The staff was wonderful to deal with and helped me deal with the insurance company on my claim. Other than I wanted to be a little more informed on the progress of my repairs, everything went well. I would recommend them for your collision repairs.

Last month I started truck shopping. I made contact with a dealer in South GA that my dad was buying from and a dealer in Gainesville, FL where I live. I was looking for a 2018 Sierra 1500 SLT. Both of the dealers were within $500 for comparable trucks; however, the dealer in Gainesville informed me that the only way to buy from them was to finance through GM which I found odd. I knew there was an additional rebate for financing through GM, but was not happy about being forced to. I also wasn’t wanting to drive 4hrs to buy in GA if I could find a similar deal closer. That’s when I decided to send an online inquiry to several dealers within a couple hours of Gainesville. Coggin was one of them. The next morning I got a call from PJ. He was very nice and told me he thought he could find me what I was looking for and he did. PJ found me a truck with $2000 more options for just $800 more than the other two dealers. I filled out an online credit app at 4:30 that afternoon. At 5 he asked if I wanted the truck that day. I informed him that I didn’t want to drive 1.5 hrs that night and it would be later that weekend before I could get it due to my work schedule. He said that he didn’t expect me to come get it and offered to have a salesman deliver it. At 9pm Walle the salesman delivered the truck to me. My wife and I filled out the paperwork at our dining room table and Walle took my trade back with him. I have since followed up with both PJ and Walle after the sale on a couple of things that they’ve both been more than willing to assist with. Ive bought many cars over the years both new and used, but these two guys and this dealership so far have been the best I’ve ever done business with! Thanks guys!!!

They had my Vehicle for a month,a week and four day’s more then enough time for my vehicle to be completely right. The only reason I gave them a two is because the body work looks great but it’s thing’s that are wrong with my vehicle that wasn’t an issue before.

Im really satisfied with Geico and Coggin Collision Center, they did a really good job painting my 2016 Honda Accord, due to road hazard, my vehicle was damage because a contractor dropped like 10 cans of insulation Spraying foam in the middle of I-295 south before San Jose exit. The insulation foam got stuck underneath my car and on the paint damaging my entire vehicle paint. It was like acid chipping of my paint and it was a long process to remove and get repainted. Apparently this is a busy shop, The wait was about an entire month but well worth it. And paint job looks more solid than factory paint, plus is backed by Coggin WARRANTY for life. I really recommend this shop.

Excellent customer service, they informed me of every step. In the beginning they explained the entire process for both the company and the customers full agreement and understanding.Folks this company backs there work with a lifetime warranty😊😊.My truck is new after being repaired you cant tell its been painted. The color, paint profile, and paint miliage was perfect I mean perfect. Listen to this they kept my truck for only 7 days.The paint shop said if I see any issues Please bring it back😊😊. I highly recommend this company on all levels to my family and friends.Big thanks to Coggin entire crew excellent job.Out!!!

I have brought my vehicle here several times for repairs due to accidents. Just about every time I have had to bring it back due to things not being fixed. This last time I brought it in for a minor accident they had to take apart a door that needed some paint and scratches repairs. When I brought it in, the lock worked... when I picked it up... it no longer worked. When I brought I back in the have it looked at for that, as well as other issues with repairs from the a major accident before that... they told me that it was a COJNCIDENCE and they didnt feel it was their responsibility to replace the $200 part. Ive had over $50,000 in repairs at that shop, and they refused to fix a $200 part that THEY broke. I had file a complaint with the BBB for their, Im assuming, Regional Manager (since it was their OP Store Manager Anthony that so flatly refused responsiblity) to call and offer to rectify the situation. To make matters worse, they had my truck in trying to find an issue with a noise it was making that they havent been able to find the issue... they had my truck up on a lift and FAILED to tell me that I had a HUGE rodents nest was in there and they had chewed through my wiring harness. I was driving a vehicle that was dangerous to drive, with my children in it. I had to take my vehicle to Nissan since they couldnt seem to find the underlying issues that had been going on for some time since the major accident, and they found the rodents nest was the reason my check engine light had been on for the last 2 weeks. No way they didnt see that. I will NEVER take another vehicle to Coggin Collision. NEVER.

I got my sleeve fix on my car when I recieved my car back, the whole car was painted a darker color, which was ok but the silver liner under the window and above the door was not put back on good, it is halfway off. They had it for 2 weeks and I get it back like that due to there error.

My experience at this place has been a nightmare. My car was brought to Coggin on 11/20 due to a deer running into the side of my car. I was originally told a completion date of 12/04. On 12/03 I was told my car was being sent to the paint department, which was a lie, because on 12/05 I was told my car remained in body repair. On 12/11 I was again told that my car was being sent to the paint department...8 days after they told me the first time. On 12/18 I was told my car was ready for pickup only to receive a call from them saying that now they couldnt get my car started...but they didnt know why. The employee then advised me if I bought the car used and wasnt making payments then the lender remotely turned it of. EXCUSE ME? I bought it new and have never missed a payment. On 12/19 they advised me a vendor of theirs was coming to look and see why the car wont start. It is now 12/23 and I have not heard anything about my car in 4 days. This is 19 days after the original completion date that I was given. An absolutely pathetic and unacceptable job performance by Coggin Collision Center.

They did great job on my fixing my smashed back end of my car. My tail light wasnt blinking right after getting it back nor was spear tire in the trunk but they had me come back for a replacement spare tire and to try and fix the blinking light issue but Im still having issues with it (I havent told them yet its not fixed). Quick service and great customer service!

You won’t get an actual response or update on your car until you physically go into the place and talk to Julie, the manager. They kept my car over the weekend “waiting for an insurance payment” that my insurance company had ALREADY PAID. They don’t care that their customers already come in frustrated. So not sure what kind of kickback they get from insurance agencies, seems like the longer they have your car the better for them. They would just as well tell you to “F off” if they could. Oh and their stupid mobile update thing DOESNT UPDATE. After 2.5 weeks carwise STILL showed that I had only dropped off my car. It’s not accurate and nobody ever told me that. So for 2 weeks I sat waiting thinking my car wasn’t even being looked at. When I texted the number I would only get a response back 2 days/week with a generic update “This is Tom, only a few more steps to go.” When I called BS and went in I finally got answers. I recommend everybody do the same if you are paying out of pocket for a rental car! Otherwise they will keep your car for months!!

My car is still at Coggin Collision after 3 plus weeks when the initial outlook was 10 days. My car has more damage now to a different part of the car, that was not involved in the accident. Was told maybe the damage happened while being parked at their facility. As a disabled veteran its tough to be without a car that long and to feel helpless when the date keeps getting pushed out. I havent contacted management yet so Im not trying to judge them but my experience so far is sad. I feel Customer Service training is needed, each call I get a different answer and some of the text messages sent to me have been unprofessional. Hopefully God will bless me when its time to pick it up and my car will be pre-accident condition.

I wish I could give negative 10 stars with the way I have been treated by this company only to be told the only resolution is for them to sell my 30k car for 13k worth of work which was to be paid by Geico insurance! The work was completed after 55 days in a rental and a completion date of oct 2nd! Please dont respond with a number to call Robert Glaize because I have left you a message already and have yet to receive a response!!! My car has been in your shop since august 18th it is now February!!!

Do not go to this place. GEICO told us to have our van towed there after our accident on September 24, 2017. They still have our 2014 Toyota Sienna. We were told several times it is almost finished. First it was to be done around Oct. 16th then the 31st of October or sooner. Then a week or so later it wasnt near done and we were told it would be quite some time yet before it is finished. We were told several times it was already in paint then it wasnt in paint yet. My husband is a disabled veteran and on a fixed income. GEICO will only pay for 30 days of car rental even though you arent at fault for the accident. It has been over 2 months now that they have had our van. It is ridiculous to take that long to repair a vehicle..

Coggin collision center was a geico recommended repair facility that I had the misfortune of doing business with. They had my truck for 3 weeks doing repairs for my car accident. I get called and told it was ready to pick up. Upon arriving the truck had been assembled half-assed and many things didnt line up. Driver headlight had a half inch gap between the housing and fender. Passenger had a little less. Passenger mirror was loose and had stripped hardware. After telling them I wouldnt take it for 3 days I had a geico rep come and look at it. I was told that the headlights line up perfectly and that a 1/4 inch gap between the housing and fender is industry standard. Just go look at new trucks. The hood was misaligned as was the air conditioner condensor line was unhooked.Upon taking custody of my truck against my will, I found large chunks of trash in my paint job.I absolutely would not recommend them to anyone. I only gave them one star simply because you cant give these idiots less. Their industry standard is half-assed. I will be going to another body shop to get my truck fixed the rest of the way. Ill be sure to give them the bill.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! They gave me the wrong estimated time of vehicle being done by several weeks and yet nobody called me to let me know. Pieces weren’t in on time and car wasn’t even painted.I traveled from Tennessee to pick up the vehicle and called several times to make sure the car will be ready. I drove 10 hours to pick up the car for them to tell me it’s not going to be ready and on top of that an Air duct piece from the building caused further damage to my vehicle. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

My car was stolen in June 22, 2016 and damaged, when the police found my car in July 19 2016, Geico recommend Coggins Collision Center to repair the damages to my car and the job would be done between August 26th and August 29th. My car have been at Coggins Collision Center for OVER a Month and the repairs are still not done. I Talk to them about a loner car, because Geico will only pay for a rental car for up to 30 days and the say they didnt lend out loners, now its going on two months and I am paying for a rental car out of pocket ($1230) so far. I am very disappointed with there service and Geico for recommending me to this company. I will never recommend anyone to go there.

My experience with the Collision Center was poor - I did not think they did a good job on my 3500 mile old 2015 Sierra Denali repairing where someone hit the car - the wheel well was not as it was prior to the incident - the components repaired were not properly fitted. I showed this to the Collision manager and she and a tech disagreed even when they saw new cars did not have the issue I pointed out (I guess GMC vehicles are all assembled differently and according to them some are just done better than others and mine just isnt). The collision folks also informed me after the dropoff to fix the incident damage that my AC condenser was damaged and leaking although there was no evidence of this prior to my dropping off the car - it never leaked in my driveway, the ac worked fine, and it wasnt leaking when I dropped it off. I was informed the condenser issue was unrelated to the incident and the repair work was not warrantied.They also informed me at the time of pickup they do not accept AMEX which was the only CC in my possession at the time of pickup. There were no signs or prior notice that they do not accept AMEX. All nice surprises after driving 35 miles to pickup my car. I do not have the time nor patience to continue to drive back and forth 35 miles each way through traffic to pursue any further action and get another rental car etc.Finally I had to call them 2.5 weeks after the repair since they had still not yet sent the repair bill to the insurance company so my claim could continue to be processed.
