I went to MCC as directed by my insurance company after an accident for an estimate. I arrived for my appointment which the receptionist had no idea I had. I asked if I needed to complete any paperwork and the receptionist was like yeah ok. Alberto arrived about 15 min after my appointment time. During our conversation I mentioned that I would not be bringing my car to his shop as my lease required I take my car to an Acura approved shop. Before I left Alberto told me he would send my estimate on that day. Two days later I contacted the insurance co to check on the estimate and was told that MCC reported me as a no show and my estimate was cancelled. So now after wasting my time I’m back to step one to getting my car repaired. I would not recommend this shop.
I dont think these people know what a customer service is.
I’ve had two cars with accident damage repaired by Alberto and his team, and each time they have done fantastic work! Their prices are fair and reasonable, and they completed the work in the time frame they gave me. I would highly recommend this business!!
I recently moved to Jacksonville and an old friend recommended me Mandarin Collision Center and few other places. I checked them all out. Alberto gave me a fair price for an outstanding job and he was done within the amount of days he said it would take him. I highly recommend this place.
Bad experience and bad taste in our mouth after dealing with Alberto over warranty issues. I called this company after an accident with our daughters car. Alberto took time with me about the process plus he mentioned there would not be much wait like his competitors sunbeam autobody and gerber. Based on the reviews I choose to bring the car to his shop for repairs.The estimate needed from his group took almost a week longer than anticipated. When I picked up the car, the headlight and turn signal on the drivers side did not work. We had this fixed before I left. I signed over the claim check which was not shown to me until I asked to see how much it was by flipping it over. Plus I paid my deductible. I asked for a receipt and he said there was no receipt, I could ask my insurance company for a copy of the estimate. He eventually provided this estimate to me because I asked again for a copy. I asked for warranty, he said, just call we will take care of it, since there would be no written warranty.Within a week my daughter had driven the car to her dads (im the step dad). She tried to start it up to come home to her mother and I after a weekend at her dads house. She said the car made all sorts of noises/shut off. At that point nothing worked including the lights, radio etc...He dad took the car to his mechanic to try to figure out what was wrong with it. It turned out that the battery was not secured correctly, Mandarin Collision replaced the battery as a part of the repairs because it was crushed during the accident. Before it was fixed and before we knew what was wrong I called Alberto to ask for help because based on the explanation I got from my daughter we thought it was a workmanship issue.Alberto assured me he would take responsibility and then proceeded to tell me how what I was explaining to him which came to me second hand via a teenager was not his fault. Somehow he was able he able to derive this without looking at the car. Once we fixed the car, it was clear, it was his fault and his workmanship that was the problem. We couldnt use the car for a few days because of our work schedules and needing to take the car to mechanic to figure MCC was at fault.Since then the car has acted up in other ways, again second hand information that I am getting from my 17 year old daughter which I then try to convey to Alberto. Guess what he did in this conversation??? If you guessed he would take responsibility then proceed to tell me none of it is his fault without looking at it or offering to look at it. Well youd be right....I was so flabbergasted at his retorts suggesting nothing was his fault without even offering to inspect it considering he delayed the estimate to the insurance company. Secondly, he did not have the turn signal/headlamp installed correctly and thirdly did not have the battery secured correctly thus casing a breakdown in the vehicle away from our main residence. MCC replaced the battery as a part of their work. I raised my voice at him, he then told me he was uncomfortable talking to me, to which I said we agree on that issue because I dont trust you to actually warrant any of your work.As for the turn signal not working when I picked up the car. Guess whose fault that was??? If you guessed not his and someone elses, you guessed right. He blamed someone else for it in front of me. Someone who worked for him.At this point I dont trust what he has to say, in every instance that we talked about a workmanship he issue he first told me that he would take responsibility and then he would proceed to tell me how it wasnt his fault without even looking at it.
Great place for paint and body work, I have had several cars fixed by this place and they are always done a good job and fair price and its ready when they tell you if not sooner.

Went here just for an estimate figuring it would cost a lot. Got an estimate from Alberto and it was a lot less than we expected. Made an appointment to have the work done and hubby and I are very happy with the outcome. Would definitely recommend!
Alberto runs a great shop. Very competitive pricing compared to the big body shops and won’t try to nickel and dime you. Great customer service and the work was excellently done. I went in for front bumper damage and the bumper cover was replaced with perfectly matched paint. Car was cleaned and another dent on my rear bumper cleaned up for no charge. I won’t go any where else for body work in the future
Was in a pretty bad accident and took my truck to mandarin collision to be fixed the first time I picked it up Alberto did not replace the a/c condenser that was on the estimate I then told him it was on the estimate and he replaced it.. he touched up a few places that were scratched free of charge and took 200$ off my deductible because it took 2 weeks longer then it was supposed to... over all he fixed the small things I addressed to still be wrong and was a very easy going person. I would recommend his shop to others as it is fairly priced as well as someone you can communicate with when there are unfixed problems .
Two weeks before my wedding and your kindness, expedience, and expertise made me want to weep! Mandarin Collision was able to give me an estimate hundreds of dollars cheaper than the surrounding larger body shops and even touched up a few nicks like it was no big deal. It was a big deal: not only that they did the work beautifully and honestly, but that they are family-owned and operated (literally. Mr. Albertos father in law drew up my paperwork) and they gave me the gift of mending my car in a personal and personable manner. The job was gorgeous and finished several days faster than other shops estimated for me. Thank you for working the way you do :)
I kid you not, the work that Alberto and his team does is AMAZINGGGG!!!!! When I picked up my car today I was in total disbelief! My car looked as if nothing ever happened to it. Not only is Alberto so humble, he knows what he’s doing and takes his work/business very serious. From the time I got an estimate to the time I drove my car off his shop, I was 100% satisfied. I can’t even fathom to express how grateful I am.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place! Was having a problem with the seam in my bumper not lining up properly with the other side. Took my car 3 different times to my dealership and each time it was just a temporary fix because the seam would not stay flush against each other. Decided to try Mandarin collision center. Spoke with Alberto and he looked at it and fixed it in less than 10 minutes. He was so nice and professional and wouldnt even charge me for it!! Cant hardly find that anymore nowadays with someone going out of their way to help you and not wanting anything for it! Cant begin to tell you how relieved I am to finally have it fixed after 3 failed attempts with my dealership. If I have any other issues big or small I will definitely take my car back to them. Thank you so much again Alberto for being so wonderful and fixing my car!! :-)
I never write reviews, but I will say with this place its worth my time. I had some extensive damages done to my quarter panel. I have a ws6 Pontiac trans am, so my car isMy baby!! anyways, I was a LittleNervous at first leaving my car. However, the people were super friendly right away and assured me that everything would be fine. ItTook like 3 days, and when I went to pick my car up... I was so happy!!! It looked like my car had never had any damages to the quarter panel and they totally hooked my car up with a car wash and took care of the interior as well! People were great and I couldnt complain about anything. I will take my car back here for anything else in the future. Solely because I want extra stuff done and I feel like my car would be in good hands.

My experience was horrible. They had my car for over 5 weeks, and then it was fixed correctly. I know it wouldn’t be 100% new, but the bumper was still hanging, it was getting wet in the trunk. And he didn’t do everything that the insurance company paid for.
So my husband and I are pretty upset about this place because we are both really busy during the week days and the actually day we have time to take my husbands car to get an estimate, this place is empty! The sign on the door literally says OPEN and the doors are locked. Theres two cars sitting in the parking lot so someone has to be in there. Hours of operation online also clearly shows they are open as well. Annoyed! First impression is super important to a customer and I got to say I was irritated. Turn your sign over and update your hours online.
We will never go anywhere else! Being in an accident is stressful and inconvenient in itself. Wondering where to get car fixed is another hassle. Alberto and his staff were WONDERFUL on every possible level. He properly assessed the damage, gave best pricing, fixed everything in the estimated time frame, wrapped things up w/ insurance company and made my vehicle look brand new again...its a 2016, so his bar was set high. I had a little fender bender one day, Im new to all this. I was told by my insurance company the places I could go, but for whatever reason, I really did not like any of those places. A friend recommended that I go to MCC, I was very relaxed, the quote was competitive, and the insurance company accepted their quote. They said they would not guarantee MCCs work, but they would pay. End result is Im not going anywhere else to fix my cars. It does not matter that my insurance company does not guarantee it, their work speaks for it self.
