I love kourosh market. Everything is fresh. The owner/ Pedram is so polite and helpful!!! Love the store. I recommend it to everyone.
Lots of good authentic Persian, turkish stuff with very reasonable prices. Nice owner and polite stuff.
Nice guy and have all item we need .
Love their fresh produce.
Great products and very helpful staff.
Love this store, always buy my dry fruits from here, their gyro rocks.
Good and complete selection of Persian products. I wish they had price tags on everything though.
Awesome market, everyone in here are very nice and helpful, plus they have gyros...
We order gyros from here at least twice a week, huge selection, don’t let the exterior fool you!
Great selection of Turkish and other Middle Eastern products. Awesome location and friendly service.
The Best Mediterranean Bodega you could ever have in the south. They have herbs and spices from all over the world. With the best Gyros you will find hands down. I love all the sterling serving accessories. And there is always great service. I enjoy the culture and atmosphere of this shop so much. Aaaand did I mention theres the GYROS!
Love this little gem! Unlike other international markets, they carry lots of great quality products including fresh vegetables, freshly made flat bread that you can’t find in elsewhere.
Terrible experience. Ordered food, was told order would be ready in 25 mins.Showed up after 35 mins and food was not ready. The 2 men working in the store were just rude and disrespectful. Finally got my food one hour after I ordered it!Also the rude man preparing the food was not wearing a mask. Terrible customer service.
Staff is very friendly. I was able to find everthing I need. The prices are very affordable. The gyro is very tasty and filling. Try it with the yogurt drink!
Order: GyroPrice: (Honestly not sure, we also bought a bunch of groceries and paid all together)Pros: Lots of middle eastern food that is hard to find in most standard grocery stores, the gyro was really goodCons: The cooked food section is way in the back and not always staffed, you may have to actually ask for help, the store can be a bit clutteredThoughts: First of all Kourosh should be viewed as a food market (similar to a grocery store) with a food stall inside and it not an actual restaurant. There are no places to sit, all of the food is to go, and it is still really good. The grocery store itself has a lot of different ethnic items that you cannot find in most standard American grocery stores, and what they do have is noticeably cheaper than most grocery stores. We took a while to look around the grocery store picked out some things that we couldnt get other places and then made our way back to where they serve make the ready to eat food. After waiting for just a few moments we realized no one was actually working there and went and found a store employee. After asking them if the “restaurant” portion was still open we found that one of them would have to go back there to make the gyro. Despite the confusion the gyro actually turned out really well. It had your standard gyro meat, lettuce, onion, tomato, and more. It was definitely packed full of toppings. While I will definitely think of this place more as a grocery store, Im definitely going to keep it in mind as a place to grab a quick, good lunch if I am ever on that side of town. We will definitely be back at some point to pick up groceries and Im sure well grab a gyro at the same time.
I had no idea this existed and Ive been to Patel Bros. at least 50 times! (Same shopping center.) Great place to get Turkish spices, cookies, cheese, and other foods. Added bonus that they sell kunafa and gyros/doner kebab sandwiches. Happily surprised. Will be back at least a few times per month.
Amazing Gyros!!! We just went yesterday and we usually buy gyro meat at Traders Joe’s. The one we got here was so much better that I will definitely be driving once/ twice a month to stock up on my favorites!
This Store has pretty much everything I would ever need for cooking Persian Dishes. Great quality for reasonable prices. Also, They assist you kindly with whatever you have trouble finding, which is really nice!
Best place to buy international foods
Many Yummy Foods
Very nice and friendly. We recently moved from Dallas, TX to Gainesville, Fl and we couldnt find any Iranians products in Gainesville. We found everything we need in this store today. So happy!!!😊
Always helpful, great staffHave everything that I need in stock
Very tasty gyro, quite possibly the best in jax. Also the extra ingredients are a wonderful change from the usual. If I want a gyro, this is where I go. The store is pretty cool too
I cant say enough good things about Kourosh International Market. They have all sorts of interesting things packed into the store. Their spices are very well priced. However, the best thing about this place are the gyros. They are by far my favorite gyros in town.
They have whatever you like. Great customer service. Great products and good prices.
Pedram is always there and very helpful. Started getting some products there because they are just better. Small place but nice and the gyros are good
Persian, Turkish and middle eastern grocery store. The best shawarma sandwich in town. You must try the saffron ice cream. It is pricy but worth it.
Excellent selection of Turkish foods, spices, teas, and the best doner in town. Best prices for hookah supplies, awesome service. My only stop for imported supplies.
The prices are high, but you can always find an unusual food item here that you likely wont find somewhere else. I love shopping their vegan and vegetarian section.
The young lady that works there is very nice but the guy that was there tonight 9/4 is so rude! Right off the bat he was being rude to me! 5 days ago i bought Vegeta that expires this month. I also bought Turmeric but it also tasted funny and doesn’t have an expiration date, so how do I know, it isn’t also expired?! Went back two days later and the lady told me its ok to bring them back to her. And she apologized about it. But this man was so unbelievably short, snobby, and rude. He talked to me as if I was someone beneath him! Very nasty attitude. I was going to buy some stuff, walked out without anything. Noteworthy that the EXPIRED Vegeta is still on the shelves for sale!!!
Nice staff delicious gyro and good pita bread
