I walked in not knowledgeable of the store products. I was greeted by the cashier behind the register. I looked at some of the items in the store, then a gentleman walked up and asked me if he can help. He pointed to some products and explain them. I gave him an idea of what I wanted . He showed me some items which were perfect for my needs. Ive also found that they were great tasting as well. The pricings on the items were good. I would definitely go back to this store and shop some more.

A Great Locally and Family owned business. They are very helpful and knowledgable about their products. For a Westener it is as close in Jacksonville as you can get to going to an authentic Vietnamese Grocery store. I always find something new there when I visit.

I came and got exactly what I wanted. The new owner there was super nice and sweet. I heard they got more things stocked up so I came to see.

Received great service when they finally came from the back. They have a mass variety of items to satisfy your shopping needs. I love the prices as well.

Although the greeting from the front door was nice, I have to rate this place 1 star. I was looking for specific items for a recipe, for instance, fish sauce. Id checked a few bottles, none of them were sauce. It looked like the sauce femented in the bottles! Went over to the frozen section, Im not understanding why only every other door opened and the others had some kind of wire handle on them and the food just looked old. Im sorry, but it was time to go. Didnt buy one thing. Not for me!

Man I wish I could give a better score when i get to actually buy from here its amazing food quality is awesome! However theyre literally open whenever they want to be...so its hit or miss

I Do Not Know what the previous Google review person was ranting about, because I have been shopping with that lovely little women that owns & runs the Vietname Food store off of I-10 & Cassat Ave! She is a super kind and honest person, and has Never Ever charged me for anything but what I had in my basket! the store is old fashioned Viet Nam style produce, period, if your wanting Publix type wide isles and super spot less environment, this is not the shop to go too, but; if you are looking for hands on original and super fresh produce, emphasizing in real product & produce that mainly are from the nation of Viet Nam, this Is the store to shop! plus the prices are super fair, and she has items that are near impossible to find and purchase other than a few other oriental stores in Jax,

Lady re scaned our card 4 times them when i charged us 4 times we pointed it out she said take it up with our card company she wouldnt refund it
