I am so personally upset with this company it goes beyond saying. My spouse serviced our car for me days before someone ran into his back while he was driving it the car has been sitting in Jacksonville at City paint and body shop for over 3 months! Even worse the shop manager couldnt even provide a quote . It’s NOT even at the shop it’s just parked randomly on the side of the road down the street from the shop .I pass it daily my way to work.After the first 60 days we asked the shop manager for a price he responded a month later he comes up with a quote that is half the amount of the total value of the car. Hubby agreed to the price Still the car has not moved . I want to use another shop so we can move forward since he couldn’t charge shop fees for a car that hasn’t even been in his shop but my spouse has been exceptionally patient with this man. This has been going on so long that I am currently writing a paper about it for my civil procedure class and although this is business law and I’ll have to tweak some details it still relates.

I found the business. It is not located at address posted and Google Maps does not properly guide you there address from your location. My visit and outcome for my auto issue went well with the business.
