I drove my car up from SC to tend to critical family member. Then experienced Transmission shifting problems which was so upsetting. I was Recomended to see Esi@at Island Car Care Center in Islip, Long Island New York. I drove in and Esi and he was so extremely kind and understanding of my plight and started checking my car out on the computer and test driving it to diagnose the problem and solution. He was Extremely kind, knowledgeable, professional, and worked on my car right away solving the problem..!!! This auto repair centre is staffed by extremely knowledgeable and skilled professionals.I was recently amazed, they probed the whole wiring harness of a late Cadillac escalade, timely diagnosed and fixed electric short circuit. Prevented major fire of this vehicle, which was like a time bomb.

I do a ton of driving so I keep my car heavily maintained, this place has always made my experience with them smooth and easy. These mechanics were fantastic, they did a wonderful job Servicing my BMW. I needed a wheel bearing replaced, BMW wanted $700, Island Car Care did the job for less than half and they used an OEM part. I have not had any issues with my car since visiting these mechanics, and all my friends that I referred had a great experience as well.

Incredible service at a fair price. They replaced my brakes and rotors one of the days at a lower price than competitors after checking online and they usually replace my oil for a decent price every several months. I have gone to him for a while and he only repairs the things that need repairing so he doesnt charge you for unnecessary repairs that some auto repair shops throw in to try and rip people off which is why so many people have become wary of repair shops. The low prices and my car barely having any issues since i have been with him is the reason why he won me as a customer.I had an issue with my catalytic converter pipe where i hit a bump and it broke off which had to be soldered on and since he doesnt solder he recommended a great place that does it for cheap.I always do my research on what could be wrong with my car before coming to a repair shop to make sure i am getting a good deal. Theyre honest, low priced and experts. Highly recommend this auto repair shop.

One star was too generous for these thieves. Paid for $300 for brand new brakes only to have them worn to the metal a few months later. I had to ask me for a receipt because Sam would not give me one. He says, what you dont trust me?. The nerve of these monkeys. I dont even want to go back to there to fix the issue they caused out of fear that theyll maliciously cause more damage to my car. Avoid this place. You will lose money!!
