Joshua was professional and kept us up to speed on the process. There was a part that needed to come in to get the repair done before we were scheduled to leave town and he made it happen and kept us in the loop every step of the way. I had an amazing experience with Caliber after a car minor car accident (Caliber was a preferred business through my insurance rep). My car needed a new front bumper, grill, radiator harness, fog light, passenger side mirror, and more. They kept in constant communication throughout the entire process, and even finished my repair before the projected date. I am so disappointed with this company‘s ability to rectify for their wrong. I have called every week over the past month and a half with no phone back from the store manager. In October he personally looked at my vehicle and told me they would replace the parts they failed to put back on during my vehicles repair. He would be personally handling my matter but instead he avoids my phone calls. I tried to be respectful and give them time to get the parts in. I didn’t reach back out to them until after a month from our initial conversation when the manager inspected my vehicle.

Had to have my car repaired after a collision and everyone here was so great and thoughtful. When I called to speak with someone and start the process the first thing they asked was if I and everyone was ok. They were all so helpful and communicative throughout the whole process. Josh and Stephanie both went above and beyond in my opinion.

Caliber Collision was great. My van door was damaged when my neighbor backed into it. This place is amazing. My car was hit while parked in my driveway on a Tuesday evening. By Wednesday at 9 am I had an estimate for repairs and was driving to work in my rental car.The ladies at the front are SO helpful and quick to give answers. Josh was thorough and efficient while giving my estimate and made sure I knew what was going to be done. He also assured I was getting factory parts.Pickup was seamless—they communicated directly with my insurance and I didn’t have to do a thing.Hopefully I’ll never Have to go back, but will definitely recommend to anyone in a vehicular accident!!

I just received my car back and was very impressed with Caliber Collision from start to finish. They called me within 15 minutes of filing my claim online and had my car repair finished in less than a week. Have used Caliber on Beach Blvd. and received great service. Caliber on Mayport on the other hand is very poor. Been trying to get my car right since November. It is now July and they are still making excuses. Did not come close to fixing all of the damage the first time they had it. Second time it was better but still needed an axle. Told me to bring it today. It was supposed to be finished this afternoon. This afternoon they said the part was not even in yet. Planned on just keeping the car and leaving me with no way to get to work. Even had a guy tell me earlier this afternoon that he might bring the car to me. He knew then it was not fixed and did not tell me about the part. Will never do business with them again.

We had a fantastic experience. Joe was our point of contact throughout the repair process and did a wonderful job of keeping us updated. Our SUV came back looking better than ever. Accidents and damages to vehicles are never fun, but I will always choose Caliber Collision for their high quality work and professionalism.

Top notch!! I could not be happier with the personal service and repair that I received. Josh called me daily with updates on the repair. What I thought was going to take 1 week was finished in 3 days! Price was literally $1000 less than the dealer body shop. I wanted to use a body shop that was close to home, so I went to the new Caliber Collision on Mayport Road for an estimate. Right choice! My Lexus rear quarter panel was backed into leaving a pretty good size dent. Panel and bumper were reshaped and painted to the exact match. Perfect work and exceeded my expectations. Hope I never need them again, but will surely recommend their business to anyone that does!

Thomas was my service advisor and he did everything in his power to accomodate my needs, he also called me every step of the way and kept me informed throughout the process, i even came back to a spot free clean car that had been freshly detailed(and it was super dirty when i came in so massive thanks for that!). Had a great experience getting my car repaired with Caliber on Mayport after having a horrible experience with Service King near San Jose. Caliber took time to walk us through the process and what work would need to be done. They communicated all through the process and had everything done when they said that they would. Extremely Professional! We dropped off my 2008 CRV on Tuesday they repaired the front quarter panel and front bumper (and all the stuff you can’t see), looks as good as new! Car was ready the following Friday! Hate to have to go there... means a car booboo, but no place is better! They even defogger the headlight covers! I trust and respect them highly! (Or I wouldn’t take the time to review).

They went far above and beyond my expectations!They stayed in communication with me about the progress and insurance payments the whole time.Getting in an accident sucks, they made it so much better and the whole process was simple!

Couldnt be happier with caliber collision Joshua Robinson helped me not only get my car fixed but they helped me get into a rental car while they made repairs to my vehical and after 2 days with the rental the check engine light came on he immediately helped me get into a new one while still keeping me fully updated on my car and its repairs. When the work was completed he ensured a smooth transition to my car. They took the time to even clean my car inside and out and put air freshener in they cleaned my seats and everything it was like a brand new car again Im proud to reccomend them and that doesnt come lightly with me being a E6 in the navy.
