Do not buy laptops or any other big ticket tech items here!! I bought a Mac Book Pro and asked the salesman before purchasing if it was a new laptop. He said yes and neglected to mention that it was a year old! I realized this a couple hours later and tried to return the laptop only several hours after buying it. The guy working there said I could not return it! Unbelievable! At any Apple Store or Best Buy you are allowed to return the laptop after opening the outer wrap with no questions asked! These people are crooks!

Fun place to buy Cornell. I was visiting a great friend who is a professor. Ithaca is one of the best college towns around. A three hour drive from State College.

Like the rest of campus, closed to non-students and non-employees until recently, so first time there in over a year. Books moved back in the store to make way for clothing, due to graduation. A limit of 20 minutes for eating in the cafe, due to COVID restrictions. But always a cool place.

Great AC on a hot day walking through campus. Wish they had self checkout as my off the shelf food and drink had to wait behind the people ordering complicated posh coffee that I cant spell or pronounce.

I actually just walked through to get to the bank, but the staff was super helpful in locating the bank!

The Cornell store has a LOT of stuff. However it is pretty expensive. On the top floor there is a really good cafe and lots of Cornell apparel. There is also a post office area where you can send stuff and buy stamps. On the bottom floor there is a CFCU and Tompkins Trust Company bank as well as school supplies for sale.

Everything is overpriced. Literally they will send emails saying they have a sale on tech gear; however, the materials on sale are items being discontinued that have had a price reduction at every other retailer to less than what the Cornell Store is selling for.The refund policy for the tech store is completely one-sided and ridiculous.

I love Cornell store! It’s expensive but i just love the vibes and the convenience. I also appreciate how they are limiting in-store purchase to students and professors and staff during the pandemic.

Cafe Jennie is really great. There’s some good deals on apparel occasionally and sometimes the clearance books are worth checking out but unless I need something urgently I’ll buy it somewhere else because it’ll be cheaper.

The store was very pricey for the cheap merchandise that was there. I asked a store attendant for help and I don’t think she spoke much english. There is a lot cheaper stuff online that is better quality. Also, they do not update certain items regularly on their website and there is a good chance that they will be missing an item.

Cornell rocks! This store is huge and the staff are lovely. One of the ladies, Helen I think, is the best. Love her like potatoes.

Was busy, as there is a cafeteria inside, but went through the till pretty fast! Their clothes are ok, but its Cornell! My son loved their Snoopy inspired shirts, and I found their clothes-styles Better than Columbia!

Classic college bookstore.

Great selection but a bit expensive

Its great that this store keeps current textbooks on display throughout the semester, bexause I love to peruse the books looking for classes/subjects that I might be interested in for the future. Not many college bookstores are doing this anymore in my experience. Well done!

As an alumnus I love this shop and the new cafe that the put in on the first floor! Back in the day they had a good art supply selection. Prices are pretty high though.

College prospect visit with my son. Wonderful place, but a bit warm in the atrium section of the store. Found a neat painting for sale under register counter that would not have been seen by casual inspection. Had a canolli from the snack bar and it was delicious and fresh. Very surprising. CU seems to have it all. Hoping my son gets accepted and I get to see more of it.

Clean, well kept store (with decent prices and some sale items). Theres also a quality cafe, an old timey scale thats fun to use. Staff were also friendly.

As Cornell alumni, we always visit the bookstore on out trips to Ithaca. Brings back memories.

Good merchandise selection, yummy snacks and drinks but one star off because the eatery is a hot mess. The powers that be need to hire more people or assign one or two to clean up after the snots that cant manage it themselves!

Excellent store, personel are friendly and helpful. Prices are a little high for some things, but there are plenty of sales that happen through the year to help drop prices for some things

Of course you can buy textbooks: the prices tend to be comparable enough with buying books online (once the shipping is added). You can also purchase office supplies and computer equipment. Cornell gear (clothing, backpacks, etc) is everywhere and of great quality.EXPECT TO PAY A HUGE AMOUNT FOR THESE ITEMS.

It is a great place for getting school needs but everything is just so expensive. I kind of find it absurd but if you do want to go bring a decent amount of money. But it is worth the trip.

Certainly the best place to get Cornell gear. They must have over 100 hats.....plus the cafe has good food and coffee, with a focus on products with a Cornell connection.

A huge store with good selection of books, stationary, clothes, gifts, daily products, and even post office! Althoug things seem overpriced at first, if you choose carefully, you can find many good deals! I wanted to give this place a 5 stars, but when I think about how bad the coffee is at this stores cafe, its a 4 stars.

Easy place to get Cornell memorabilia on campus. Like how they remodeled it to let more light in via a sunroof and added a cafe as well. Also like the expanded tech section. Everythings somewhat overpriced but thats par for the course for a universitys official store.

If you need Cornell stuff, they have it all. Great store. I had to make a return but couldnt find my receipt, no problem, the staff couldnt have been nicer.

Best window shopping experiences come from this store in the middle of Cornell. The food gets tiring after a while, but the Peets coffee!! so good.

The Cornell Store has almost anything you could want when it comes to Cornell memorabilia. With a great location and friendly service, its fun just to walk around and see all the many Cornell apparel!

Lots of Cornell apparel, souvenirs and books. There is a lovely cafe inside the store that offers a wide variety of snacks and drinks.

Very expensive supplies that could be found much more cheaply nearby, perhaps a bus ride away. Primarily good for Cornell memorabilia, and perhaps that one book you forgot to grab before class for that FWS you forgot you were taking.

Conveniently on campus. One stop shop for Cornell paraphernalia and almost anything a student might need.

Its kind of overpriced, but its convenient if you need to pick up books, odds and ends, Cornell swag, and a bite to eat on campus. If you have the time to walk over to Collegetown, though, you can get convenience store items much cheaper at 7-11, Cornell merchandise at a better price at Bear Necessities, and food thats tastier and has a better variety (but admittedly is not any cheaper) at CTB, all on the same block. For books, I guess its basically your only option if you dont have time to buy online or used from students on campus. Having two local banks present, a mini post office, and a small built-in electronics store is pretty darn convenient, though, along with the ability to charge directly to department accounts if youre a Cornell employee making a purchase for work.

Its the Cornell Store. It sells Cornell stuff in a mini department store style with pleasent staff and all the necessary supplies for a kid starting their college years. Nothing astounding, but nothing disappointing either.

Everything here is ridiculously overpriced. A jacket that at any regular store will cost $50 is $100 or more here because of the Cornell branding. Their small tech store is fine though, as is their selection of journals and other stationary.
