Five stars is simply not enough! I am so happy with the mechanical and body work that was done! Each and every employee I encountered was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. I was kept up to date and there were no surprises... other than my car being completed ahead of schedule:) You can tell these people have true integrity. First off Lisa is amazing and has a great customer service voice! Shes very kind and helpful, the kind of person you want to represent your company. The car was fixed very quickly and looked so brand new, and I almost couldnt tell the difference from the new headlight to the polished old one. Im 110% satisfied with their work! Lisa in the front office was the best, one of the most caring genuine humans, she was so helpful and made picking up my car after accident repairs so easy.

The person that hit us were insured with State Farm insurance. State Farm provided us with a list of repair shops that is in their approved program. After researching a few of the repair shops on the list, I selected Serrano Paint & Body Shop, based on their reviews and checking the Better Business Bureau to make sure they did not have any unresolved claims. My initial meeting/conversation with Leo was very positive. I was immediately confident that I had selected the correct shop. He was extremely knowledgeable and thoroughly explained the process of what they were going to do to get the car back to perfection. He was very professional and friendly. He took pictures of EVERY scratch and dent and gave me an estimate of how long it would take to repair our vehicle (Needless to say, it was completed in less than the estimated time). The car rental company picked me up from the shop, but prior to their arrival, Leo called them to get an eta on when they would arrive (As far as I am concerned, that goes above the call of customer service). Once the repair was completed, Leo made sure that I looked at EVERY area that was damaged in the accident, to make sure everything was repaired to my satisfaction. They did a SUPERB job!!! I am very pleased and I highly recommend Serrano a Paint & Body Shop.

Where do I begin. First time I picked up my car my bumper literally was hanging and I could see the clips that was supposed to be holding it up! I had to go back get that fixed and my tail light wasn’t working. I come back they put the Clips back on my bumper and next time I realize my bumper is a completely different color from the rest of my car! so I had to go back a second time then I realize that there’s a big blotchy spot on my car and now they said that it wasn’t their fault and that he can’t do it anything about it and will talk to manger! do not go here these people are very unprofessional!!!

Serrano replaced my front and left side bumpers and my left mirror. They finished within the initial time estimate and cost estimate. My car looks like new.

Way too expensive. They wanted $6500 to restore a suzuki samurai and quoting the words of the estimator : best case scenario Yeah right, I should have ask if that price was for the samurai and my 3500 dually...

So far I’ve only dealt with Lisa in the office. She is hands down the best!! My car was in an accident on Christmas Day. I did not receive a rental or any communication from my insurance company until Lisa helped me. She went above and beyond to help make something that was super stressful a whole lot easier.

The customer service from the lady’s up front was great and I thought I was going to have a great experience with them. I was hoping the car would be fixed correct the first time,(considering I have never used a body shop out side of the dealer before)but the owner or GM is very unprofessional and stated the car was fixed back to factory quality. Which was false, it didn’t come from the factory with yellow lumpy clear coat and bare plastic on the front bumper. We went back literally 5 times to pick it up and it was never done properly ... then We were told that they were not going to do any more work to it and we were left with a car that clearly had paint and alignment issues according to the dealer, that is now going to have to fix the work. I’m definitely disappointed and hoped they would fix it there at Sorranos, I always push for the smaller company’s and locally owned. It’s just poor work.

Made my truck look great

Had work done to a 2004 Honda Pilot back in 2009. Five years later and the paint work looks as good as the original. Usually you can see the portion of the vehicle that has been repaired/repainted....not in this case. Great people to do business with. Would highly recommend them. Will deal with no other for future body work.

. I took my truck to Serrano Paint and Body for an estimate to repaint the roof and hood due to sun damage of factory paint. Per agreement I provided the paint, hardener, clear coat and reducer. This paint was purchased at an auto paint store and met Ford Motor Co specifications for this truck. Leo Serrano (owner) provided a written estimate that I determined acceptable. The job was completed on 5/31/13 and cursory examination showed the paint work acceptable and color match close. After the 30 day period of curing the paint had passed I proceed to apply a coat of wax to the new finish. At this time I discovered the paint work in the two roof tracks, that run front to rear on the F150, had many bubbles and cracks in the paint work. When I brought this issue to the attention of Serrano Paint & body they pointed to a line item on the sales receipt that no warrantee was given on customer provided paint. This issue was never mentioned or included in the written estimate. After initial failure to stand behind their work Serrano Paint and Body called me in early August and agreed to redo the damaged portions of the roof. In view of their change of heart I ask, and paid for, Serrano to include the truck tailgate. The truck was returned to me on 8/16/13. All of the new paint on my F150 now looks good and matches the original paint pretty close. Serrano Paint and Body can do decent work. Before doing business however I would recommend that all agreements with Serrano be well documented.

Had a couple of my truck panels repainted because of normal dings and scrapes. Chose Serranos because of price and the lovely personality of Lisa, in the front office. They did a really good job at matching paint. I would of given 5 stars but I had to go back x2 for little things that needed to be addressed. But Leo, the owner, is a really good guy!! No hassles, small problems taken care of and Im a happy customer.

Great customer service and quick turn around

I have a 2013 police interceptor sedan that needed a simple pull made to the frame horn. It needed to be moved 3 inches so I could bolt up the front bumper reinforcement bar and so I could bolt up my core support. To make the pull easier I removed the radiator, a/c condenser, front bumper cover and rebar and the core support. Basically all they had to do was pull the car onto the rack, tie it down and make a easy pull.After discussing the work with Jason on wednesday he said to go ahead and have the car towed to their shop thursday morning and he would have the pull done by friday afternoon . On thursday morning I followed the tow truck to their shop and showed Jason what needed to be done. I even bolted the reinforcement bar to the side of the frame rail that was good to make the job easier on them. About 2 on friday I received a call from Jason saying his frame guy was not comfortable (more like competent) making the pull on the frame. I ask him can he just pull the frame horn over the 3 inches so I can bolt up my rebar. He said no hes just not comfortable doing so. All that was needed is just a simple pull. So I told him I would send a tow truck for my car. It cost me $110. to tow my car to their shop and tow it back to my house. All for nothing. So this morning I spent $200. on a 10 ton porta power and 20 minutes later my frame was straight and the rebar and core support were bolted in place. If Serrano paint and body is not capable of making this simple pull I would not trust them to perform any frame work on any car. This place might be ok to repair small dents and for paint jobs but its not the same as it was back in the 1980s when Mr. Jose Serrano owned and ran the shop. The shop I worked at back then used to send cars to their shop that needed frame work. They would pull the frame and send the car back to our shop. Back then they did good work. You have got to be kidding me, Frame needed replaced? At least everything I said in my review was the truth. Are you really resorting to making things up? I am a certified frame technician certified thru ICAR. I have over 40 years in the paint and body repair business. I am retired but I am sorry but I have no frame machine at home or I would have done the work myself. For you to say the frame on my car was dangerous and not safe to repair is just not the truth and a insult to my knowledge. I am speechless you would say such a thing just to make you look good. Shame

Serranos handle my Honda Accord and they worked with me even though I did not have insurance coverage. They were very fair and quick. The final price was actually lower than the original estimate. (Bill S.)

Id recommend any and everyone to go here. My grandma backed into someone and had to replace her bumper so I ordered her one, had Serrano paint it and I installed it. The bumper went from a teal blue to a pearlescent silver and when I put in on my grandmas car it was a perfect paint match, even a few inches away you cant tell a difference. I dropped the bumper off on a wednesday and they called me Friday to pick it up. Ive dealt with two other paint shops before and Serrano beats them by a marathon.I think the few negative reviews by the others on here interacted with a different body shop.

Best consumer service and service. Should be an usaa preferred body shop. If you are a usaa member go to them. They treat you with respect. They will get it right the first time. If your insurance company tries to send you to Gerber collision and glass tell them no and your taking it to serrano instead. They keep you informed and get it dont right and fast. My car looked like the first day I bought it including the pain matched perfectly and no gabs like Gerber Collision and glass.

I definitely recommend Serrano Paint and Body. I took my 2005 Prius to have some rust cleaned up, and they went above and beyond for me, and the results look amazing. Ill use them for all future body needs.
