Cannot recommend this location enough, Brent is super helpful and helped solve an issue we had with the third party company delivering our oven. He came to the rescue! Excellent communication, Very Responsive along the way and Very Helpful through out the entire process. You need more workers like Brent.
Bought a new fridge with delivery setup for next Thursday! The days of buying appliances have changed dramatically in this post covid world. The sales rep was fantastic! Other places had deliveries in December and January which is 2-3 months from now! Feeling lucky and blessed
Sometimes when you look online you will see that they have a product available and then you get there and they dont. This was not the situation with this Best buy. They had their stocking up to date and I walked in and found exactly what I was looking for. Thank you so much for having your stock up to date and everything being in the right place. Wish I could leave a good review due to I have always like Best Buy.But I attempted Calling to ask a SIMPLE QUESTION and COULD NOT GET THROUGH to anyone. It asks me for my Phone number for my BEST BUY ACCOUNT which I do not have. Then it asked me what I was calling about and when I replied, the automated system had no clue what I was saying 😡 ALL I WANTED TO KNOW WAS THE COST TO REFILL INK CARTRIDGES Before I drive all the way there SMH.....
Came in to return and exchange and item I bought online. Shae assisted me and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with answering my questions and concerns about the return and how it would affect my Best Buy Credit Card. She then went above and beyond to find the product I wanted to exchange my return for!5/5 for the store10/10 for Shae
Unfortunately they really didnt have the product that I was looking for. But the rating is in regards to the customer service that I received or shall I say didnt receive. I saw several employees standing around mingling amongst one another in my effort to try and find what I was looking for. But not one person stopped to ask me if they could help me find what I was looking for like Ive always experienced in the past whenever Ive visited a Best Buy. I finally decided to go walking through the store until I could find someone to assist me. The only reason why Im rating my visit as a two instead of a one is because of the professionalism of the greeters coming in and exiting the building and the young man that I finally found efforts to assist me with what I was looking for!
Nobody came over and asked me if I needed any help but other than that everything was fine.
I bought a laptop after getting excellent help from Marquavious at the Blanding Blvd store in Orange Park FL. He listened to my needs and made great recommendations!
Yesterday, I went to this store with my dad, to get a new power supply. Afterwards, I was trying to get a Microsoft computer keyboard, but my dad said, Not right now. Then, I brought it from home, so he always fitted this on the back of the Thermaltake Versa N24 case. The Corsair logo is upside down if I wasnt worried about it. He flipped it over and placed it there, just because the logo stays normally. But now, my dad needs to get my computer fixed if he tries to get a better and faster computer chip.
Chris was amazingly helpful today. My mom and I went in to get new phones. Mine was old and wearing out and mom’s was giving her trouble. He cleaned off a bunch of troublesome apps from my mom’s phone, she didn’t need a new phone after that. Then we moved on to my phone and he had it all setup and ready to go in about 30 minutes. Amazing customer service!
The service was awesome. I forgot his name, but I think the guy with braids was a manager and he was awesome. He knew the products in the camera section very well. We decided on a Hero 9 gopro which was on sale. We are very pleased!
Guy tried to tell me it was gonna be 600 dollars to fix my phone sceen and would not tell me exactly why it was going to be that much. Was also rude and an awful experience. Do not recommend geeksquad they are a scam. Went somewhere else and only paid 30 dollars

Worst experience in my life. I ordered and paid for a range hood for my kitchen and was told it would be delivered to store in 2 weeks. It is now over 6 weeks later and no delivery. NO clue from any employee why or where my product is. I have spent hours on the phone with geek squad and other customer service representatives and ZERO follow up as I was promised. I remember when a promise to call a customer back meant sonething. Apparently BEST BUY does not care about customer service anymore. I will no longer buy anything from best buy. This is a reason people use Amazon. BEST BUY will go out of business if they keep this up. They have lost a lifelong customer.
Had great help trying to find what I was looking for but turned out in the long run it wasnt what I needed. Then I went to return it and the return was quick I paid for it on my debit card and it told me Id have a credit in 24 hours its after 24 hours now still no credit. Why is it Best buy where you spend more money than you might other businesses take longer than anywhere else to process your refund. I bought the item and paid for it over a week ago I think they know they got their money already. Will definitely think about this before I purchase anything else at Best buy.

Don’t even bother trying to call this place. i cannot speak to anyone in the store. i had an interview here awhile back but wasn’t able to make it due to me randomly having immense back and shoulder pain every time i breathed and couldn’t even get out of bed. tried calling MANY times but was unable to speak to anyone in store. now i cannot apply to any other positions here because they think i “no called no showed” my interview but i couldn’t contact ANYONE to reschedule. you need to fix this.
We came here on a Thursday at about 1:00pm to buy a new laptop and have files transferred over to it from an old desktop. Jessie was very helpful with selecting the laptop and needed accessory. We have Geek Squad and they were done with the file transfer by the end of the day.
The salesperson was patient and ready to provide insight on the product. He research other stores since the supply in the store was not available. When found,, we arranged for a home delivery 3 days later. We were able to price match the product, as well. A great day of service !
I wanted to peruse a technology section for automotive devices but only found phone holders for the car.
After standing and waiting for an extended period of time without an avaliable associate asking if I needed anything. When I finally found an associate willing to semi help I was told the product I was looking for wasnt in stock. No questions about why I needed the product or similar products were presented. I miss circuit city
I went in when it was crazy busy and the lady with the red hair and cool swirly earrings was super great! Even with how busy it was she took the time to help me out, and completely answered all my questions! Plus, as I was leaving I heard her asking another customer how they were doing! Super great employee, sorry that I didn’t get her name! It was in the laptop section!
Salesperson not very knowledgeable. However they may have hired for seasonal help. I did find the product I was searching for and it was in stock. Check out personnel very friendly.
My Best Buy. This location always has what I need and if they do t man it is easy to get. Just have them order it and you will be good to go. Staff very friendly and helpful.

I would have bought my refrigerator here, but couldnt wait 5 days for it to be ready to be picked up. My old one went out an I was about to lose all my food. The salesman was very helpful, but they dont sell floor models so I had to go elsewhere.
This store has pretty much whatever you are looking for from electronics, appliances, phones, laptops, etc... also an installation department to install radio, dash cams, speakers

Im a fan of Best Buy but the Blanding Ave. store has lots of empty shelves. I tried to buy a Samsung S20, which they didnt have but were good enough to send me to Verizon where I bought the S20 a half hour after I left BB. The store looks like it is closing down
I live in Texas but I was in Florida visiting family. This was the only place that had the present we were looking for. The staff is amazing!! Thank you Best Buy.

Best Buy is my favorite place to shop for any kind of electronics and more. And accessories to go with them. The way they lay out the products you shop for is a lost art for most retail stores. They dont have alot of high shelves and overload of products to make it overwhelming. The store is wide open and you can see most everything as soon as you walk in the entrance. The items they sell are quality products at a resonable price. The staff are all pretty knowledgeable in the area they are assigned to. Great place to shop!!!

Went to look for a printer and almost every ink jet printer was unavilable for purchase due to shipping shortages and Covid related issues. While I know this is not directly Best Buys fault, I was very disappointed in their selection of products to purchase. It appears the whole store is in somewhat of the same shape unless you want very large TV sets, there were plenty of those for sale!

This used to be a great company to work with but due to patheric excuse after excuse, customer service is now non-existant. There is now no way to call the stores directly to resolve issues and i now have to wait 48 hours for a callback from a store that gave my order to another car. I used to love shopping at Bestbuy, but this is the last time i ever set foot in their stores or buy from them online. Someone from the corporate level needs to be removed from their position for developing these new systems that only push customers away.
Brought in a wired gaming headset to switch out for its 2 year warranty (they were having choppy sound consistanct).Good service and a new replacement set. Was even able to put another 2 year warranty on them for $11.

I walked around for 30 min and could not get anyone to help me get an iPad out for me to buy. The employees would see me and divert their eyes. When i tried to flag them down, they walked way and tried to act busy. Coming here was a waste of time and gas. I am buying one from Amazon now. This store lack of customer service is exactly why brick and mortar stores are going out of business.

I really enjoyed shopping at Best Buy you made me not be able to get a better deal online but I like the old-fashioned customer service Best Buy been renting out their store two different retailers like Sony and so on customer service is top-notch we had a guy from Geek Squad actually help us pick out the tablet/ Chromebook that was ideal

I have to honestly say this was the best experience ever today. Went in with an IPhone problem with appt. The geek squad tried everything. Listed out our options in a non pushy super helpful and knowledgeable manner. We realized we needed to get a new phone and the best buy Verizon tech helped us immediately and super quickly. My son now has a working phone and we didnt feel bear up or pushed around like at the Verizon store.

I used the curbside pickup. It was very easy and seemless process to get my purchase. The associate brought it out in a timely fashion and best of all I didnt have to leave my car.
The staff was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable on not only our buying of a chrome book but our Sony receiver. She helped us with making sure our purchases are protected as well. It was a quick and simple transaction to apply for a Best Buy credit card so we didnt have to pay for anything out of pocket. 12 months same as cash.I have bought a laptop from here before and the Geek Squad protection was excellent. I highly suggest that you check out any future electronic purchases.

Bought a laptop and printer at this location. The supervisor, who was a Millennial, was barely civil. Explained “Windows” ad nauseum “. Yes, we might be Boomers, but we get it.My husband took the laptop to Best Buy after Christmas for help in setting it up. The first employee was downright rude. The second person who helped was better.Work on customer service skills, Best Buy!!!! Like it or not, we Boomers will spend thousands (because we have it), without a second thought. We will NOT be treated like morons.

Very little selection in computer accessories related to tablet cases, tablet keyboards, screen protectors and the like.A massive amount of floor space set up and tagged for just one manufacturer and just their flag ship product. It suggested Best Buy never even attempted to sell the other top ten related productsThe associate told me that it was because the venders leases the space so the vender gets to to sell what they want. I then argued that the lack.of diversity of product made Best Buy more or less in business only to please the vender and not the customer as the customer is limited in choice and if they want another top ten product, they are forced to go to Amazon.I am very familiar with vendor leasing, but the concept is 30 years old and mostly only still done by companies that want to file for bankruptcy within the next 5 years.When is Best Buy gonna realize that everybody retailer sells products online but few are successful.What makes Amazon best is that they were willing communicate and sell the customer what they want (ie. diversity at a discount with highest rated items first) and if the vendor cannot or will not supply the item, they can take a hike.That is why you will see many different vendors attempting to sell the same item on Amazon.In other words Amazon owns the vendor, the vendor doesnt own Amazon......
By far this was one of the best experience I have ever had in a retail store . It educational,as well as pleasant, which all most brought tears to my eyes doing this holiday season. If you’re looking for car audio parts and installation, go to this Best Buy. Lexi was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, efficient, friendly. I had gone to the Avenues just prior and the car audio department staff guy just had a blank stare with very few answers. He also was impatient. Go to Orange Park, straight to the back left of the store and Lexi and others will be helpful.

In and out visit to pick up an internet order. The clerk didnt scan the rfid tag on my purchase so the alarm went off as I was exiting. Mildly annoying.

Costumer service was on point, immediately you enter the store, you get welcome. If you are on a department, looking at any product, a associate comes asking if you need help with anything. Associates are respectful and helpful.The place is organize and eventing is separated by department on a logical matter.About prices, they have competitive prices. Good deals as well. Sometimes you can get damage items on a discounted price.

Went to Best Buy to buy a television cord and a laptop. Walked out with only television cord. Stood around for 20 minutes waiting for assistance in getting laptop. Finally a guy that did not have keys to dept tried to assist. He went to tell someone I needed help. Stood around for another 20 minutes. Finally walked out. Worst customer service ever.
We got a great deal on new phones, better than anywhere else we could find. There were very helpful and spent quite a bit of time with us making sure that the new phones were all set up and working the way that we needed. Very good experience.
So far this is a no-star experience. Ordered a new ipad on 12/7. Told it would arrive 12/14. On 12/14, got a message stating they didnt have the item to ship. Then, within just a few hours, before I had a chance to cancel the order, Best Buy suddenly found one to ship. It might arrive by 12/28! Three weeks after my order and late to my need. Best Buy advertises an item, fails to produce it, doesnt bother to tell me until the day its supposed to deliver, then restarts the whole process before I can cancel. Deceptive advertising and deceptive execution. So now they have my money but I dont have a product, and dont know when, or if, Ill ever receive it. Best Buy sucks. Best buy elsewhere.
Never again..... purchased over a $1000 computer, 2 months later, not working. Paid an additional $ 200 for geek squad......now the fridge I purchased 2 years ago is breaking down.....they want $250 for geek squad, that doesnt include the price of the part to fix the fridge......these items should not be breaking down already.......NEVER buying anything from best buy again.... selling garage!!!!!!
