To make my story short, Autonation damaged my car.So I went there for a recall on my roof rail. I had appointment at 10am. I dropped of my car and then told me it will take about 3 hrs or so. When its about 4pm I called and asked if my car is ready and they said they are busy and technician didnt worked on my car yet. So I said I have plan at 6pm so I picked up my car at 5pm. They just wasted my whole day. No point of making appointment.Few days later dealer called me and said if I can come in for 5 or 10 . They need to take picture of the parts and it will be quick. So I went there and worker Rachel told me it will take few hours instead of 5 to 10 minutes. I didnt have time so I said I will come back next time. And I went to conneticut with this car and on the way back home I found out they unscrewed my roof rail and put tape on it. Ive been driving with unsecured roof rail that can fall off and hit another car. It was working fine before and now they did this and i called and nobody returned the call back. Its been 2 weeks and I emailed and called to fix this problem and all they did transfered me to voice mail.
Encountered Terry while searching for a used vehicle. He was fantastic!!! So personable, with great customer service. He tried hard to find us a car, but there just wasnt a fit that day. We chatted and he shared his wealth of knowledge regarding cars and the buying process. My teenager daughter soaked it all up! It was great for her. I cant thank Terry enough. Genuinely good person
Always a pleasure coming home having my servicing done somewhere I really trust. Between my husband and I weve purchased 9 of our last 11 vehicles here. SUSAN IS AWESOME SHES BEEN MY SERVICE ADVISOR SINCE DAY ONE AND I WOULDNT HAVE IT ANY OTHER WAY!!
Sorry, gang, but somebody kind of dropped the ball on this one. I suspect Call Center, but it reflects on your review. After my oil change (reviewed), I received two emails stating that you had recommended a wheel alignment on our 2014 Escape. It never happened. But, I scheduled one for 6/16/2021to be safe. When I arrived for the appointment, I asked a Service Desk agent to pull the ticket from the oil change and show me where the recommendation appears. It doesnt. She said that a CODE on the oil change ticket showed that I had rejected a wheel alignment.HUH?! How can I reject something that was never discussed?#2. I called about a problem with my AC blower volume decreasing and dying altogether while on the road on 6/10. (My son-in-law had told me about a TSB concerning the issue on 2013 and 2014 ESCAPEs.) Call Center employee stated she couldnt find any recall or warranty statement concerning that problem. She said it TWICE, after I told her it was a TSB. She said again that she could not find it, but, if I wanted to pay $55-85 for a Diagnostic, they would look into it. THEN, I could pay to fix the issue. (BTW, whatever happened to dropping the Diagnostic charge if I chose to have the problem corrected during the same visit?). So, I scheduled the Diagnostic for same visit as the alignment. Prior to taking the car in for alignment and diagnostic on 6/16, I went online and found the fix for the AC EVAPORATOR ICING issue, Ref FORD TSB 14-0006, and fixed the problem in about three minutes. It literally took me longer to find the tool I needed than it did to fix the problem.So....Normally, you folks are great. We will continue to bring our multiple FORD vehicles(three ESCAPEs at our home alone and my 1986 F-250) to you for service. But, this time, my experience wasnt up to standards, mine or yours, and I wanted you to be aware of what goes on.Regards.
Didnt receive a telephone call on the Eval for my truck problem as promised. Stephanie was very pleasant, cheerful and apologetic. She explained what happen with the mis communication. I would recommend her to future customers.
RUN do not walk from this place!! Took my truck in for routine maintenance (truck was running fine, no leaks, rattles, shutters, or warning lights). After paying $1100 for service, car could not be driven as transmission was destroyed after their service. AutoNation said it was our problem and that any Ford with 100,000 miles should be expected to have major mechanical issues. After 84 days trying to negotiate, we finally realized AutoNation would not take responsibility for anything that happened during their service, and we had to tow it to another shop. Service Manager and Service Advisor admitted wrong doing BUT service manager no longer there (hmmm?) General Manager, AutoNation Headquarters, nor AAA will cooperate. Their policy appears to be if we dont return phone calls and completely ignore the customer, then theyll go away. So why would anybody buy a car or have it serviced from an AutoNation dealership? #autonation #ford #encinosupremecourtcase #autorepairtheft
The service is friendly, however I gave 3 stars due to I purchased 4 new tires for my vehicle and 1 had a slight leak. I have been back over 4 times without a resolution and I requested a new tire, the tires are still under warranty and I was denied a new tire on several occasions. I am still awaiting a resolution.
Had a deal on the table sale manager was too smart he couldnt keep his mouth open 🚶
Sloppy mechanics! Took our vehicle in for two recalls and came out with greasy fingerprints, and scratches to paint. I understand recalling a vehicle issue is common and happens throughout the industry.(2011 Fusion) One recall was for a faulty airbag which may cause serious damage to passengers in the vehicle and for the past few years had no solution for the problem. Ford recommended not to have any passengers in the front passenger seat until a solution was available. We are a family of 4 so I guess just throw one of the kids in the trunk?? The other was for a power steering issue which ironically failed a week ago while my wife was driving. Unfortunately we did drive with passengers as we had no choice. But the problem was always in the back of our minds. But what could we do? A solution was recently found by Ford and we had no problems scheduling the appointment for repairs. In fact they were diligently contacting us to bring the vehicle in. Due to busy schedules and work we finally were able to drop the vehicle off this morning. My wife picked up the car today at the time they said it would be ready. It came with 4 new scratches on the door panel, 2 gouges in the hood and greasy fingerprints everywhere. The scratches in the door can probably be buffed out and the greasy prints we can handle but the gouges in the hood go down to the raw metal! Now you may be thinking it’s a 2011 who cares! Well we do! The vehicle only has 50k miles and we have taken very good care of it. The thing is we love the car. We have driven it for years with a safety issue always worried about the airbag but being patient knowing that Ford was working on a solution. So now here we are the problem has been fixed and we can now drive safely? NO WE CAN’T!!!Picking up the vehicle today with scratches and grease makes we wonder if the repair was done properly. We hoped to FINALLY feel safe driving our Ford but this is definitely not the case. We did call about the scratches and as of now we are waiting for a response. No matter what,we will still have doubts the repair was done properly due to the lack of workmanship and are back to feeling uneasy driving our family car. We love the vehicle but have never felt as safe as we would like driving it. My company vehicle is a brand new 2019 Fusion and I love it!!!! Hopefully Ford will do the right thing.
Would not recommend this service center. Extremely overpriced! They quoted me over $500 to fix a door latch issue on my F-150, which should be covered under a recent recall notice. Time to join the class action lawsuit against Ford regarding this issue...
This place doesnt care about customers Ive never ever been treated so poorly.
Great service and very professional people! Should have gone here first in my search for a vehicle.
Laura Stevens (Service Advisor) was able to schedule my repair within two days and in a time that allowed me to wait. I was in and out within 45 minutes. Whenever I call their service dept, I am able to talk to someone within seconds. They have outstanding customer service. I had the complete opposite experience with Coggin Ford (Atlantic Blvd) where I originally purchased the car.
I will never go back to AutoNation Ford. I was not happy with the lack of friendliness from the staff after test driving the car. I left and almost did not buy the car from them. However, I went back two weeks later to purchase the car. I was extremely disappointed in their service. I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome the entire time. When I was finished signing, Doug (who I had been working with) did not even say goodbye. He just walked away. Then, while I was driving home, I saw the car was almost out of gas. I cannot believe they let me leave without making sure there was enough gas in the car. I just spent thousands of dollars and was already having to buy gas to make it home. Disappointed is an understatement.
Moved into the area last August. I have visited the service department twice for The Works oil change and tire rotation, as well as to clear an issue with wheel nuts. On all visits I waited for the vehicle and the services were performed promptly and as I requested. The service advisors appear to be friendly and accommodating. Susan G. did an excellent job handling my service requirements. The waiting area appears to be fairly new and updated, with plenty of comfortable seating. So far, so good. Addition of a car wash after service would be a nice added touch -- something for consideration by the management.
I usually hate dealerships. When my Ford needed a new clutch they discovered it was still under warranty when others hid this info from me saying the car was fine. Even gave me a free loaner car for 3 days. This was the best most honest dealer I ever visited. Thank you Ford, the car now runs great.
They have really gotten it together here at autonation jax.my appt was for 930 and i was out 1 hr and 15 minutes later. Thank you Autonation. It used to take all dsyvfor an oil change
Always a great experience. Friendly staff, excellent service.
Great service. Teriffic people. Christine was wonderful. She is a pleasure to deal with. Wonderful answering my question and so patient with my kids.
Deidre is an awesome 10 of 10 and the rest of the team who helped me all 10 of 10s. A pleasure to do business at this dealership.Their management is great too. Compassion for the customer is everywhere. Thank you!!!
Love the redesigned dealership and service center. Always a pleasure!
Although the staff was a bit slow in recognizing that we were waiting to buy a specific used F150 on Superbowl Sunday, once we got connected with Mike and Lance everything went much better. They have followed up since we took possession and have been available to answer any outstanding questions. I cant speak for the entire dealership by Lance and Mike were professionals all the way through.
They were very nice and helpful! The most responsive of all of the dealers. Thanks Jessica and staff.Service: Oil change, Tire balance, and Recall
Very satisfied with the service & quality of service technicians. I purchased my vehicle & extended service plan from Auto Nation Ford Jax & couldnt be more satisfied. The atmosphere of the entire staff says alot about personal dedication to me as a customer.
Jacob Rothman was so kind and helpful. It seems like a sales meeting, it felt like a friend showing you this “really cool vehicle”. He was excited about the product, not the sale. He made it a very pleasant experience.
Opened on time and was attended by Service Manager Laura Stevens with efficiency....Rainman
Best service they have there are guy his name Fadel he helped me a lot he wasn’t minding any questions I ask him and he was smiling he tack care of my car pumper to pumper he went throw every issue I had on my new car he has the best service first time I came here it was 6 months ago I thought I’m not gonna come back here in the day I was looking for a car I said I just get in here and see what they have but I left with nice car. Fadel changed the way I was thinking about this place he is so helpful I just want to say thank you for your best service,I appreciate your hard work for tacking care of my car
Outstanding customer service provided. Merry Christmas in advance. Shalom!
Worst place ever to make business...they attempt to repair the car I bought from them about 6 times, for the same issue...I tried hiring an attorney and contacted the news and no one responded. Its sad that this type of business can scam the customers and no one does anything about it
Fast friendly service. They try very hard to make your visit a pleasant one.
Laura Stevens is a rock star. Kept me informed of needed repair.
I always have good feedback visiting AutoNation service center people there are very courteous and helpful.
We dealt with Terry Leonard and he knows the vehicles and made it a semi-painless purchase
I took my 2017 Escape in due to having an issue where the engine shut off and would not restart for a few minutes. I was told right away by the service writer and a mechanic that came out that it was a relay switch that they were known to have problems with and they would have to order it and be completed the next day. I was sent to Enterprise Rental to get a car since they did not have a loaner available. I picked up my car at 4pm the next day and everything seemed fine. I stopped by the market on the way home and it started just fine. I was approximately 1/2 a mile from home doing 45mph and the car engine just shut off, no notice just shut off. Luckily the steering wheel nor anything locked when this happened and I was able to pull off the road. I called Autonation service dept and spoke with a young lady and told her what occurred and asked to speak with my original service writer and was told she was unavailable but she would have her call me. I told her it was imperative that I have a car since I was scheduled to be at work at 6 am the next morning and I work in the medical field. The time this transpired was approximately 5 pm. The car ended up cranking a little while later and I made it home. Needless to say I never heard from the service writer so the next morning I called in to work stating my car problem and had it taken to BOZARD Ford where the problem was diagnosed, parts ordered and completed within a couple of days. I received a call from AutoNation asking about the service I received and I told the person what awful service it was and she said she would have the Service manager call me. He did call but I was working and could not answer the phone and after hearing the message he left, I had no intention of call him back. He stated his name and title and then said I understand you wanted me to call you about something....really?? I will NEVER take my car there for service.
Excellent service! Laura is friendly and very professional service associate.
Great sales experience with Mike Hutto. Good product knowledge and professional.
Never have any issues in and out quickly on oil changes, Laura makes sure things are done quickly and efficiently I will continue to bring my car back here for service
Outstanding service from John Turnman & Autonatin as usual.
Took my Ford Explorer in for some extended warranty work. The water pump was leaking, had a clunk noise when engaging gears, and a few other minor things. I been a auto tech for 13 years and I know the process of repairs . My advisor Stephanie was a good advisor until I went to pick my vehicle up. Not only did she try and charge me $200 dollars for labor that was covered under the job, to replace a part that was already taken off for the repair..when I confronted the service manager about the issue, stephanie was rude as hell because she got caught trying to RIP me off.I had proof of labor times and procedure. The service manager even look at her and told her i was 100% correct. And he took care of the issue. And I still have the clunk noise the supposedly fixed. Took to my job and found issue myslef. This place is bad business. The only positive person there that helped me was the service manager..
Took really good care of the problem. Was Shad Ford very shady and dishonest dealings. Noe Nation Wide much better a whole lot more honest.
The fellow that wrote the R.O. didnt seem to be interested in my situation. I had explained having to over night in JAX because the car was disabled the prior afternoon (Sunday) and still had a 4 hour drive to home. My car was finished shortly before he left (for lunch?). I thought someone else would take care of it but after waiting 30, I asked for help. I think her name is Vickie. She did a great job and I got the feeling that she cares about the customers.
They will do everything they can to avoid servicing your car while it is under warranty. They will try to talk you out of having things done and will look for any way out to do it. They get reimbursed for warranty service by Ford Motor Co. but not for as much money if you pay for the service out of pocket. Pure greed.
Jay was very knowledgeable on the pre owned vehicle availability, the process was simple and easy and the staff was great to work with...
For sales it Doug Lawrence and for service see Stephanie McGuire
Go see Jr. Hes a no pressure sales guy!!!!Great personality . Very professional.
Cory & Susan & Jennifer are the best service techs there is, John is good too.
Got me a king ranch truck from mike hutto . walked in and met mike and we looked around at trucks and wasnt pressure at all to buy . if you need a great salesman to find you a truck or car i recommend mike you wont be disappointed . mike also went to bat for me on financing offers along with christine fleeman in financing they went above and beyond to get what i needed ..
I highly recommend this location if you are in the search for a new or used vehicle. I had the pleasure of working with sales associate Philipp Muhl, who was great in all parts of service. You will feel comfortable throughout the entire process if you ask for Philipp. The rest of the staff is great, and you will be very happy with your decision by coming here.
