My wife ordered a replacement ice maker and when it arrived she opened it up and tried to see if it would fit. It did not, so she returned it. Southern Coastal Parts refused to take it back saying that it had been removed from the packaging and showed signs of being installed. They said she could either pay to take it back, or they would destroy it. No middle ground. No reasonable offer of a restocking fee. No effort at all to save us over $300. Is a pristine expensive part really going to be destroyed because the manufacturer gave us the wrong part number? Is Coastal really going to destroy a part in perfect condition? Or will they repackage it and resell it to keep the scam going? Be very careful with these guys.

Called looking for a part, had the part number that 6 places before was able to use. They couldnt find the part wanted a serial number.

Ordered grill grates and when they arrived it was short a part. I was told to email to email the order desk with invoice number and a description on what my issue was. around 4/5 days later they sent me the part with some extra parts. It truly was a great experience.

Pretty awful to deal with. Not helpful, not customer service oriented. Even with an account and frequent orders they charge restock fees and treat you like garbage.

I ordered a part from this place just as we have done many times in the past using a serial number. They advised me over the phone what the correct part number was and when I got it, it was incorrect. Thinking they would ship me out the correct part I called and asked what happened. Honestly their guys on the phone including the manager Gary had the dry est personality and customer service skills I think I have ever heard in my life. It was like puling teeth to get them to send a RMA label and then they would not refund the shipping charges and made me pay additional shipping charges for the correct part. And this was THEIR MISTAKE, I am rethinking now how we are going to get our Subzero parts and maybe stop working on their models all together. Buyer BEWARE if a mistake gets made, even on their part. I guess they have some training program that teaches their reps to just rip people off since they are one of the few companies you can buy parts from. Subzero you are not what you once were and southern coastal is not helping your reputation at all!

They are very helpful and quick parts shipment. just know your equipment and be able to correctly pick your parts off of a part diagram

Terrible customer service skills and very misleading people. They will rob you blind. If you can find another place to get parts from i highly recommend it. Just their service alone turns me off from buying any subzero product ever again.

Very great support, experience and attention to customers needs. Definitely will recommend it.

We are a new service Co. in the Atlanta Metro area. They sent us the wrong part, refused to take any responsibility then charged us a 20% restocking fee. We spoke to a manager who said he would fix this and call us back but never did, after three days of dealing with them we were wasting our time. This was our first experience dealing with them and we do a lot of business in the our area which we explained to them. They should have done a courtesy return but for a few dollars they lost are business permanently.

Fair pricing on parts, but they have us the wrong part so we had to go back to swap it.
