They did an excellent job on my 2018 Maxima. Had my front/rear bumper, and grill replaced and painted. Great bunch of folks over at Service King. Only 4 stars because I had to go back and get a bumper clip because the bumper was loose. They fixed the problem with no questions and super fast.

I took my car there for a simple repair only to find out that the car was sold without any roof support. The team was unable to fix my car as it would be a huge liability. Thankfully the team helped me and my family. They worked with us on pick up and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. They definitely helped relieve a ton of stress even though they couldn’t fix the problem. If I ever need any work done I will definitely bring it here! Huge shoutout to Becky and the GM!

It was a pleasure doing business with Service King from the moment I walked in the door. The front desk nicely greeted me and directed me to the right person quickly and without a wait. Then I spoke with Gabe and told him my concerns. He made me feel super comfortable. He was very sweet and answered all my questions. Now I knew I was getting a good deal, not the lowest price, but very comparable to the lowest price because I went to 5 other auto body shops that day. Service King was very personable, very neat and clean, and very nice. That is why I chose them. And I am glad I did! I was given updates of my car along the way. In addition, they kept me informed every step of the way, and worked directly with both my insurance company (State Farm) and the rental car company. If youre thinking of using Service King Regency (or any location for that matter), PLEASE abort this mission! Since May 2018 Ive gone back and forth with Service King in regard to the proper repair of my truck. Do yourself a favor and select another company. Service King is only interested in doing a lack luster job, making money and taking advantage of the customer. I truly believe that Service King as a whole are frauds. Someone should really look into the management of Service King and think about selecting new staff. There should be a greater focus on customer service as a whole. I would not recommend this company to ANYONE. If your car or truck is in need of repair, PLEASE select anyone other than Service King. Since May 2018 I have been in a world wind nightmare due to Service Kings overall negligence. Shame on you Service King... Shame on you! (If I could have selected no stars I would have, however, thats not an option and google forces you to select at least one star)
Excellent customer service! They kept in touch with me through the entire time my car was in their care. Meagan was my representative and she was very friendly and knowledgeable. The entire staff was courteous and I know they worked very hard on my car and took great care of it!
I got my car repaired here twice within two months (I got rear ended both times!).It was far from my house but I felt like my car was well taken care of. The job was well done and done fairly fast !The only thing I would say is that the front desk lady failed to update the rental car company both times about the time I was meant to be there. So first time resulted in me waiting for an extra 30 mins for someone to pick me up from Service King. The second time thankfully, I made sure to call them myself to see if they got the time update from her, and they had not so I was happy I called. I found them waiting for me there which was extremely efficient. She was pleasant in person otherwise. Not sure if that was her forgetting or some sort of miscommunication between both companies.

I have used Service King many times. I was first referred to Service King through Allstate for damage to my vehicle. Everytime I have an issue I go here. If they can’t help me, they will refer me to someplace else. One time the window in my vehicle was not working properly. The glass would not line up properly. I went to Service King and they looked at it right away. They opened the door and found that a screw had come loose. They fixed it in 10 minutes and didn’t even charge me! I did not think this type of service exists anymore. It does at Service King!
The price was slightly lower than Fields collision and the work time was less so I went with them. Had the rear bumper on my Lexus repainted. The work was done earlier than expected (2 days instead of 3-4) so that saved me quite a bit on my rental. Staff was courteous and friendly. Im hoping I wouldnt have to come back for more work, but if I do, this is the place Ill go to.

My 8 month old Subaru spent some time at Service King, before my insurance company decided to total it. Audrey, the receptionist and Diane VanZant, my service advisor, were GREAT!!. They explained the whole process and were patient with me as I was dealing with my insurance company.
POOR QUALITY . . . Very poor workmanship. Request old parts be returned to you after service. Make sure all parts and labor have a warranty. Before you leave make sure they didnt cause any new issues. Vehicle was returned with replaced bolts that had at least 10 years of rust on them SO, I guess they werent new. I wonder if the rest of the work was completed using used parts?
Poor coordination between their employees and a lack of follow-through. They arent able to keep to a basic repair timeline, and they waste your time. Lots of run-around.See timeline:My wife had a fender-bender and a dented bumper on Friday. Easy enough thing to fix.Saturday: we called first thing on Saturday morning to set up an estimate. They lady who answered the phone told us to come in any time that day. When my wife arrived, they told her there was no one available to do estimates, come back on MondayMonday: When we arrived on Monday, they told us that wed need to replace the bumper (if we had come within a day or so of the accident, theyd possibly been able to fix the existing bumper. Irritating, since that was exactly what wed tried to do, but we paid them to order a bumper to have it in by Wednesday. Then theyd paint it so I could come in on my day off on Thursday to have it installed.Wednesday: we called and they confirmed they had the part, they expected to have it painted first thing in the morning so I could come in any time during the day.Thursday: They called me at 9:45 to tell me to come it so they could better match the color of paint to the car. I got there at 10:30 with the car. They matched the color and told me that it would take an hour to paint, two hours to dry, then the installation would be less than an hour. I came back in 3 hours at 1:30, only to be told they hadnt started painting it yet, their technician is one of our slower painters but itd probably be ready around 3:30. I call back at 3:30, and they tell me they guy will call me back soon. he calls back around 4:30 to tell me that it was just finished, but wont be dry enough to install today.Translation: NO ONE TALKS TO EACH OTHER AT THIS SHOP, AND INSTEAD OF BEING STRAIGHT-FORWARD WITH YOU, THEY TELL YOU THINGS THAT END UP BEING LIES. Ive worked in a service industry before, and I know damn well enough not to tell people things unless I can back them up with action and not waste peoples time.

Corporate Customer Service advises a 24 hour pickup of a towed wreck. Regency, or Service King in general is incapable. The towed vehicle sat in 5 days of rain before I had it towed to another independent shop. The interior is now water damaged. Corporate did call me regarding my filed complaint. This person was apologetic, and is going to review the policy of proclaiming a 24 hour pickup policy. In the future if possible I am going to have a vehicle towed home and garaged until the claim is completed.
Im going to start by saying dont come here.Service advisor was rude, I very firmly told them I dont want any panels blended, the service advisor looks over at her co-worker and says, what do you think about that? And they tell me were going to do whats best for the car. They acted as if I wasnt even there and apparently its okay for them to ignore my explicit instructions. The car was there for over 2 months. The bumper they repainted is a completely different color from the rest of the car.They tried to tell me that new paint looks different from old paint but Ive been detailing cars for a long time, and Ive detailed over 300 cars, and while old 90s paint can fade, I know modern paint doesnt fade easily. My paint was always extremely well cared for, polished to perfection and protected since day one, it was garaged, and the car was only 4 years old. There was no possible way it was faded so much to make the color difference so drastic. I know why it isnt a match, however, because all they did was use the paint code on the door card and sprayed that without making any attempt to actually match the color.They burnt through the paint on my hood with a rotary buffer. They burnt down to the primer, and buffed random panels that had nothing to do with my accident, leaving me with barely any clear coat as measured by a paint thickness gauge. They realigned the fender poorly, they made the top of the fender flat and straight when its supposed to match the curvature of the hood, so theres a quite noticeable gap in the panels.I also often couldnt get a hold of the service advisor when I called.I asked them not to wash my car, because I take good care of it and dont want someone washing it improperly and wiping it with a dirty rag and doing nothing but scratching and swirling up my paint. They did anyways, and the guy used the same dirty rag he wiped the interior and wheels down with on the windows then wiped it across my freshly painted bumper repeatedly.Ive also seen the bays where they worked. They use orbital buffers (10 buffers that are only good for spreading wax around, they dont have enough power to correct paint) and watched them short cycle hevay cutting compounds and wiping them off with dirty shop rags. This demonstrates lack of basic knowledge, and a lack of basic care for the work they do, if theyre wiping compound off cars with dirty shop rags they pick up off the floor.They also broke many plastic clips holding my fender liners in and attaching undertray pieces to my bumper and never replaced them, resulting in many loose parts that were fine before my car spent nearly 3 months in their body shop.Overall, I cannot recommend this body shop whatsoever and advise you to look elsewhere for some place whose employees actually know what theyre doing and whose service advisors arent extremely rude and ignore basic customer requests that would actually save them time and work, and instead basically saying were going to do what we want and dont care what you, the customer, want.The body shop your insurance company recommends isnt the best one, or even good at all in Service Kings case. This body shop is a very clear example of that.
Please do yourself a favor and choose another body shop, the out come of the paint looked horrible swirl marks, and wavy-like appearance everywhere including new damage, also it looked like they used 50 grit sand paper on my tailgate. Talk about incompetence, I wouldn’t allow this company to touch any of my property again. The manager took the stand point of what did you expect. This work was a result from a Progessive insurance claim this shop is also a “progessive certified” shop, not for long if I have anything to do with it. I even allowed this shop to make right on the horrible repair work further showing me how much these people really even care about someones truck or car. They must pride themselves on average repairs just to get the check from the insurance companies. I really feel bad for anyone who has a Tesla since this is one of the few body shops in town that are Tesla certified. Bring your car to someone who cares, get the repair done correctly.
