The staff at B&S were fantastic! From the time I walked in the door, until the time I picked my Wrangler up, they were in constant contact keeping me informed on how the progress was going and the expected finish time.I had only had my Wrangler for 4 months when someone tried to break into it, causing a dent in the rear panel. They were able to remove the dent and match the body color paint perfectly. While my Jeep was in there, I also had them paint my aftermarket hood upgrade. The hood came out perfectly color matched and exactly how I wanted the design to be! They even reseated the hood to make sure it was aligned correctly on my Jeep!I hope I don’t have to use their service too often, but if/when I do need body or paint work done again in the future, I will without hesitation be going back to B&S!Thank you so much for your hard work! My car was struck by another car which caused a lot of damage to my vehicle it damaged my driver side from the front bumper all the way to the back. Damage my front rim that I had purchased only 3 months before and they were able to find a perfect match. The staff there are super friendly and the work was great only thing is that I had to return it because there was a couple of things that had to done that werent but all in all Im satisfied with the way they conducted themselves

B&S Body Shop was thorough and professional from the Initial quote to the repair, all done in a timely manner.

To B&S Body Shops credit, the one thing they did correctly was, well, the body work. I was rear-ended not far from this shop and they were the company that showed up to tow the vehicle, and although Im not even local to the area I decided to take it here. They did the repairs with what appeared to be an appropriate level of competency.Within a week of picking my car up from them I could tell something was seriously wrong. Although my car looked fine (the body panels were repaired well) there was serious damage to my subframe and suspension. During the repair process I had inquired on multiple occasions with Andrew as to the condition of these aspects of the repair and had been assured that everything was fine. However, within a few days of notifying him, my alignment had gotten so bad that my rear tires were completely bald and the car was basically undriveable, wandering all over the road due to the alignment being so off.Sure, these people may respond saying that they offered to take the car back and fix it because all the work was guaranteed, but why would I take my car back to the place that either avoided doing the work properly or didnt know to check something as basic as an alignment?! Further, would they expect me to drive the car nearly a hundred miles with such poorly done work that I could have crashed at any moment?I considered filing a lawsuit on the basis of negligence for this shops nearly complete lack of competency in completing this repair job, but its not worth the trouble. Andrew and his team are friendly and are probably capable enough to repair aesthetic elements of your car, but if youre at all worried about its structural integrity, take it somewhere else.

I backed into my childs brand new to them car. They ordered my clips and fixed it just like new!

These guys were terrific. My son was injured in a motorcycle accident. B&S was called for the towing. While they were there they picked up all of his personal belongings (including a brand new iphone), boxed them up, and stored them at their shop until I could come by. If I was local and ever had a need, these would be the guys I used.

My husband had scratched the side of our vehicle backing it out of the garage and it obviously needed to be fixed professionally. We chose this shop and they were amazing, very friendly, and did exactly what I was needing/looking for at a reasonable price. I recommend if you too need some work done to check them out.

Andrew quickly provided an estimate for repair. He explained options. The estimate was very detailed. My truck was completed a day before it was promised and it looked great.. Everyone in the office was focused on customer satisfaction. This is my choice for Body Shop of the Year.

Ive been meaning to write a review because I had my 2018 Chevy Traverse touched up by this shop and they did an excellent job. I had used a power washer to the front right panel and it took off about a nickel size piece of paint off the vehicle. I looked through the reviews before deciding to go with them. Their schedule was booked but they worked with me to get my vehicle in as soon as possible. I feel I was given a fair price and my Traverse is back to looking like nothing happened. I will be going back to them in the future.

I took my car in there to them after having a accident and they were able to have my car done within the time limit and I was very impressed with their work. Andrew was very polite and took care of everything for me. I highly recommend this place to everyone in the Jacksonville area

I came to them just before New Years to repair two dents under the passenger and driver side doors. They quoted me 1/3 of the price of another reputable body shop, and finished in less then 3 days. I was a little sketchy about how the quality of work would be because of the price, but when it was done it looked like they completely replaced the quarter panel!Affordable, great service and great quality of work

These guys were extremely helpful. They were very pleasant to do business with and very professional in their work. They towed my car to and from the shop for free which is unheard of and had all the parts and body work done in a week. They also knew if be paying out of pocket so when they said they understood and would do it for as cheap as possible I honestly believed them. Highly recommend these guys.

I got into an accident, and wanted to make sure that my vehicle had the best repair possible. After speaking with Buddy who was incredibly helpful, I felt confident in having him service my vehicle. Over the last few weeks he has been so accommodating and has been repairing my vehicle with all new parts as I requested. I will not go anywhere else ever again for my car needs. I recommend B & S Body Shop highly!!

For the towing half of things, they worked with me pretty well locating and finding where I was broke down after mudding. Once it was in the shops parking lot, they pulled it out when I asked them of. I could perform maintenance in the parking lot with a friend for free. They pulled it out and hid the keys where I asked them too. All for free. They just want your vehicle to be fixed and out the door.

They did an amazing job on my Ford Escape! It only took them a day to work on it. This is definitely the place to go!! They do the best job at a great price!!!!! Highly recommend to someone looking to get your car repaired from dents and scratches!!

I had my car towed to B& S after a car accident. I needed to get my things out of my car the next day when they were closed, and because I was injured in the accident, needed bed rest ASAP, so they were kind enough to meet me and my husband on a Saturday when they were closed so I could retrieve my items. They were patient and understanding, and I was immensely grateful.

I dont know why anyone would give this place less than 5 stars. Ive gone here multiple times and Buddy as well as the rest of the staff is professional and courteous. Great place!

Good service but failed to detail my cr inside. It was filthy.

My car was totaled and I had a terrible concussion so it took me a week before I was able to get out to it. They were even able to give me a rough estimate (totaled), sure enough it was. They even remineded me to grab a screw driver to take my old plate off. Great place rather its impount, wreak, bodywork, maybe even motor work. They guys are great and upfront.

I had a vehicle towed here just found out they charged me 250 for a tow and 35 for storage (car was their 2 hours) because highway patrol called them... average tow in town is 85-150 depending on distance. I feel ripped off.

I would not use B&S again. Although the employees are extremely nice and easy to work with, the work done on my truck was very bad.I asked them to repair the front end, entire drivers side, and a scrape on the passenger side of my truck after an accident. The dent repair was good, but the paint and the rest of the repairs were awful. It looks like they rushed to get the work done and left a lot of things unfinished.My fender was not painted completely, the broken fender liner was reused, and fasteners were left out. They didn’t remove my toolbox in the bed while repainting the bed side, so there’s dirt and runny paint around the corners, as well as overspray and dust inside the toolbox itself. There’s overspray on all of the rubber seals on the doors and windows, as well as one of the tail lights. My door handles literally look like they were spray painted with a rattle can. More overspray on the windshield and back window. They only replaced one of the headlights, so now they’re mismatched and I’m still missing a fog light. They didn’t replace the front bumper like I asked, so they reused the broken plastic piece and didn’t install all of the fasteners. There’s also runs in the paint on the part of the bumper that they did end up replacing, but more fasteners are missing there too.The part that upset me the most, was the lack of cleanliness. When I picked it up, the ENTIRE interior of my truck was totally COVERED with overspray and dust. My all black interior looked like a bag of sawdust had exploded all over it. I spent a good couple hours detailing just the interior... Don’t even get me started on the engine bay.I honestly shouldn’t have taken my truck back. It was getting dark and they had just washed it, so it was kinda hard to see all of the imperfections, and I was just eager to get my truck back after not having it for a few weeks.All in all, the repairs were terrible and I shouldn’t have paid for the work. When I mentioned the missing parts and items that weren’t done like I asked, I was reassured that I’d be getting a phone call the next day and that it would get taken care of. Here we are 2-3 weeks later, and I still have yet to get a phone call. Due to my job, I don’t have very much free time at all, and I’ve been extremely busy, so it’s been a few weeks and I’m well out of the timeframe to be taking it back and complaining.I don’t even want to go back and show them all of the things that are wrong with my truck now. I’ll just never go back or recommend their business. It’s a defeating feeling knowing that I trusted a shop with 5.0 star reviews, and my truck turned out horribly.

Terrible, amateur work. Brought my van in after it had been sideswiped. Had it there for a few weeks. Had to take it back several times for other problems or issues that werent fixed, despite the original estimate. Pieces from the interior were actually MISSING!!! Lugnut cover was GLUED on!!!! Tire was replaced with a USED tire WITH A TEAR IN IT!!!! Terrible place. DO NOT GO TO B & S.

I would give this business a zero star rating but I cant. The owner was extremely rude when I tried to get my car at night, and told me that my insurance had expired when it was up to date and that I was unable to pick my car up until Monday morning. It was also falsely advertised that it was a 24 hour service business. Like I said, the owner was unwilling to come to the building to release my car to me. Poor service he was trying to rip me off. Just no.

Wheel fell off the truck. And I thought they was gonna have my truck for a few weeks. And in about a week everything was ordered and done. Even got free extra parts. And they cleaned my truck that had not been cleaned in about a year. Lol.

Not the place to go if you truly love your car. Sloppy job.They did the bare minimum, had to point out areas where the miss a spot, they scratched other parts, wouldnt even vacuum then interior of the car to take the dust and grim from their shoes.The loaner-car is over 20 years with electrical problems.

So apparently this shop towing for a short distance s 285. I have never seen a tow over 85 in this town. If you need a tow, avoid these guys and call someone else.
