Ordered a screw for a samsung dishwasher on 9/1/2020. after two weeks was told it was on backorder. contacted another seller and found the part in stock. waited another two weeks and bought the one at the other store. I called Fast Parts and was told they would refund my 26.00 for the screw. still today have not been refunded 10/12/2020. this is after 4 phone calls to the young lady that has told me repeatedly that it will be refunded. Still waiting for a refund.

Wasted a week of my time and money on a product that never materialized. They fabricate delivery dates make all types of promises but they never deliver. They have Google reviews listed under the name appliance parts with a 3-star rating and a number of valid complaint. I still have yet to receive my part. update After a week of keeping my money they just told me we cant get you the part we are going to refund your money. Lets see how that goes. Fast, friendly service. My part was in stock and Jessica helped me understand the terminals on the capacitor since they looked different than mine. So nice to have a place with parts available open on the weekend. Price was comparable to what the big box store was going to charge but couldn’t deliver for two days.

Awesome experience. Needed a drain pump to repair our front-load washer on a Saturday. No service providers available on the weekend, but Fast Parts was open on Saturday until 3:00P!!! Picked up the part and they even gave some helpful advice for the repair and rented me the specialty tool I needed to remove and reinstall the front-load door gasket. Only charged me for 1 day even though I wasn’t able to return it for over a week due to work travel (why I needed the repair done on the weekend), with only a nominal deposit that was fully refunded! Thanks Fast Parts! I’m sure I’ll be using them in the future for all general appliance and HVAC repair needs!

Gentleman at the counter could not have been much more condescending. I have never experienced such a strange manner in talking to customers. Not a smile or greeting when entering the store. Not a thank you and come back to see them when we left. Made me feel like he was doing me a favor. Will never return.

This is the kind of business I think of when I hear small business ...the cornerstones of our community. The people here were very knowledgeable, very helpful and very kind. They did not make me feel stupid while taking their time to explain something to me that I hadnt originally understood. I fixed my AC with a 50 dollar capacitor, a part that very frequently goes bad, saving my family hundreds. I brought in my condenser fan motor to replace it and the gentleman there offered to test my capacitor for free first as that could likely be the problem as well. He was right. I had my problem fixed in hours... Not days. AND they were open on Saturday. I cant recommend this place enough. America needs more businesses like this and less chains. Thanks so much guys.

My husband was fixing our dryer and we were told to come here for a part and the owner was so helpful and honest man, he actually told us the part we had was still good but he suggested another part on the dryer and it worked! Ordered a part for a dryer was told they do not refund so cancel the order and never picked up the part and have never received a full going on three months. Stay away from this place bad business

I went by here today to get a part for my broken electric dryer. The staff was very courteous and tested my old parts to confirm that they were in fact not working. It turned out to be the thermostat and they had the part in stock at a fair price. Mike gave me some tips on the correct installation of the parts and recommended that I make sure to clean out the dryer vent really well because that may be the reason that the part broke in the first place. It seemed they had tons of parts in there for all types of appliances so I will make sure to give them a call if/when something else breaks in the house. You should too!

I had a 15 year old refrigerator die on me, parts were difficult to find locally and had long wait times or were expensive. I ran across the same scenario online. When I called Fast Appliance Parts and talked with Ashlyn I was in for a pleasant surprise, not only did they have the part I needed but before I could even ask, she offered a discount. That was still higher than the arbitrary convenience price I had set. Then, as if she were reading my mind, she offered an additional military/ senior discount. This brought the price below my buy it online price. When I went to pick it up she had it setting on the counter ready for me and the exchange was personable and pleasurable. What great service. These guys/girls are at the top of their game when in comes to customer service as well as knowledge base in their field. I own rental properties and have been going to Fast Appliance Parts for years. They have parts if your in a bind and dont mind paying 4x the price you can get on Amazon. Bought dryer cut off thermal fuse kit charged $45 (Amazon $11.65 w/ free shipping) Installed and blew within 2hours. This is a generic fuse kit from china not brand specific i.e. Whirlpool etc. Buyer beware they have a zero return zero refund policy. Not the kind of place i choose to do business with...wont be back!
