I won’t use this place again.. the customer service won’t help you.. they rather auction ur stuff an then to help you when you are putting affect in.. their customer service is rude an unfriendly an unhelpful.. even with this pandemic going on.. They don’t care..

It was very easy to rent a storage unit! Brandii was very courteous and very helpful! She made sure that I was satisfied with my unit and that my access code worked. Brandii was very pleasant to work with.

The security is lacking at at this location. The gate has been broken and wide open for several months. Terrible lighting in the morning . If you have any valuable items I would suggest moving them immediately.

Brandii was amazing. We were supposed to move in to U-Haul storage but they had a system outage. With movers on the way we had very few choices and they set us up quickly. She’s so friendly and I’m so happy we ended up at public storage!!

I was a tag along with my brother when he needed a space. We literally came five minutes before closing Brandii was amazing great customer service skills. This is an awesome place to rent from. Brandi really takes care of your storage needs She is very courteous and helpful any way she can be. I am handicapped and she immediately got a chair for me without me asking. I was able to drive to several different storage units that were open while she walked in very hot humid weather so I could choose which was best for my needs. She also made sure that she offered insurance protection in case of any damage. It is pennies on the dollar. If you need a storage unit, go see Brandi. She will definitely make sure you get the unit you need. All of these units are clean, dry and ready to serve your needs.10/3/2019I was in need of another unit and Brandi hooked me up with one that is safe, dry and a drive up with my handicap issues. This place and the people that work here are awesome. I wouldnt think about renting from anyone else.

The storage unit facility was trash. They have the logo and website of Public Storage but this wasnt a real facility. The indoor units were separated with plywood rather than concrete or metal, didnt have any lighting, and the unit she tried to sell me had a cracked, angled floor... Also, there’s no maintenance of the functionality of the tan doors to enter the “indoor facility”. It took me three minutes just to open the door because it was so janky— and I work in a warehouse. Don’t even bother. Price was absurd for such a terrible place. In Colorado I had a unit at a “Public Storage” facility that was in a clean, well-lit, and clearly maintained property— 5x10x10 for $30 a month and this place in Michigan wants to charge more than twice that for an unsecured hole in the wall surrounded by debris and janky doors (And I’m not even here on a snow day). No thanks.

There is no better place to store your belongings in the Jackson area than this location. Jamie made my initial visit and account set up seamless, and Brandii endured the same when I was all done with my unit. Both are smart, courteous, and professional. The units are clean and secure. Highly recommend to anyone looking to store their property for any length of time

The rent goes up I think it was over a hundred dollars a year. They are good about keeping in touch with you.

When I first got my storage until Brandi was very polite and friendly but it’s clear that was just for a good review.. everytime I’ve called after that she’s always been rude, Very disrespectful bad attitude. Makes the company look horrible especially as “manager “ They are required to get 3 good reviews a week and it’s clear that’s all that is cared about. Wouldn’t recommend the location in Jackson if you don’t wanna deal with someone disrespectful. Spoke with Karen at a different location (canton ) very polite and worked with me the whole time.

I never thought I would need a storage bin, but I was forced to move from a house to a small 2 bedroom apartment with no storage. I reserved the storage online and the process was easy and fast. The locker was very spacious and I would recommend. Thank you

Had storage here for almost 2 years. Kept my things safe and dry. Great staff, usually dealt with Brandii. Any issues were quickly and happily resolved! Convenient location, would recommend.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! Even though I paid with a credit card, my unit is locked. Ive been to the unit 3 or 4 times, and its almost full with my property. And now the damn thing is locked. Since I went there after hours, I wasted a trip, and I cant get back into my unit until normal business hours.

Jamie was extremely kind and helpful in getting us a storage unit when we showed up last minute. She walked us to the available units and was very patient while we contemplated which unit was best. I highly recommend Public Storage.

Upon arriving at Public Storage I was greeted by the the woman working, her name is Brandi. She was very pleasant and friendly. She walked me out to the unit and let me view it. She worked very efficiently, the process was very easy and swift with her. Also, it was very clean there. I’d definitely recommend using this storage facility.

Ive rented Self Storage whenever situation demanded.But my visit to this property was so bad I am compelled to write this review.If it were possible to give a zero star ..... but it isnt.Rude is putting it mildly.Im talking about the manager Brandi.She is one of the most unpleasant persons Ive ever had the dubious pleasure of meeting and I hope never to return to this or ANY public storage in the future.

The front desk cashier Amanda, was very disrespectful and spoke to me in a ghetto tone. Instead of problem solving the issue at hand, which was very simple, she became verbally aggressive.

Brandi was super nice. We came in right as she was going to lunch but she still stayed to help us and gave tons of information to us. She made sure we were all set before we left. Most people probably wouldve rushed us so they could get to lunch. I appreciate her taking the time and putting us as customers first. Thats great service.

I just wanted to share that my experience with public storage. This place is very clean, easy to get in and out when u needed to visit your unit. I would totally recommend this place if u need to store a large amount or just a few things. The staff is also very nice and Brandy helped me out in so many ways. Clean storage room fairly good price for this place

I dont like policy to pay rent. It was being put through some construction and the clean up resulted in dirty items I had in the unit I had to move things around and see out. Was Bought t ou managersattention turns out she was the one who cleaned the hallways with blower it all went into the units that are not secured with doors to the floor.I meet some allow ed on ssi income to pay through auto debt on 3rd when getting direct deposit I get told non it is 1/2of the month just told they do it that way everyone now ! Trust me I find another area justvrightvi puts here .

Had a unit for 2 years. Moving is always stressful, but Public Storage made it a whole lot easier. The reassurance that your belongings are safe and secure all in itself, is a blessing. The customer service is amazing. Very respectful and kind. A huge thank you to Brandii who went above and beyond when my key broke off in my lock. Because of her I was able to get my lock off and get into my unit. And the day we moved out of storage, she made it quick and easy. I was literally in and out! A hidden gem thats been there for awhile....passed it how many times on the highway and didnt know it was there...until I needed to store a bunch of stuff fast... The manager was super helpful in getting the details out to me and taken care of fast...and the prices arent bad compared to some of the other places in town... Highly recommended...

Prices are fair and storage room sizes are large. However, this place has absolutely no air control inside nor any form of fire suppression. How this place passes code is beyond me. If a unit catches fire, theres no way you are putting it out. Its a several large buildings that are made up of simply plywood walls and ceilings that if caught fire this place would be gone within an hour. Id suggest sprinklers which this place does not have.Management is nice. I like the security gate. The sizes are good and the price is great. But if a fire happens you are sol basically.

Brandii was extremely helpful in helping me secure when there was limited availability. She advocated with her manager on my behalf to obtain the best rate possible when only a larger than desired unit was available. When the desired sized unit became available she seamlessly transferred me to the smaller unit.

Jamie was extremely helpful and personable! Public Storage is safe and secure and I feel good about storing my personal items there!

I went to rent a storage space and met the manager Brandi.Ive NEVER in my life met with such a rude person.This is supposed to be the largest self storage company in USA.Wonder how it got there with such people working for them.Needless to say I returned without renting and will never go to another location of theirs.Bad experience

Last night (4/9/18) someone broke into my storage unit (along with several others) and stole a lot of stuff. Beware - this is not a safe location for your belongings. I got all my stuff out immediately. They do not have any accountability for your belongings so keep looking for a place that has more security or that can protect things better. Luckily I had insurance - make sure you do too!

Brandy the property manager likes to threaten customers that she will be closing out their rental for not moving a truck to a location she wants on public property. I called her to get the corporate phone number and she hung up on me. I have it all recorded and I’m going to put this on YouTube.

We needed a storage unit quickly on a rainy Sunday afternoon. Public Storage was open and accommodating. After speaking to an agent and getting the information and pricing, we headed right over there. Brandii called to confirm while we were on our way. During the registration, Brandii was very helpful and explained options and the process was quick and smooth. I would recommend Public Storage. I gate safety is nice and it is clean and easy access to units and the staff is very helpful.

Moving can be a stressful experience, but Denise at Public Storage in Jackson helped make my move a much easier time. She remained in contact with me throughout the day as my move was inevitably delayed and even offered to stay late if needed. Every time Ive stopped by the unit since moving in, Ive been welcomed with a smile. Great customer service!

Got sick got 1 month behind sold my stuff

DO NOT RESERVE A LOCKER ONLINE. Harassment though the roof!!!! Legitimately from the moment you make your reservation, they will call you AT LEAST 3-4 times a day which is very uncalled for. The employee that kept calling me sounded so unprofessional & sounded like she didnt want to be there in the first place. Another employee called me the next day another 3 times, this continued for about 4 days till I canceled my unit reservation cause of the non stop phone calls.

Prices are good units are nice Brandi was very helpful......(Edit).....exactly one year later unit has had two significant rate changes started at 186 (with 15 insurance )went to 192 in five months now at one year mark up to 227...22 %increase ..BS...brandi is still helpful on the local level
