This is my favorite shop to go to. Tony is extremely professional and helpful . I had a hole in my quarter panel, my insurance company (Geico) told me that it just needed to be patched up. I honestly don’t trust the insurance company because they just want things done in the cheapest way possible, even if it’s not safe. After 9 months of fighting with my insurance company because they didn’t want to pay for the repairs, they finally agreed to pay for the damage and totaled my car. During this whole time, Tony continued to be helpful and professional. I highly recommend this shop. As a woman, I feel safe going to this shop and know that I won’t be taken advantage of due to my lack of knowledge in the car repair industry.

I take my Lamborghini Gallardo and my Porsche 911s to Breitling Auto works for scheduled services and repairs (if needed). If you have an exotic vehicle and or any kind of luxury vehicle Breitling is the place to go. Ive taken my vehicles through the years to many diffrent shops trying to find the one that wont try to take advantage of me because of the type of cars that I drive. Finally I found one with Breitling Autoworks. I do not mind paying a premium if the service I get is premium and in my experience that is usually not the case. With that being said even his prices are more than fair for the quality of work that Breitling provides. In summary, I am a very satisfied customer.

This place is fantastic, the quality of jobs that Tony and the team have done on my cars is amazing. You can tell by the cars that are in his shop for work that you are in the right place. This is a high quality shop and the work shows. If you want your car done right you need to come here.

I have transported a few cars to this facility and have aligned a bunch of the cars after the fantastic body work was completed from this shop. Always topNotch work. Never seen any of my customers complain about any repair performed by tony or his team. Will always refer my customers to him as he never disappoints. You may pay more but you get quality. Quality is not cheap.

Top notch consumer focused repairs. I know Tony through numerous industry related channels and the efforts put into advocating for and providing correct repairs are second to none. If I had a family member or friend in the area in need of his services Id recommend Breitling Autoworks without hesitation.

Originally, I recommended Breitling after getting a superficial look at the results. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed after close inspection of the work. I paid Tony nearly $1000 (yes, insane) to install an aftermarket bumper, winch, and light bar (on top of ~$3500 in body work). The winch was installed still covered in protective plastic, rope backwards, solenoid inaccessible, & wiring incomplete. They even made unnecessary cuts to the radiator air dam, because they didn’t read directions. I alerted Tony, brought it back, and was told they would make it right. Yet when I got it back, all they did was move the solenoid, using the incorrect screws to mount it, and left all the other work uncorrected. HowThe bumper paint job was fine, but they shouldn’t have agreed to work that they honestly don’t know how to do. How can you charge such high labor rate and be unable to complete a job correctly? Real shame to have lost a customer like this.

My experience at this vehicle repair facility was one of the absolute worst and most agonizing dealings I’ve ever had in any situation involving cars. I have never in my life witnessed such a lack of cooperation and willingness to work with the customer and/or their insurance carrier. After getting in to an accident not even of my own fault on Oct 9th, 2020, I chose Breitling Autoworks for my repair facility and had my BMW towed directly there. Tony is the sole person I had the displeasure of “assisting” me. Not only was his estimate incredibly out of scope (almost double what USAA quoted), he was completely unwilling to work with my claims adjuster WHATSOEVER to work out a fair price to repair my vehicle. This means that I’m left stuck in the middle paying the difference in what the repair ACTUALLY COSTS to what Breitling Autoworks was trying to charge me (anywhere from $3k-$4k for the difference between the two.) Because I was not trying to pay any money out of pocket for this accident that was not even my fault, I tried to remedy the bill myself by requesting to Tony that aftermarket parts be used to repair my car, (an extremely common practice used for post-collision repair at ALL repair facilities.) Tony not only refused this request; He instead suggested I sue my insurance company, sue the lady who was at fault for the accident; ANYTHING SO THAT TONY GETS PAID!! I realize Tony pushes OEM parts adamantly so that he can inflate the bill as much as he can, but you’d think the customer would come first? Not at Breitling Autoworks. Absolute total lack of care for the customer. Didn’t even have the decency to wear a mask during our only face-to-face encounter. After many abusively written emails to my claims adjuster from Tony, I finally decided to be done with this shop and take it to BMW collision center (Tom Bush), where they are actually capable of repairing a vehicle to its original condition with aftermarket parts. My exit bill at Breitling Autoworks was OVER $2500 that I had to pay completely out of pocket myself (completely under Tony’s knowledge.) All they did was take my car apart. They didn’t even put it back together. This is an absolute clear display of how incredibly out of scope their pricing is and a definitive display that this is a MONEY HUNGRY business that does not look out for the customer whatsoever and in fact, gouges their wallet and holds their car hostage. I guess that type of financial abuse is to be expected of somebody who is in common practice with it regularly. Really tacky quality for any business, but especially one that prides itself on working on high end luxury vehicles. My experience over at Tom Bush has been amazingly flawless and so smooth. I’m kicking myself in the leg for not having taken my baby there first. STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!Edit 7/30/21:I’m troubled, yet unsurprised by the fact it took you over nine months to reply to a review as critical as this one. Your memory is flawed however, as you’ve completely disregarded the phone call I had with you the very same day prior to me getting my car out of there. I was literally on the verge of tears begging you to simply use the parts I requested. There’s no way I would ever forget that conversation. But for you to accuse a former customer of yours of being dishonest instead of simply apologizing only further reenforces a lot of what I’ve said in this review.

Tony and the crew at Breitling Autoworks are one of the best in the business. You won’t find a shop like this that true to there work and fight and make sure the repairs are done all right also make sure insurance pay for all the right things no low ball just straight to the point. I have been a customer of Breitling Autoworks for several years with amazing results. Whether i have needed minor or major repair or needed one of my cars customized they have always done a fantastic job. I could not recommend the any higher and are the best body shop in town bar none. They have done work on my Lamborghini, Bentley, BMW and Lexus in the past. You know they are good when they get cars shipped in from other states to get worked on.

He has also handled a couple of insurance jobs for me as well and was relentless when the insurance company tried to not payout for the repairs to be done.If you are looking for a bargain paint job or body work, just go down to the road to Maaco because this place is not for you.You pay more but you get quality work and customer service that other shops do not provide. People in these reviews that complain about Tonys prices are probably the same people that Plasti dip their wheels.

Have sent several people here after they had problems with other shops. Made my truck look better than new after a head on collision and it was a pearl paint that I was told would never look the same.

Long story short. A week into having my brand new truck, I get side swiped at work. Contacted Breitling Autoworks for some help. Made an appointment for that following Monday. Brought my truck in, and with an hour, it looked like nothing had ever happened. One of the best in Jacksonville.

Its not a collector car or anything but its a nice car & I wanted it to stay nice.Chris Brewer, the Cars & Coffee guru who works for the Amelia Island Concours - so hes a real knowledgeable Jax car guy- recommended Breitling for top quality body and paint work.Breitling specializes in high end body work. When I took it in for an estimate I parked between a Ferrari and a Lamborghini!Breitling wasnt cheap! Breitling worked with me and the insurance company so my out-of-pocket expenses were fair. (The final cost actually was about the same price as the Bush BMW body shop estimate.)Tony and his crew did a EXCELLENT job! The car looks brand new. Paint work on a clear coated metallic red BMW isnt easy but it now looks as if it just rolled off the showroom floor. If you are looking for a top level paint job Breitling is the place to go.

I got rear ended on 95 and into another car recently and my boyfriend recommended that I use Tony because of how thorough he is. Progressive had originally towed my car to see if it was a total loss and estimated the damages at $4k. I took the car to Tony (although they tried to bully me into not taking it to him saying I would be responsible for any excess cost etc. etc.) and Tony took the car completely apart to see what the TRUE damage was. It turns out that my car was a total loss and had structural damage in the front and rear. After he took it apart, the insurance company came back out and had no choice but to agree that the car was in fact a total loss. If it wasnt for Tony, I would have never known that there was structural damage to my vehicle and if it had been up to the insurance company it would have been fixed at their shop of choice. Tony also knew all of the b.s. the insurance would pull and helped me through it all, down to the rental, because he ACTUALLY knows the laws. Thank you so much Tony, I will never take any future cars to anyone else, you were a true pleasure to work with and your attention to detail is impeccable.
