I did have a not so pleasant review on here for Walmart pharmacy it was an error I’m so sorry it was meant for the front of house customer service they’re high school poor attitude and inconveniencing service with their make up rules as they go just because they want to climb up on the pedestal of their throne and be king of poop castle whoever the general Manager is of the store should be ashamed at the management staff in customer service I have seen Discrimination of all kinds and hostile managers towards customers and will no longer shop at this location I will drive 40 minutes out of my way. Thank you to the pharmacy for calling to ask me if they could do anything to change my mind I quickly told the sweet woman that it was my mistake and felt so bad … thank you whom ever u are! They should promote you to management and kick those guys back into where they belong janitorial staff.

What can I say, this pharmacy is the pits, the pharmacists are fantastic, they explain everything very well to you and ask if you understand completely !!! Now as far as the women working the window, a total disaster, I myself have had issues with them being rude, and practically no customer service training ! I also have witnessed them bring an elder gentleman almost to tears by the lack thereof decency In explaining something the man didnt understand, and its not the first time Ive witnessed this, my heart went out to this poor man and I left very confused thinking where is their courtesy and why did that just happen, come on Walmart, train youre workers better and quit blaming covid !!!

This walmart is a god send. theyre open all of the time, they have this really awesome automated text message system to refill prescriptions, and Ive literally never had a problem w them

Literally terrified that I switched to this pharmacy. I switched from Wegmans because of convenience of location, but Oh. My. God. They didnt ask for ID and they were baffled that because my name is Ryan that Im actually a female. I feel bad for my prescriber, but Im going to request they switch back to wegmans because Im confident Walmart will hand my prescription out to anyone who asks for it.
