They charge $1 each to accept prepaid USPS envelopes.What is strange, is that the man at the desk asked his colleague how much they charged to send prepaid envelopes. He acted like he didnt know, but nearly every review describes him perfectly and says hes been at this place for months doing the same thing.Was given a highly sarcastic goodbye when I thanked them and declined their service.Alternatives to Eagle Postal: a USPS location .4 miles away (closed Saturday, but box collection at 1pm) and multiple UPS and FedEx drop boxes accessible around the Lake Carolyn office buildings.

Just moved to the area and Steve and Larry have been extremely courteous and helpful the many times Ive needed to stop in to accomplish something, even if it was extremely short notice or if they were busy. Printing, scanning, mailing, the list goes on, all handled easily and promptly at this location.

My wife is Non-US citizen and did not have state id or US passport. This gentleman refused to notarize our docs unless she has any state id or US passport. We told him she has foreign passport for identification but he still refused. Is it must to have a state id or US passport? How other foreign citizens able to get their docs notarized?

Rudest service ever! My husband and I live close to this post office so between his busy work schedule and having a toddler if we ever need to drop off packages to ship out the Eagle Post Office is the closest most convenient for us. The people who work there will sometimes charge us if we are dropping off multiple pre paid packages and we are always understanding about it. Every other month Or so i also use their services to ship out a large order and buy their tape. Today my husband went into to drop off some pre labeled packages for me two of which I needed tracking on and the man working was super rude said he needed to attend paying customers first outloud and even had the audacity to skip over him! This type of customer service is not okay by any means whatsoever! If he wanted us to pay for the paper that he had to use to print for tracking we would have! Because like I said we have never had any issues doing it before! We will not be going to this location anymore if we have to go out of our way to be treated right we will! I understand he has a business to run but if they do not want to offer additional services where they do not get money they shouldn’t offer them especially if they are going to treat everyone who does not use their services so poorly. NO ONE should ever be treated the way he treated my husband today!

Ive been going here for years for various services. You cant beat notary services for $6! I also like the fact you can ship through any carrier (DHL, FedEx, USPS, UPS) from this location. Always a pleasant time chatting with the owner.

Shipping my business packages here for years. Packages get shipped out quickly and the customer service is great. We use this shipping center for all of our shipping needs. Never once have had a bad experience.

The gray-haired man with glasses is exceptionally rude. They wanted to charge me for every package I dropped off that was pre-paid. When I asked him if there was a post office across the street he said I don’t know. The fact is is there is a post office one block away. So he lied to me. Unacceptable. And when I told him he just lost a customer and that I was going to post on social media about my experience he jumped out of his chair and started chasing me to my car yelling at me. If I could give this business negative I would. When I said they lost a customer they absolutely did. I will never go back in that store. The business needs to be closed. Drive the extra block to go to the post office.

Went to print out one piece of paper to be mailed. Was charge $2.27 for the only for 1 regular copy; their reason being is I used their computer and anything after that is $.025 per copy. I didnt even use the office computer. I sent the document to their e-mail and they printed out for me.

I usually dont respond to customers reviews but I feel compelled to set the record straight. First of all a customer is defined as someone that buys your goods and Services. This particular lady, was not a customer. She walked in with numerous pre-paid USPS packages that she did online and wanted to drop them off at my business. I politely told her that we charge $1 per package after you get your 2 FREE package per USPS, Fedex and UPS dropped off. That is a total of 6 free packages. We do this because we have limited space and we reserve that space for CUSTOMERS. We gladly take drop-offs from all carriers(UPS, Fedex, and United State Post office). As a matter of fact, we took over 3600 packages last year free of charge. This angry lady stormed out of my store and asked me where the USPS was as she did not want to pay $1.00 per package. Because of her attitude I declined to answer her. It was probably a lapse in judgement on my part but I was taken aback by her harsh attitude. To all my Customers, we are going to make every effort to serve you in a professional manner. Thank you for keeping this small community business operating successfully. We also rent mailboxes, have a notary on staff at all working hours, do passport photos, fingerprinting for Fieldprint, DHL shipping and sell small covenience office items as well as gifts and cards.

We just shipped 2 items from this location and had a great experience! The owner cut down one of our boxes to save us money on shipping, and didnt charge us for a box for Christmas gifts we were sending to an adopted family. He was very personable and great customer service! We will definitely be back!

Had an appointment to get my fingerprints submitted for my NMLS license, the owner was MORE than helpful and extremely welcoming for myself and my 4 year old daughter that was tagging along. I went for fingerprints but was advised about so many other products and services they offer. We will be going back to support the local business! Thank you for making my trip easy.

Ive been using this facility for years, as it is close to my office and Ive never had to wait more than 5 minutes to ship a package - worth paying a few extra bucks to avoid lines at the post office, in my opinion. The owner has always been pleasant and Ive never seen him be rude to another customer. Today, after shipping a package, I accidentally left my receipt on the counter. The owner ran outside with it just before I drove away with it so I would have my tracking number. A small gesture but much appreciated! Ill continue using EPC.

I am giving a 2 stars due to the efforts made by the manager at the store to send my package internationally. However, the lack of knowledge for shipping is unacceptable, my package was returned twice by DHL as a result. Also the dude with long hair has no customer service and became irate after I decided to take my service somewhere else. It took me quite a bit to remain civilized and maintain my composure with him. Took my package somewhere else, and had no problem sending it, they explained in details to me what was done wrong by Eagle Postal Center #15. I wouldnt ever go back for shipping again especially if involved customs.

Worst customer service ever...the guy with the long hair was rude and expected for me to pay for already paid shipping labels...called a small box oversized and water more money. Water $2 each for tapping too, when I had already taped. Said my tape was not good enough. They will Rip you off! Don’t go here! I have used this location several times in the past because its convenient even those its pretty dirty and their customer service is marginal. Went there today to get some documents notarized because my office building is very close by and the bank was already closed. The clerk was extremely rude. My drivers license was expired and he refused to notarize the documents even with backup forms of ID. Told him just to forget it and Ill just go somewhere else, as I was leaving he said Im going to report you to the Secretary of State. Really??? For what?Save the frustration and go somewhere else. For the premium you would think their service would be great. If I wanted to be treated like that Id just go to the Post Office.

I just came from this place on my lunch break. I live at the Monterra apartments and I thought this would be a quick place to ship (and it was the closest). When I walked in, I was not acknowledged until I said something. The customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE. The guy, a older man, ROLLED his eyes CONSTANTLY while he was helping me. He made smart remarks and literally threw boxes around behind him because I wasnt taking his suggestion on how HE thought I should ship my item. He wrapped my package so messy. He made shipping something as small as an iPhone was SO overly-complicated. I refuse to go back to this place. I will drive a few extra miles for better service. DO NOT GO HERE.

This place is so convenient and located right down the street from my apartment complex. They take packages for all carriers so I was able to drop all my returns here without having to go to separate locations. The owner, Steve, was so friendly and we had a great conversation. This location also provides services for passport photos, fingerprinting, and mailboxes.Side note: Some other reviewers have complained that Eagle Postal charges to prepare boxes for shipment (taping them, applying return labels, ect.). Most people dont know, but each carrier (Fedex, UPS, USPS) charges small businesses a fee just to pick up customers packages from them! The business owner also has to pay for their own shipping tape, packing peanuts, ect. I am MORE than happy to pay a couple of dollars to support a local business and show them that they are appreciated. Small businesses bring so much value to neighborhoods, and people shouldnt lose sight of that.

One star is VERY generous! There has to be some sort of break down of communication going on here. My client called me and said that she still had not received her package in the mail so I called the guys at Eagle Post and they informed me that they forgot to write down the apartment number so the package was deemed undeliverable and that it was at the store. Another guy called me back that afternoon and told me that the package had NOT been brought back to the store and that they would call me as soon as it arrived and they would give me a discount on shipping it again.....fast forward one week later, still NO call and no package delivery. They charged me again to have the package delivered due to their incompetence. The manager was super rude. Do yourselves a favor and go somewhere else if you want your packages to be delivered in a timely manner.

They rip you off, go somewhere else... Every time I go in the prices change or theres some explanation as to why theyre over charging... I just got charged $4 for using their tape to mail something and when I asked if I could the guy said sure but never said I would be charged for it.... Absolutely ridiculous and bad business Ill be spending the extra $4 in gas to go to another place to mail my stuff from now on. Completely ridiculous.

Ive used Steves (the owner) Eagle Postal for more than a decade now in more than one location. Maybe my perspective is differwnt because Im a box holder, I dunno. All the people complaining about getting nominal charges for sending pre paid packages? Well I get charged for RECEIVING packages and mail there. So why should I have to pay but not you? They are not USPS, they are not UPS, they are not Fedex. Point IS, this is a convienance store of shipping and receiving. For my monthly fee I get an electronic notice when my packages come in and they are held there safe until I can come get them OR I travel some for work so I can have things forwarded if needed. If I am expecting something important I can call and ask for them to check my mail so I know if I really need to drop by or can wait. They have several hundred box holders and Im certain Im not the only one who requests this from time to time and not once in all this time have they ever complained or made me feel like Im imposing ESPECIALLY the long haired guy. He is so laid back and accomodating that if you get cross with him, hey, its not him. There is a Fedex place across the street and there is a UPS Store and a Fedex at MacArthur/635. If those are more convienant for pre paid packages, there they are. I live barely a couple bocks from this UPS location and could easily use it instead but I seriously doubt Id get the level of service I get at Steves so its not EVEN a thought. I happily pay this location for all the convienances it affords me and will continue to do so infinitely. Maybe my expectations are different than yours but mine havent changed in over 10 years. IJS. Asked to ship item via USPS flat rate box. Guy with glasses grabs my item and starts packing while telling me they dont ship that way because normal postage is cheaper. He charged me $30 for an item I routinely ship for $16. I will never use again. I felt hustled. I have a feeling the good ratings are from family and friends.

They will rip you off if you allow them. They tried to charge me $47 to mail a package that I just paid USPS $12.95 to mail. They ensured me that $47 is USPS price but I decided to double check because I dont recall it being so expensive.

Got some documents notarized here... cost me $6 PER document. Total rip off. I checked on the Texas Notary website and Maximum Notary fee is $6.00 for the 1st signature & $1 for each additional signature. If Id known that before, I wouldve questioned him and taken my business elsewhere.Service was ok.

Second time I had dropped off a package at this location and he tried to charge me a dollar to tape the box. After I asked if he was serious the owner went off on a tangent about how he built this business in 1995 and hes losing money because of the internet. Horrible and rude service - there is no minus start, they would have gotten it! Just went to drop off my DHL pre-labeled package and I got the guy/owner to tell me that my package is not going to be taken as I dont have the customs work done - no clue how he could judge that I dont have it done when it all happens online!He just threw my package on the ground (good it was nothing fragile!) and said the DHL guy will not pick it up and this package will end at my door, he knows that since he has been doing this for 20 years.When I asked why, he said because this can be a bomb - and also claimed that if I did all that online it must not be right.Additionally he gave me his business card when I get my package returned to go and ship it with them in a very sexist way as if I am dumb and have not done it right...

I had a terrible experience at this store. All I wanted to do was drop off a box that already had a shipping label on it. Not only was the reaction from the man working there rude, but he told me, in a very condescending way, that I should print my shipping label at their store because thats what they do for a living. I normally do not take time to write negative reviews, but I felt compelled to warn others of this mans horrible service and blatant rudeness. I will never go to this store again or suggest anyone to do business with them.
