I had been using an other company to fill my RV tanks. They werent open when i needed a refill. I found Blossman online and headed over. When they told me the price At first it was higher then I had paid else where. BUT! When the gentleman was filling my tanks one of the valves was stuck. He fixed it for me and explained how it happens ECT. When I went to pick up the tanks they felt heavier then when i used to get them filled. He explained how most places fill VS how they do it. (Tank purge, open bleed valve ). Ultimately you actually get a full tank. Now it all made sense. My tanks were actually full now, as well fixed valve. End of the day. I got way better service. For then end price its worth it. Ill see them soon.
One of the best customer service companies I have dealt with in a long time. Close second to CFA. From the sales rep Brandon to the installers (David), these guys were top notch. Explained how propane works to my kids in case of emergency and everything. Highly recommend. Thank you! I have referred several people already and switching a business account to them also.

I was having difficulty with my tankless water heater on a Saturday. I called Blossman and left a message with the answering service. In a couple minutes Tony, the service technician called me back. He came right out and in a minute had determined the problem and immediately corrected it. Tony was friendly and professional. He is great. Thanks Tony.
Blight stahd by generator. Professional service buy the staff. They did everything quickly and to my satisfaction. They seem to have a good working relationship with American Electric that also preformed outstandingly. Highly recommend both companies.
Blossman gets zero stars. I have had installation problems, defective tank problems and billing problems over the past two years. Whenever there is a problem, Blossman charges the customer. Now they have doubled the tank rental fee without warning. Will look for a better propane company.

I have to agree with previous posts regarding customer service. The slightly lower prices does not compensate for awful customer service. After repeated attempts to speak with someone about some technical details for installing a gas line for a 20 kw whole house generator and request for a return call not being honored, we are leaning towards installing a diesel generator. A lost opportunity for additional propane sales. It is just not worth the hassle.I should mention though, that once/if you can get past the front office, the people that do the work are generally on time and do good work.
After reading several “unhappy” reviews, I felt compelled to share our story. We recently did a kitchen remodel and during the process converted our water heater and stove to gas. We received quotes for a tank installation, gas lines run through the house, and also a new tankless hot water heater. Blossman was the most competitive offer we received for the installation and the gas prices were all similar. Any time we’ve called we received prompt and courteous service. Blossman came out when called and did not hold up any of our project. Overall I recommend Blossman Gas. To date we have not had any bad experiences with Blossman, only good.
During this pandemic, they decide to double tank rental fees. Could’ve waited till things are semi back to normal or at the very least increased them gradually, not doubled!! Terrible time to take advantage of your customers, who may be already struggling to pay bills. You should be ashamed.
I find this company to be very shady with terrible customer service. I called to inquire about prices and time to deliver gas for our generator. I was quoted over $3 per gallon, plus a charge to test my tank. The delivery time was going to be at least a couple weeks - which was understandable given this was just after hurricane Irma. I told Blossman that I would call back if I did not find a better option. I called D&D who was able to come out the next day for much less. I never called Blossman back.A few weeks later, I received a bill from Blossman. When I called to inquire about it, I was told that they topped off my tank. I told the lady that I never ordered the gas - to which she curtly replied that I did. I asked if I was charged a tank inspection fee. She responded no because they called my normal supplier to confirm it did the pressure test. That was not true because I dont have a normal supplier as this was the first time I have filled up our tank in the four years we have lived here. After I questioned her about it, she finally looked in her computer and confirmed the only supplier information they had was listed as competitor.I asked for a manager to call me back to work something out. Rather than a call back, Blossman just sent me another bill.I got the gas (at least I think I did) so I just paid the bill even though we are a military family who will be leaving in six months and there is a very low probability we will use the gas.
Had tank installed and line run to kitchen. Cost was lower than competitor’s, and work was done to my satisfaction.I don’t usually review, but felt compelled to do so upon reading Mr. Short’s hilariously contradictory 1 star review.
Horrible customer service. We rent and had no choice but to use them. They are always booked and never have any quick fast appointments.Set an apt a week ago and they never gave a set time. Said evening time and that someone would call you when they were 20 to 30 mins away. Got a call at 1:47pm (Missed the call) and apparently someone showed up at 2pm and then left. Then they say they cant have anyone come out for another week?!? How hard is it to hook up a damn range?How is that for customer service, oh wait there is none.
We recently had to replace our standby home generator, which required moving our gas lines, establishing new connections ensuring the gas would flow when the generator fired up. During the dealings and service required for this multi-vendor 3 day install between electrical contractors -from whom we purchased the generator-and our gas company, the Blossman portion was absolutely 5 STAR. From Carl Rutledge who came out and gave us Blossmans estimate, to Kenneth Shaw & William Felix, who did the actual work, our expectations were exceeded. The bid was about half of other gas company estimates. The technicians, Kenneth & William, took great care relocating the above ground connections as well as the underground piping. They tried not to damage shrubbery and to make the above ground part as inconspicuous and neat as possible. They removed all the unsightly old above ground hookup & carried away all the debris, plus they checked the connection on our gas grill. They were professional, polite and worked steadily the entire time they were here. We have nothing but raves for Blossmans dependable service, their staffs expertise and their reasonable pricing.
I called this morning and we have gas tonight. Great service and super fast.
Terrible customer service. Young girl named Chelsey made me not want to do business with them. Never going back!
