I was really impressed with my service at Jackson Pack and Ship. I live in Miami and needed a precious suitcase and other keepsake items from my Grandmother who recently passed away shipped to me. They offered to go pick it up from my friends house in Brooklyn for a reasonable fee, packed them perfectly and shipped them to my door. Their pricing was reasonable, the associate was very kind and the packages were delivered quickly. Highly recommend!

Full service location for all your packaging and shipping needs. The staff weve dealt with are friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. They accept Amazon approved returns and carry a large stock of packing materials to suit your needs. Weve shipped via UPS, FedEx, and even USPS using them and have always been highly satisfied with the results. This is a great local business and were lucky to have such a nice shipping store in Jackson

Staff was friendly but she misspelled the name of the street even though I spelled it out to her. Package delivered to the wrong address, $300 gone! 🙄 from looking at the reviews this has happened before. Maybe they should do a confirmation like the post office does.?.

I needed to overnight a package for business and the company I was shipping to was misspelled, also the attention contact was not included. Made me look very unprofessional to one of my most important customers. Would rather drive out of town to go to a UPS storefront next time.

The people at these locations are very helpful! If you had issues with an amazon return or a eBay drop off-perhaps it was you that was having the bad day. Not them. They give you all of the information you need to take your package to an authorized UPS store. Also, they are all very good at what they do.

The woman I dealt with was extremely rude and not helpful. It is a shipping business, yet the lady couldn’t even help me with a simple return label. I hope the business starts hiring more knowledgeable and friendly staff to keep loyal customers like myself.

All shipping carriers used, very convenient. Just a little bit more expensive than going directly to the carriers themselves. But you get options help you decide which carrier is cheaper. Also they have great service and friendly diligent personnel.

Waste of time - refuse to take items shipping through USPS. Why do you even exist?

Rude and arrogant, and they had been smoking something in there too. Your employees are rude . Smelled like incense in there. Like they were try to cover something up.

Always such friendly people. It quick and easy and they do NOT lie about their prices so.. Anyway, it is a really nice place. The staff is incredibly kind and sweet.

This place blatantly lied to me about shipping costs. I was told (& paid) $48 to ship an item. When I inquired about the cost if I went directly to the USPS, they told me it would be close to the same with Christmas postal fees! Today I went to USPS and shipped the same item for $14. Dont waste your money here!

Shipped with them several times. Three out of four times my product was completely destroyed. Their packing wasnt done well. I payed extra money to have it double boxed and it wasnt.
