I drive 18 wheelers. This place only unloads from one dock door. They do not sell to the public any longer. They are pretty fast at unloading.

I called their 1-800 number, and was able to pre-pay over the phone, via credit card. The young lady on the phone was very helpful. She gave me the correct address, then I went and picked up my dryer belt. It was only like 15.00 bucks, and a short ride to go pick it up. The store staff seemed nice and took care of us quickly. They have just about every appliance part that u could need. Def go here if u need appliance parts or hardware. Refer to pics for somethings that r in the front of the store. Nice place and great selection of parts. The guys were very nice and helpful. They have Saturday hours until noon. Only downside is they dont always staff phone on weekends.

I ordered the part from this warehouse, the estimated delivery day was Thursday, they didnt send it on time, and now is Friday 5pm, I still dont have my part!!

Closes at 5pm but I got there 5:10pm and door was locked but he opened and let me in and I got my part and was very satisfied. Highly recommend them to anyone.

Drove all over town looking for a gas fitting . Trent and Tony went above and beyond getting me taking care of when no one else in Jacksonville could help . I only bought $5 part but the customer service was incredible . will most definitely be back and will send folks your way . Thanks !

Both the in-store and on the phone reps have always been helpful and provided what I needed.

Buyer beware when buying from the company. My appliance parts repairman bought a control panel for my stove that took 4 weeks to get at a cost of $650. When he installed it in, it did not work and Marcone indicated that they will not take back parts that have been installed. They have no return policy on their invoices nor on their wall at the cash register.I am absolutely pissed because I lost $650 for something that I did not get. It is thievery and the company does not give a damn. If you buy and return your purchase get ready to get screwed..

This has been a mess, I started calling them at 8:30 am when they opened at 11:56 I finally spoke to a person who was from a call center and couldnt help me with out my order #. the man became aggravated when I asked him to hold on while I located the #. I am calling from a business and I understand the frustration myself but rudeness is unexceptionable. all I wanted to do was make sure the part we ordered was ready for pick up. it was ordered on 2/23 pick up date was 2/27. Im calling on 3/1 and now Im being told the part is on back order and wont be available for another 8 days. its a shame I spend all day on the phone only to be given bad news.

I dont kno what all these ppl talking about. They had everything I needed in stock and prices were the same as if I ordered them online. People ther were very polite and helpful. Will definitely go there again next time any parts are needed.

This place charged me $43.00 for a $5.00 washing machine part that is readily available on eBay. Ive never posted a review on Google before but this place is a ripoff.

Ive been doing business with them for decades, I have been receiving damaged, used and wrong parts over and over. The prices have gone out of sight, $92 for a knob is insane.
