This facility is no longer being maintained. Building J 7508 is flithy and hot. There hasnt been climate control since at least July. My unit was infested with some bug. I reported it to the Coppell office, and Josh quit a month ago. I was told they havent found a permanent property manager and they didnt do anything. I contacted the District manager, Jessica Moore and she wont answer phone calls nor emails. I moved out on Tuesday and they still have my refunded me my money. I went to a better storage company but stay away from this location.

Very clean and easy access for trailers.

RAT INFESTED!!!! No climate control in most of the units. Heavy gate near dumpster detached and nearly fell on me, serious safety hazard.

Went in to ask questions about renting a unit. Josh was great. He didnt have a size at a price that was right for me, so he sent me to another Public Storage location nearby and said I could even rent online. Very nice, definitely recommend.

Met with a lovely young lady by the name of Deborah! I was very pleased with my service. She made my experience easy and delightful!!! Very inviting and helpful... I sure all of the employees at this particular location are just are receptive but, Deborah is the example to follow. Highly recommend anyone whos seeking a stress free storage experience to this facility... Both Deborah and Jeremy were very accommodating!

This place is excellent. I had my things stored at this facility for nearly a year, and it was a very positive experience. Very clean, new, modern, easily accessible, and great location. The management is especially outstanding, always very courteous and helpful, especially Ben, who went out of his way to assist me.

HORRIBLE customer service from the time I moved in until present. I made a reservation for a unit over 30 days in Advance and even confirmed the reservation 2 days before move in, however, when I arrived on move in day I was told that the unit was unavailable. The associate on duty was clueless and incompetent to assist. So I had to come back another day and dealt with the manager. I left a message with the DM and he/she did not even have the respect to return my phone call to Dee is the issue was resolved. The ID on file is incorrect and I drove over an hour to show my correct ID and the associate even made a copy on it. However, for some reason the ball was dropped and he correct info was never updated, therefore, when I call customer service for assistance they are unable to assist me. Super frustrating. I paid my bill and arrived to my storage to find that there is another lock in my unit. THE WORST STORAGE EXPERIENCE I have experienced. I will NEVER rent here again or recommend. Just a bunch of miserable people working who could care less about customer service and only here to collect a paycheck.

Storage buildings smelled clean and no sign of dirt, bugs, or messes. If youre looking for a clean storage building with great services and prices, this is definitely a great option!

My experience with securing a storage unit was absolutely effortless. Ben in the office was extremely efficient and courteous. He honored the on-line coupon even though I didnt have it with me. He went through the trouble to look it up. Most people would say, no, if you dont have the coupon we cant give you the deal. I liked that he seemed to know I was in a hurry (even though I didnt say so), so he wasted no time taking care of everything. He showed me the unit to make sure it was the size I had in mind. He took the time to show me how to operate the lock to the unit and the keypad for access in and out. The location is in a very good part of town, so I feel secure going to the unit by myself. And I would like the owner of this facility to know that the business is in good hands with Ben. His customer service was excellent!!!

Public Storage in Valley Ranch is clean, clutter free and access to your unit is easy. I have visited other storage units and had to stop what I was doing to move my vehicle due to tight spaces. They check the property throughout the day, I had left my keys in my unit, they locked it with there key and immediately gave me a call to confirm my lost keys. Ben is amazing!!..... i have used different locations of public storage for about 15 years for my job and have had the best experience at this location. Ive used this location for over 2 yrs and Ben has gone above and beyond to be kind and thoughtful. Once he helped me move a load of boxes in my car that took about 20 mins to load..... he didnt have to offer or help.... but he did! He didnt complain one time! He has called me when I forgot to put my lock on my unit, again 15 years at different locations and i have never received this kind of service. This is my first time writing a review on yelp.... i was moved to do so.... Ben is just that awesome!

I was over charged $200 dollars. When I brought this to the manager’s attention he had know answer for the charges and refused to answer my questions from that point. He continued by hanging up in my face 3 separate times. I called back over 30 times. There was no answer. I go to the location, he goes on break. This is terrible customer service. The customer services numbers does not have any you can physically speak with so I don’t know what to do at this point about my charges.I also called the police to come with me to this location because the manager sounded so aggressive over the phone. I am lost for words.

Horrible if I could give less than one star I would. I provided notice of move out online. Moved out as stated and was charged for a month that I did not use. Stay away from this unethical company. They are very nice up front but in the back end they try to gouge you in your pocketbook. Several of my family members moved out when they charged me for a month that I did not owe or use.Try the storage facility Advantage Storage at 330 W. IH635 Irving, TX 75063 they are awesome! The only reason I did not rent space from them this time is they were full.
