their customer service was phenomenal! Things happen and what makes the difference is what the salesperson does to mitigate the problem. I am very happy with the end result and I will recommend everyone who reads this to go by there if your in the market for a new mattress. They will always have my business.

Came in to sample a cheap Twin & full mattress for my kids and it was terribly hard, Thomas recommended another mattress and discounted it to the price of what I would’ve paid for the cheap hard one! And discounted bed protectors . Altogether I should’ve paid around 1000$ but got 1 twin 1 full and two bed protectors for 600$ :)

So about 2 weeks ago, I went to the Mattress Firm in Las Colinas ... I was greeted by a lady calling me Girl I immediately felt uncomfortable, so I went to this mattress firm off Beltline which was closer to my home. I felt the difference in the vibe as soon as I walked in the door. There was a very respectful guy there along with a lady with a gorgeous smile. Her name was Laura. And she was heaven sent. Not only did she explain the difference in all the mattresses, she even checked prices and gave us the best mattress we have ever had and even helped with getting a discounted rate on an adjustable frame. She was so sweet and knowledgeable, I felt like I have known her forever. And she made me forget how badly I felt before coming to her store. I went into Mattress Firm to only ask questions and the salesman acted as if he could careless and acted irritated, bothered and put out. I was extremely put off by his attitude and was fixing to walk out the door when the other sale associate broke free from the people she had been helping and came over to me and asked me if there was anything she could help me with and seemed genuinely concerned. I explained I was just trying to get some info and not ready to buy yet she said she would be glad to help answer my questions again she seemed to be genuine so I asked her several questions and she answered each one with complete knowledge and even took the time to show me what she was saying.
