Went here for my wife, staff seemed friendly and she really like the selection. I have nothing to complain about.

Went to urban looking for trendy clothes with my siblings, immediately the red haired female employee was following us around like criminals. I was truly shocked and appalled that her shirt was only being held up by 2 buttons. I had to shield my brothers eyes! She kept making snarky comments towards us as well. Definitely not a place to go if you don’t like feeling uncomfortable or incriminated for shopping.

The Google Maps says it closed at 7 pm. But the store doesn’t care their info on Google Maps and just posts a paper on the glass door saying they now close at 6 pm. Today we arrived at 6:05 pm and wanted retrieve an online order. The staff were still there but refused to just give us the item even we said we would drive out of town after picking up. I understand the staff since it’s after hours. But their low sense of responsibility for taking care of their information online is surprising and disappointing.

Very overpriced and the staff there were rude and not helpful at all. So unlike the Ithaca culture.

Great little college town store for hip products. This is where I go to buy vinyl records and my daughter goes for clothes. They have a nice selection of gifts too.

Its clean and very neat. Sound is good in the store but I never buy anything... I prefer American Apparel (made in USA).

The store has a great selection of outfits, for both men and women. The prices are, however, rather expensive.

Pretty much as youd expect, given your prior assumptions about hipsters.

My sister bought an $80.00 dress. The first day she wore it the strap broke. Not good quality clothes! She was just sitting in the car and the strap popped. Very disappointed 😞

Dont bring your girlfriend here unless you want to be stuck for over an hour.

Great staff, terrible parent company. I wont shop here due to the parent company regularly costumizing indigenous cultures.
