The lady with the drawn on eyebrows is very rude and has a terrible attitude. The store was locked when I arrived at 10:40am. The worst fedex experience ever.

I had a poster size picture printed for my grandfather’s funeral. I specifically had it printed at the local office in Ridgeland, MS. I received a call from the Jackson office saying it has been shipped to the Jackson facility and that’s where I should pick it up. The lady also told me if I picked It up on Friday then i would be able to get it from the Ridgeland office. Sweet! I live out of state so I sent my sister the pickup the print. The Ridgeland office was closed and the Jackson office stated they didn’t have it. We decided to wait until Monday 6/15 bc we assume the Ridgeland office would be open. They stated they don’t have the print!! My sister only has 1 hour on her lunch break to pickup the print bc FedEx will be closed when she gets off work. I’ve called both office over 10xs and NO ONE IS ANSWERING THE PHONE! Very unprofessional locations! All I want to know is where is my print located? I would like a refund!

Was there to use Print and Go. Asked for assistance because I needed some very minor changes made to a document before printing. Ive had this done at multiple other locations and it has not been an issue. Employee said he could not help. I explained that other locations would allow me to email the document to the store email, pull it up on their computer, and make slight changes (basically hit backspace a few times.)He just said we cant do that. Ok dude.Left. Altered the document myself. Good thing I had my computer w me. Came back.Now we can print the document as is.Notified employee that there was an error with the printer.. He looks up, says nothing, walks over, hits some buttons, walks away.God, let me just get my business done and leave this place. Please.Then I needed to cut the printed documents in half. Spent 5 minutes tinkering with the paper cutter.I REALLY dont want to deal with this guy.Asked for help because time was an issue.Guy seemed annoyed even though he was just looking at his phone.Whatever. I dont live in Jackson, so I definitely wont go back.

Easy drop off/pickups, with fast friendly service. Lots of shipping options and I like that I can use services like making copies. Definitely a convenient location in downtown Jackson.

There was a misprint error of my address on a package from the company and it was held up at this office, where apparently it could only be handled by one worker who was only in a few hours in the morning on random days, and never returned my calls despite leaving multiple messages with various other workers over multiple days. It took a whole frustrating week to get it sorted out.

Really easy to ship with them I always go in the store and have them do all the hard work after I write the address and off it goes havent had a lost package yet.

This location was closed in the middle of the afternoon on a Wednesday.

Good people
